Subject: Complaint Regarding Dealership ExperienceDear Management,I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your dealership recently. Unfortunately, during my visit, I encountered a level of service that I consider unacceptable.First and foremost, I want to point out that the treatment I received from your floor manager Michael, was extremely rude and disrespectful. As a customer, I deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism at all times, and sadly, this was not what I experienced during my visit.Furthermore, I was greatly disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding pricing and negotiations. I felt like I was being pressured into accepting a price that did not reflect the true value of the product, and this is something that should not happen in a commercial transaction.As a result of this experience, I chose to take my business elsewhere where I was treated with the respect and attention that I deserve as a customer. I ended up purchasing the car I was looking for at a fair price and without feeling pressured.Additionally, I intend to leave a negative review of my experience online and to seek ways to communicate with the management of your dealership to voice my concerns and demand that appropriate action be taken.I hope that this complaint will be taken seriously and that steps will be taken to improve customer service at your establishment.Sincerely,Luis

Disrespectful and high pressure, and $3k mandatory fees called Parks perks , I tried to buy a truck there, the sales manager Michael was very pushy disrespectful and refused to give me a final price unless I was buying the truck that night! Also he said the 3k parks perks was mandatory and couldn t take that off the price, so you are forced to buy the extra warranty and paint protection package and oil change services, I explained to him I was waiting to hear from my accountant that night or next morning so I would know how much money I could put down , I would have given a deposit to hold vehicle, he said he was gonna try and talk to somebody about getting me more money for my truck and never came back, so I went to his office and he said he couldn t do anything unless I was buying that night, so I asked him to give me a copy of the proposal so I could go over it and get back to him the next morning and he said he couldn t do that, the proposal was in house info only , and smirked at me , and ignored me so I left and went to another ford dealership who was very respectful not pushy and I bought a nice ford truck from them! Unfortunately customer service is definitely lacking there! Enjoying my new truck now!

Recently bought a brand new truck here and one of the perks was free exterior car washes . I had them run it thru twice and even that didn t clean it . Was too stressed out for finding a manager to speak with but I plan to address this issue . Donna left me a message and I called back as she offered to fix the issue . I left a voice mail and never received a return call back and I m still waiting to get my truck cleaned as it was a perk of a new vehicle purchase .During my last service my visit went great . They made up for the few car washes that don t really wash the vehicle and hooked me up with a full detail . They are on their way to 5 stars from me that would back up the Award Winning Service they advertise !

I had a fantastic experience with the service department at Parks Ford. David was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done, and more importantly, what didn t! I felt like I was treated as a valued customer. He was cognizant of my time, and even made suggestions to lower my bill a bit that never happens. In fact, I usually expect to go in and pay at least $200 more for things that are found to be in need of repair. This was definitely not the case here. I highly recommend this service department!

The service experience was excellent. My service agent Cody was very helpful. He explained everything and got me in and out as quick as possible. The dealership also has a very nice waiting area that you can sit and do some work or enjoy a coffee while your vehicle is being worked on. No hidden fees or unexpected costs as you might find at other service providers.

I just wanted to talk about my delightful experience at parks ford of Gainesville! I was greeted by a young man named Rich he was so helpful and professional. He was able to point me in the right direction, walk me through the process, and ensure i got exactly what i wanted. I will continue to use parks ford in the future for all of myself and my families future vehicle needs.

Front desk David provided an outstanding service to his customer. Also mechanic (can t remember name) was most skillful person did on an alignment of my tires. It came out exactly the way I wanted. I thank you both for working so hard on my 8 years old car. David was stayed for extended time when I replaced my four tires, oil changes, replacing brake and worked on other parts two week ago 3/7. It took over 4 hours to complete. David stayed through out all those hours with his customer. It was unique experience for me. Thank you very much to both.

Utterly useless! I wish I would have read the reviews of the service department before dropping off my truck for service and diagnostics. Parks Ford had my truck for 7 days and did not even touch it. Just left it sitting on the lot and provided no updates unless I called them. I asked if they could perform the oil change and let me drop off the truck when they were ready to perform the diagnostics. They said that is not how they do business but expected the diagnostics to be complete by the end of the week. I called this morning informing them I needed to pick up my truck for upcoming business travel. They informed me the diagnostics were not done but the service would be complete. I even received a survey for the service that was supposed to have been performed. I could not believe the oil change had not even been performed when I picked up my truck at the end of the day. My wife spent 4 hours a day driving me to and from work all week, and spent an unplanned $100 to fill her gas tank all while Parks Ford just left my truck sitting in their lot! The service manager was completely unapologetic, which you will see is her M.O. in her responses to other s comments. I told them I would not bring my vehicle back to Parks Ford and Donna s response was, I think that s for the best. They simply do not care about customer service.***interesting to read Donna s response. What she still fails to grasp is NO SERVICE WAS PERFORMED after holding my vehicle on their lot for 7 days with no communication. No simple one hour oil change nor diagnostics.

My son purchased his first vehicle here at ford in Gainesville, Florida when I tell you Michael Archer was awesome!!! (Please believe me)he was pleasant, funny and very knowledgeable and we will be definitely recommending others to go see him!!!! Thanks Mike he love s his new Suv!!!

New to the area and my Ford needed service. Set up an appointment online and worked with David and Cody who were very pleasant and informative. Got all four break pads/rotors, tire sensor replacement and battery cleaned all overnight with pick up the next morning. Sure I may have over paid for a break job, but getting factory parts, serviced at the dealer, reliable and prompt service, with great customer service, all worth the price!! Thank you team!!

Got an appointment quickly and at a time that fit my schedule. They were prompt with the check in, and the estimate. They finished more quickly than expected, and the check was exactly what was expected. Everyone was kind and courteous. Have been there before, and will go back when needed. Had a wonderful experience with Parks Ford. Our salesmen were Big Mike and Joey. They were knowledgeable and patient which led to a smooth transaction. We found Joey particularly astute regarding the technology and mechanics of the vehicle which added to our comfort level. We would recommend these gentlemen to any prospective buyer.

I appreciate all that Parks Ford did to assist me with my car s repairs. Levin and Donna went far and above to help me get a fair deal on the estimate. I've been using their service department since I got my 2017 Expedition about five years ago. Service team is professional, courteous and competent. Work appears to be done well. But be advised the prices you see for various service packages on their website may not be valid when you show up to get the work done. For instance, I signed up for a $295 package that included oil change and spark plug change. After waiting six weeks for an appointment, when I showed up the price they wanted to charge just for these things was over $500.... I should add that after checking with some local shops I trust, I found Parks' prices are competitive. And as I said earlier, good customer service and quality work. It was just more than I was expecting. Upgrading this to four stars.

Parks Ford did an amazing job during service and a recall. I want to give David Keyes a huge shout out and thank you for what he did. He is one of the few car service/sales people I know who actually care about you and your wallet. If you come here for service please make sure David is looking over you. He made sure my car was taken care of.

We were stuck in Gainesville after being treated at Shands due to a dead battery.. I explained my situation and the service manager was very understanding even though I could see they were very busy. He got us right in and updated us as we waited. Great service and very kind people. Replaced battery and fixed a recall issue. Highly recommend!

4 hour oil change every time I go. One time dropped it off before flying out of town and gave them 5 days at their convenience. Not only did they not do the oil change, they lost my truck. Do not recommend the service department.

Don't believe their lies. I was brought in as a long time customer to trade in my 2018 Expedition XLT MAX with the promise of a 120% blue book trade in value. Noting that my Ford Account manager indicated an equity value of $9,670 I thought a good purchase was possible. Oh what lies. They put a negative equity of over $3,000 as their first offer. Add to that, they neglected to show any of the discounts that were clearly available for purchases of a new Expedition on their website.

Cody made my appointment for service on my car. He was helpful and accommodating when I made a change a few days later. He communicated all actions with me and was very forthcoming with the time it would take for the service to be completed. Cody treated me with honesty and courtesy. THANK YOU!

I'm the proud owner of a 2023 Ford Transit Trail. I have been so excited to get this new vehicle and have waited for over a year for it to be built and delivered. I have driven it 500 miles so far and this morning it wont start. i spoke with leven in the service department after a 45 minute wait listening to the on hold loop explaining how they have an award winning service department and customer service was their top priority. i was told 2 to 3 weeks before the vehicle would be even looked at and no option for a loaner car. $75,000.00 purchase 2 weeks ago. i'm not feeling the award winning service or much like any type of priority what so ever. Was basically told to find another dealer.

I went in for a recall service on my car yesterday. Cody was my service manager and was very pleasant and helpful. The whole staff worked together seamlessly to make it a very pleasant experience. My car was done in under an hour and they got me right in. I live in Lake City and drove all the way to Gainesville because I ve been to the Roundtree more twice and their service managers/department leave much to be desired. I ll leave it at that. So I made the extra drive to Parks Ford and man was it worth it! They really know how to run a service department. I will be back!

Not all 'Ford' service centers are the same. Ive always taken my ford vehicles to ford service centers for their high levels of service and care. Unfortunately i was forced to use this dealership and service center when my mach e needed some much needed service that would otherwise render the car undrivable. To spare the long drawn out story, i was met with multiple service advisor changes, lies upon lies, and a month's wait for my vehicle. Though marketed as a new and improved service center, they are anything but. Management is a joke, employees are rude, and service advisor turnover leaves you not knowing who to get in contact with or whats happening with your vehicle. Recommend using any other service center. Dont take the risk.

Just bought another vehicle from parks ford of Gainesville with nothing short of a great experience. This is about the 8th or 9th vehicle purchase in the last few years I have been a part with myself or helping my kids and all have been great. This is my second vehicle with Richard Shirk as my salesman. Make sure to visit Parks in Gainesville and ask for Richie, you will be happy you did.

Amazing service! Devon did a great job assisting me with maintenance on my car. He went above and beyond with his customer service! I also would like to recognize Doreen, when I called she checked on the schedule to make an appointment for me next day and did a very good job finding the right time and advisor.

I prefer to go to Gainesville from Ocala to get better Ford Service. I am specifically thankful for Devon s great coordination and customer service. His communication was perfect. He was always ready to get me the details about the status of my car. My Ford F-150 was repaired under warranty, and I can t be happier about the dramatic change after they took care of a Technical Service Bulletin to eliminate an issue that was causing a rattling noise at cold start, and loud cam operation when running. My car is running nicely. They were able to get my car quickly fixed after I dropped it off. They took care of every concern I had. The only one thing that I wish Ford could really look into, is to make a drop off appointment as close as possible to the execution of the work and not just to get cars in a queue. I will continue to travel to Parks Ford at Gainesville for good service! Thanks, Devon

I toke my 2005 ford Escape in because of a battery discharge. They changed me $269.00 to check the fluids and tires and the battery. That's not why I took it in. And I can do all that myself. I explained why I brought it in to begin with and then sales man says "OH. That's extra we don't do that for $269.00" .I would think someone would want a 20 year old car to run the way it should.Im sure it's a simple repair.So I was severely taking advantage of unfortunately in today's society no one will ever care.

I took my car here after waiting 3 months for an appointment at an Ocala Ford dealership. They had my car repaired in less than 2 weeks and they kept me updated the whole time. Thank you Devon and Levin for the great service!
