$45 dollar car wash, allegedly interior and exterior but the job they do is incredibly awful. They don t touch the rims, barely dry out the exterior and definitely do not clean it at all.

I use to love this self service car wash but the last two times I ve gone it doesn t even clean the back. There was still soap that the dryer had to blow off. Wasted money.

First time here and so happy we picked this company! Our first encounter the gentleman who helped us was super kind, explained how it all works and he even let us take the car twice through the wash (complimentary)! Already off to an amazing start. Paid extra for the inside clean since we really needed it. We will definitely be back. Thank you guys for making our car look good as new. We will definitely be back, it's worth the drive

I paid $45 for interior and exterior. The interior was not vacuumed completely or wiped down, and trash was not removed. I would be embarrassed to turn a customers car in this condition but clearly there s no standard. Don t waste your money!

Service has went down. No more tire shine and no towel dry. Guess I need to start going elsewhere.As you can seeDoor jams not cleaned nor the step plates. This place used to rock! What happened???Don't waste your time or money like I wasted my $47

For a little fore context, I can frequently "ADHD hyper fixate" on things being just right. On the flip side, my husband is not this way. So many times it can be hard for me see that a job was done as well as it could have been; and my husband has to assure me that it looks or turned out fine, no one else would be as bothered by it as me. My car was never properly detailed when it was put up for sale by the dealership, and I'd had enough of riding around in someone else's dirt, so I made an appointment & ponyed up the $90+tax ($96) for car seat package. And yeah I could see that something was done, the seats werr damp and there was dried water/sand on the hardware under the seats. When I first looked the car over I wasn't sure if I was seeing shadows or just damp fabric but the seats didn't look clean at all. So I asked my mom & my husband if I was just being overly critical or hallucinating. Nope, they both agreed that the seats had dirt rings. So my mom & I bought a little extraction machine and I went over them again. Well, you can see the results for yourself. I will not be going back. I'm also 82% positive that I had all 5 floor mats when I dropped the car off, but only got it back with 4...they said they looked for it but couldn't find it.

Car wash is okay but seems to always miss some spots on the back side of my car that I have to fix myself. The full service isn t what it used to be. They no longer hand dry the car so spots are always missed. Oddly enough, the old automatic wash did a better job than the new one with the fancy lights. The staff are generally friendly and helpful with questions.

Terrible car wash! Almost $50 dollars for streaked up and foggy windows. They ask you if you would like for them to clean the interior of your car for an extra $20, then when you agree they ask if you d like to upgrade to the works for $5 extra. All you get is a vacuum. I turned around and went back for an explanation and was told about all of the things they DO NOT touch. They didn t even pull the mats out of our truck when vacuuming. Your vehicle will be streaked up, still dirty, the inside will stink from dirty rags and the outside will be wet still for $50.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

$48 gets you polished bugs. They are not allowed to wash the bugs from the windshield or front of your car. The interior wasn't even cleaned well. When I asked if there was a customer service number, I was told that they get these complaints daily and it won't matter. Searching for a new place to get my car cleaned. I was once happy with the service, no longer.

Park Place is the go to car wash in Gainesville! The team is always wonderful and go above & beyond to serve customers. The equipment, the team and the facility is great. I recommend this business to all my friends and family. With all the pollen in North Central Florida, caring for your vehicle can be difficult however Park Place makes it easy!

I have gone to this place for years and have noticed the detailers give less and less effort. Today they left a dead frog on my front grill and didn t take the mats out of the far back and vacuum properly. $56 should be better. (Also windows still have residue and can see where they didn t clean).

I've had my truck washed there several times before I switched over to the basic car wash. I would pay too have the inside wiped down. I would check after they were done, dirt was still in the door pocket, when I asked them to clean it, I was told they don't do that. Half of the time the dash, widows, and vacuuming were done half done. I do not recommend this place.

I brought my car in to be washed and detailed. I paid $42 plus gave the gentleman who was vacuuming out and detailing a $10 tip. When I got in there was still dust on my dash, smudges on both my windows that my dog had left from his nose and nothing else had been wiped down. Plus the outside around bottom of car was still dirty. I was not impressed at all. I also called the place about 10 minutes later and left a message. No one ever called me or tried to reach out at all. I work hard for my money and expect to get a job well done especially for $52. I'm not sure I will ever go back. Could have done a better job next door at the self serve.

I have been part of the unlimited program since it began, I have washed my two cars over 1200 times, they always look great!With two children and a dog, the interior can get quite messy and the team there does a wonderful job! I am always satisfied with the quality of their work and the great customer service.

Horrible car wash. Did the $25 works exterior only wash. Lots of dirt and grime still on my car. It didn't remove anything except surface dust. There was even a dried leaf on my car from the storm the other day that was not washed off. Useless. Wasted $25. Will never use this car wash again.

I have had a monthly subscription at park place for 3 years now. My husband is super OCD and details our truck at least twice a week. The Park place employees have become friends. They are always courteous, polite, and helpful.

First and last time going here. I went to this establishment because it was convenient at the time. My car wasn t even that dirty. The cleaning on the exterior was terrible and in the interior it was subpar at best. There was still stains in the exterior and it s pretty obvious (my car is white). The interior was still dusty. I had to finish cleaning it myself. Wish I had read through the reviews before coming here. It was a waste of $50.Overall if I could describe the result of my car wash in one word, it would be inadequate. I will not be returning.

It has been a full week after I got my front driver and passenger windows tinted. Awesome job, I told them what I wanted and they did exactly that. Paying $50 for a car wash and cleaning the interior is expensive in my opinion. Very disappointed. They didn t wipe the inside of my windshield and didn t clean the console area!

This is the worst car wash service I have ever received. My car always comes back just as dirty, even if I upgrade or go for the most expensive wash, the works . Back seats are still dusty, carpets are still sandy, windshield and windows with finger marks. So disappointing for how much they charge.You re better off paying $10 at the gas station car wash and vacuuming it yourself. Don t waste your money here. Looking forward to the new car wash down tower road that will be opening soon.FYI, they open at 8am, but the interior cleaners do not start until 9am.

"I just had my car detailed at Park Place Car Wash last Saturday, and Robert did an amazing job. To top things off, I didn't have an appointment, but they were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday, which is excellent customer service. I highly recommend Park Place Car Wash as I have been going to them for years and have always had great experiences here."

How this place stays in business is beyond me. No credit card readers for self service and an extremely over priced wannabe full service car wash. Don't waste your time coming here if you don't have cash and don't want to pay for an overpriced wipe down of your car.

I paid $40 for a really horrible car wash. I cannot believe the half hearted job. The hood was still dirty, the door jams were untouched, the front grill had bugs and dirt, the door sides were still dirty just a bad job. I took one of their rags and simply wiped my hood and the guys just stood and watched. A complete waste of money.

New to the area, happy to have finally found a non-self-serving car wash. So it s a drive-through car wash but for a few extra bucks someone can wipe your windows & vacuum your car. I was lucky enough to have Majd help me out. He was extremely polite, fast, & efficient. Thank you!

Wonderful place our pickup is too big for the wash but they will do a hand wash and detail for extra. Tony really stepped up on our truck and wifes car so I brought our 87 Trans AM for the same treatment. Super impressed with the work no question.

If you want to give your money away, this is the place to go. I paid $48 dollars for a car wash and an interior clean-up. The car looked ok in the outside but the tires weren t shinny as other car clean up places do for you. The interior cleaning was a joke. The dashboard was dirty, they barely vacuumed inside, the carpet had residue of sand, the trunk wasn t vacuumed and they didn t apply any cleaning substance to remove dirt on the door handles. To summarize, they charged $20 dollars for a job that they didn t do and to top it off, the manager gave me a dirty rag to clean the car interior myself. This business is a ripoff. Keep away from this place!!!

Took my car yesterday for a wash. I paid 47.00 dollars for inside and outside, but my 3 year old niece would ve done a better job. I have a dog, but I really didn t expect for the hair for the dog hair to be removed but at least the dirt. My car was still dirty after being washed . I felt like a hustle. Therefore, I won t be taking my car to this place ever again.

I I've been going there for several years not a regular customer but twice a year, and just recently went and won't be going back. Back in November I went had my truck washed and when they gave me the total they asked me if I wanted to have the interior added to it, so now we're charging an extra fee for doing the interior okay. I went back today prices have gone way up still charging an extra fee for doing the interior, which is apparently just a vacuum, so when my truck got done I walked around the front of it and there was still stuff all over the front and I got told well we no longer do the front pre-wash with the pressure washer. So they're charging us more money charging us an extra fee to do the interior and don't even get the vehicle clean on the outside no won't be going back. Just for reference this truck was not muddy it had some sand on it from when I went down a dirt road but other than that every day stuff that I pick up off the road.
