My boyfriend called earlier today and the guy who picked up the phone hung up on him. I called to see what his name was and no one would tell me. Looks like we will go spend $600 at a different location that isn t rude.

If there was a 10 star option for these reviews, I would use it for the 34th ST store. Mike goes out of his way to find the item your looking for, and he's always given me great advice. It's nice to know there are still companies with great customer service, and O'Reilly's and Mike are one of the best in my memory. Thanks guys!

Stopped by when passing through town in our RV and the Oil pressure sensor broke. Would've been stranded with the family if not for store manager Brian and employee Cale. They were both super helpful, knowledgeable and professional; they were able to promptly locate part we needed in store and allowed us to borrow personal extension tools to assist in changing the oil pressure sensor getting us quickly back on the road.

I stopped in for a quart of 5-30 high mileage synthetic motor oil. The gentleman at the counter was very nice. He went to the shelf and got it for me. The quart was less expensive than Walmart. I will be back mainly because of the wonderful people working there. Thank you for reading my review. Paul

Even though no one likes to spend money on car repairs, I find it a little easier here. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They don't hesitate to order the parts you need if it's not in stock, and it comes in when they say it will be there. They are my go-to auto parts store when I need parts! Check them out!! You'll be glad you did! They also price match so you're guaranteed to save money!!

Phenomenal! Every time I go there staff is EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. I don t know much about cars, so they help me leave it s the correct products.Today I was having a rough day, my car wouldn t start. The store manager Steph was extremely helpful in helping me pick out a new battery & installing it. She made my problem her problem & it honestly meant a lot! She went above and beyond helping me!!

Needed some parts that they don't keep on hand in stock and they had it delivered to that location same day, I went to pickup the parts that I prepaid for not realizing what time it was and when I arrived they had been closed for 20 minutes but there's was a sales associate that was helping a woman on a mobility scooter, fixing something on it for her out if his pure kindness... I went to open the door and he looked at me and said we're closed, and I said that I was just picking up my order that was prepaid for, he said ok and opened the door let me come in as the woman left as happy as could be, and knew what order I was there for got my parts and I thanked him for being kind enough to take up his personal time at this point to make sure I received my parts to fix my car!... Best service hands down without a doubt I appreciate every second of it! Thank you very very much!!!

Very clean and organized, plus I bought the wipers and the one works there volunteer to change and he did very fast. I recommend to go there and opens early 7:30 am

Went in to see if they could change a headlight and it was an incredibly pleasant and easy experience. Darlene was great, she helped me find the right bulb and came to change it out but realized it had just been knocked loose, so I was able to return the bulb immediately. Great environment and quality service.

Newly-opened within last 2 months this auto parts store lies and a great location in Gainesville Florida. All staff very helpful and knowledgeable. stopped to see if they could help me with a blown out tire in which they were very good about giving me directions and helping to assist me and all of my needs. They offered as much Service as they could do and also put my windshield wipers on as well as steering wheel cover and new floor mats. Highly recommend them and their service to anyone new to the area or who has not been to this location. Also very neat and clean.

Stopped here on the way to Disney when my wiper broke, (pouring down rain) they were very nice and offered to take a look. They noticed the problem was it just needed to be tightened, and the man that works there got a tool and fixed it up fast and we were on our way..thanks!

So you find yourself searching for "that one part", check 1 competitor and out of stock, wait a week. Check competitor 2, out of stock, none available. O'Reilly shows consistently that it doesn't suffer from this nonsense. Location after location it's in stock, ready for pick up; or by the off chance it's not, at least they get it a hell of a lot sooner than a week. Always competitive with pricing too, and to top it off a great rewards program too.

So I am sitting outside of this location dumbfounded. The manager,Tommy, had the audacity to have an attitude with me, the customer, because they sold me used parts. I was finishing my return and decided to take a picture. He walks away and says, you should have done that before you came in here. Sir really. Are you talking to me? He said yes and repeated himself. I started to argue then decided he was not going to disturb my peace. Professionalism be damn huh Tommy. It s cool though.

Gentleman was super helpful. We went in looking to find the right materials for an old van's transmission. Helped us problem solve, provided some helpful suggestions, very friendly. We were able to do a fluid change and change the filter and gasket, all smoothly thanks to their advice.

Noticed had a flat tire shortly after leaving my house and pulled into the dollar store next to this O'Reillys. Ended up needing a little extra muscle and went in to this store looking for some. The associate named NELSON came out into the 85 degree heat(direct sun) and pulled off, patched, filled it with air, and put the tireback on for me...from his own supplies in his car! Absolutely top notch customer service.

Been there about 3 times this months. It's a staff is always very helpful, and polite. They let me return a couple items without giving me any grief. Would recommend going there for any auto care needs.

The majority of the staff ignored me when I walked into the store. I could not differentiate between the staff and the customers. Everyone was rude and disrespectful as I heard them say some inappropriate things, especially the white lady at the cash register. After walking around the store for a whole 5 minutes, I was finally approached by a stocker. I will never visit such an establishment ever again. I would suggest that everyone who wants excellent service to go to AutoZone.

Did not catch this gentleman's name, but was seriously professional, & very knowledgeable. O'Reilly's should be, & hopefully taking care ($) of this guy. It's employees like this, that makes a customer come back. (on S.W. 34th St., in G-Ville) Thanks for your help bud, on the "check engine light-computer analysis," & throttle-body issues. Much appreciated sir.... As long as people like this are behind the counter, I give this particular location 5 thumbs up!!

The sales clerk was more then helpful. And put on my windshield blades very quickly. Very nice young man.
