I m from Jacksonville. I was fortunate to find the best deal for my 2023 Acura MDX SH AWD with technology, less than 3K package at Keys Acura of Gainesville. My brother in law was working in Atlanta at the time and negotiated with John. It was a smooth process. All I had to do was drive there and sign the paperwork.First, it starts with leadership. The Manager helped me get started while John was finishing up with another customer. John is very professional and pleasant. Also, I like that Keys Acura of Gainesville offer me to test drive the car for a week. I declined, because I wanted to drive my car still.Morgan Wedtrich was very helpful and fabulous too. First, she offered to show the use of my car. Then, she volunteered to drive my car to Jacksonville as I did not have another driver to help me. She volunteered and drove the car after her work day. She arrived within 90 minutes as stated. Her friend had to come with her in a separate car. In addition, Morgan continues to answers my questions and offer support even after the sale of the car.In the financial department, it was a straightforward process.In summary, I had a very positive experience in buying my Acura certified 2023 MDX that comes with a manufacturer guarantee of 6 years or 100,000 miles. I could use my warranty at any Acura dealership and would qualify for a loaner car too.

I went to Key Acura of Gainesville a couple weeks ago, wasn't expected to get the car I wanted but they made it HAPPEN! I was so fortunate to have Angie by my side through the process, her and the Manager Teddy really made things simple and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle! Couldn t ask for better dealership than this one! Morgan was such a blessing! So sweet friendly and understanding! The whole team is absolutely wonderful! If you re looking for a kind and understanding dealership who will help you get into a car when you re in a bind it would be this one! Buying a car was never as easy as it was with Key. I am new to Acura and once I decided I wanted the MDX Type S I started to look around as not many dealerships have the color combo I have and the one Local to mine sold very quickly not to mention my local dealership was not willing to negotiate at all and that put a sour taste in my mouth. So I made the 2.5 hour drive to Key Acura of Gainesville. Angie made the entire transaction seamless from having everything completed before i arrived to the vehicle cleaned and filled along with making sure I knew how to use all the gadgets in my new car. I was in and out and back on the road in less than an hour driving my new MDX! My BIGGEST compliment is they where never pushy, nor tried to tack on a bunch of extras.. They literally just wanted to help me what ever it was that I wanted. I will definitely refer all my friends because the customer service was AMAZING by not only Angie but by everyone I encountered.

I loved Kerry he was fast efficient and got me in my dream car in less than 24 hours ! He was even willing to stay after close with the GM to make sure I got my car when I wanted it. The epitome of a car salesman who cares.

My salesperson, Morgan was very helpful, patient and friendly. She came in on her day off to complete the sale and explained all the bells and whispers on the car. When I was trying to make a decision between two different brands, Morgan did not call me excessively, she waited for me to make the decision, never made me feel pressured. I highly recommend Morgan and the Key Acura of Gainesville team.

Angie was very responsive and helpful when purchasing my new Honda. I drove 1:30 hours to make the purchase and they made sure to have everything ready by the time i got there. It was a pleasant no-hassle car purchasing experience.

My family brought our Acura in for repairs, and they quoted 4 different issues with the car and coerced us telling us they will not release the car as it is "unsafe" unless we get matters fixed, like changing the brake fluid and reported that there was a leak. We took the car to two different mechanics, who found no indication of a leak or need to change fluid. They laughed and said "Dealership was trying to make a penny huh?" The service manager is very pleasant, but his employees are clearly trying to scam customers.

Ceejay Tomlins and Ms. Regina were the epitome of IMPECCABLE Customer Service. The General Manager and supporting were so pleasant and made me feel so welcome. From beginning to end, I felt feel like such a valued customer. It was truly an overall AMAZING day. I drove home in my new ride with a smile!

Great experience at Key Acura. We were greeted by Morgan who had set the deal up on the phone before we drove over. We were fine with the price and nothing changed when we sat down to do the paper work. The Dealership kept their word and did not change the numbers when got down to business.John, the General Sales Mgr was great, personable and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with him. We bought a new Acura Integra Type S, Motortrend Car of the Year. Hot, great looking vehicle.Note: traded in a LIKE NEW Ford F-150 Lariat loaded to the gills. It won t last there long (hybrid) so call Morgan and make an appointment to see it. I miss my truck but need a car suited more for my business. Feel free to ask me any questions on this truck that I bought new 1.5 yrs ago.Dealership: Highly Recommended

Morgan and Teddy were absolutely the best to deal with. Both were upfront and pleasant with no slimy used-car-dealer feeling from either. I felt no time pressure to make a hasty decision and was given the space and help needed to make sure I felt entirely comfortable with the vehicle and financing. I would recommend them to close family and friends any day of the week.

If you re in the market for a new Acura you re in for a treat if you make sure to shop when Morgan s working at Key Acura of Gainesville. She s low key, bright and knowledgeable but not pushy in any way. Her follow up is exemplary. We wandered in after getting the runaround at Honda just up the street and i for one was impressed that no one pounced as car salesmen often do. New car sales manager Teddie assigned Morgan to us which was a perfect fit. Send all your friends and relatives to Morgan and they ll thank you for it. We were an easy sale but Morgan made the experience pleasurable.

We recently purchased a 2023 Acura MDX. The seats are the most comfortable ones in any car we've ever owned. The vehicle handles nicely on the highway and in the city.Our Sales Person, Morgan, is informative about the Acura products and made the transition to the new technology of the vehicle easy to manage. The best thing is that she is willing to answer any questions we may have in the future and/or we are welcome to return to have her show us how to operate any of the applications available.Thanks for a positive overall experience from Key Acura in Gainesville.

I wouldn t recommend anyone to deal with this car dealership especially salesman John nor Morgan, I purchase a vehicle on 3/9/24 unseen circumstances I needed to return and get my vehicle trade in back,was told had a 3 Day rule which if I am not mistaken Fla Law well they close on Sunday called Monday 3/11/24 lies lies lies they couldn t stop transactions.

Great experience with the parts department and a technician, however after I bought a key for 90 dollars I was directed to Honda to get it cut stove their key machine was down, okay, no big deal, get to Honda guy press an extra notch on the key presumably by accident but it still works to open my doors. No big deal, go to start my vehicle and it won't turn over, have to have Acura program it. Alright, also not a big deal right? Wrong, this is when the service department tells me it'll cost 185 dollars to program it, none of this even hinted at before I bought the key. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing a vehicle or parts from them again and their dilapidated stealership can kick rocks. Mobile locksmith will be programming my key.

went in to get some numbers and the sales manager, ryan had such a bad attitude. if you work in customer service and someone is coming in to spend thousands of dollars you d think your attitude would be a little better and not be a complete douche to customers.

As I was looking for a vehicle, I came across one at Key Acura of Gainesville. The experience I had with them was above and beyond. Everyone there is so pleasant and informative like I have never seen before at a dealership. They truly set the standard. I could not be happier with my purchase and more importantly the whole process from start to finish. I would personally like to thank Ryan as you could not ask for a better person to deal with. He would still be in contact with me after hours or days off. If I ever need another vehicle, I am not shopping for it, Ryan will be. He took the experience to a new different level. Do not hesitate to deal with Key Acura.

Purchasing a vehicle at Key Acura is the best experience you can ask for from a dealership. The service we experienced was extremely professional and friendly. My wife and I worked with Angie Newman, who we found to be extremely down-to-earth and easy to work with. Key Acura's sales manager Nina was also great to us, working to come up with a great price and vehicle payment plan that was within our budget. When on the fence about purchasing, we were even allowed a full weekend to test drive the vehicle on our own and decide if it was something we really wanted. If you pay a visit to Key Acura, expect a comfortable, friendly, and professional atmosphere with honest people.

f I could write a no star review I would. After finding a pre-certified car online for $22,726. We started the ball rolling with paperwork and coming from out of town we were aiming for a Friday pickup. All of this was discussed Wednesday morning via phone and email. We were called back that afternoon with the new price of $29,615. This was a price of additional fees not listed in the price discussed many times earlier in the day. I won't give the salesperson's name because this is obviously a "bait and switch" by the manager/owner.Stay away from them unless you want the price to go up $6,889 as a nice little surprise. We begin again but will avoid this dealership lacking integrity.
