The people that helped me were all young guys who seemed to be good friends with each other. I feel like at any job the best service you can receive will come from an environment where the employees enjoy the work (or at least their coworkers.) They didn t try to upsell me other than the standard would you like synthetic instead? , would you like to replace your AC filter? . One guy also offered to check whether the coupon I had or the student discount would save me the most money. One of the guys did ask me to leave a Google review but I wouldn t be leaving this unless I thought it could help someone else decide (especially other college aged girls like myself.) Service was very quick but I went on a Monday at 11 AM so take that with a grain of salt.

Great experience. Steve and Legend took great care of me, gave me helpful advice considering my specific needs and circumstances, provided quick quality service and found me discounts. They did all of this even though I arrived just 3mins before their closing time. Thanks guys!

I was helped by the Team Lead Marc and he did a great job helping me out! I got my typical oil change and tire rotation. He let me know my spark plugs were misfiring and suggested I get them done. I did! I felt at peace knowing these guys weren t trying to hassle me into getting an additional service, they did a great job explaining what I needed and why. Definitely would recommend anyone coming here to get their services and would recommend Jiffy Lube overall! Great job guys!

I ve had my fair share of car troubles over the last year, and I have never had anyone as patient, kind, and ready to help as the guys who work here. ESPECIALLY Trey and Marc, who have been tireless in helping me get things sorted. The BEST in the business for sure, and trust me after going to multiple other places for my car I can confirm there s no place better.

Amazing service! Trevarious and Marc were great today and took care of me and my car needs! I could not remember their teammates names, but they all were so incredibly kind and welcoming while also informing me on the best deals that would fit my needs at an affordable price. Haven t had anything but good experiences here. Whenever my sensors are going off telling me something s wrong but there really isn t, they ve always told me and sent me on my way. Happened just recently with my oil light going off but my car not needing an oil change. Would absolutely recommend.

Very impressed. Drove up at 7:30 am on a Saturday morning and they changed my oil and gave me a tire rotation in about 30 mins total. They were upfront and seemed to actually give a darn which is a rarity in customer service these days. I ll be back.

Trey was an excellent service member at jiffy lube. He is always so sweet and informs the client of what is going on. He is very good at providing the services in a timely manner and is passionate about what he does!

I am very thankful for Keon at Jiffy Lube. I was worried my oil was low and got to jiffy lube right before close. He graciously stayed past close to help change my oil since it was almost empty. His customer service was excellent. I am thankful for people working like him!

I understand it is Saturday morning and cold out. But no one wants to work at this location...2nd time on a Saturday at 8am this month. Go to Archer Road better service

Good service and reasonable price.New update: The new team lead KR is awful. I went there because I received a coupon that comes with a free tire rotation. They didn t ask me anything about the service I needed. Later I presented the coupon I was informed that they couldn t do tire rotation because some tool breaks (I am not an expert so I don t know what exactly it is called). But I gave up arguing with them because obviously I was partially faulty to not anticipate the problem and to not ask them in advance. However, another problem is, that the invoice only showed a smaller discount compared to the coupon I presented and with a different promo code. I don t know what is going on, but the whole time I was just sitting in my car and didn t get to communicate with the staff.I have been to this place to many times. Every time I was informed of all the options I have and I get to use the correct coupons. The staff were nice and helpful. But this time, everything changed. I got almost zero information and communication. This lead is awful. I will avoid going to Jiffy Lube at this location in the future.

The staff all had great communication with each other and did the job quickly. It was a little more costly than the jiffy lube I usually go to but not by much. All very friendly as well

Keon and Travarus were AMAZING! They made sure we had the best price for our services, and also tipped off all of our fluids for free! They were well mannered and informative. Best service experience I ve had in a long time! Well done, guys!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My daughter brought her car for oil change and was told she also needed spark plugs replaced. Cost an extra $158. We found out they only cost $4 per plug at Auto Zone. They also kept the cover over the engine. Just stopped there and NO SATISFACTION AT ALL!

The customer service was great and the oil change was really quick. They didn't try and sell me other things to make money and even gave me a discount on the airfilter I told them to go a head and replace.

Got an oil change today and they were amazing and super friendly. Rey was my costumer service adviser and he was super kind and patiently talked me through everything. The pull through oil change was really nice! Trevarios was very helpful, pulled my car in for me, offered me the oil options, and anything else my car needed. Trey was also quick with the service. I was probably there for about 15 minutes. Will definitely go back for my next oil change

Stopped in for a quick oil change while I was traveling to the panhandle. I was in and out without issues, probably only at the shop for about 15 minutes including my wait time while the vehicle ahead of me was completed. Everyone I spoke with was extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend this location.
