I recently visited Jiffy Lube for a headlight change, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. The staff was incredibly efficient, completing the task in record time without sacrificing quality. My headlights are now shining brightly, thanks to their expertise. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube for their quick and professional service!

hi this review is mainly for unassuming girlies in their 20s who know nothing about cars <3i ve been getting my oil changed at this jiffy lube for 3 years now and honestly i haven t had an issue until now. they always seemed really fair and kind. however this past week, i took my jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation. while my car was there they called and told me my brakes were completely worn out and to fix them, do the oil change, and tires it would cost over $750. i called my dad and he was like no way so i opted out of the brakes to get a second opinion. i took my car to another mechanic and they said my brakes actually looked brand new and i was no where near needing them replaced i called this jiffy lube back to ask if it was a mix up but looking back at the quote they gave me, it has my name, car, and the brakes quote for $765 so my guess is that it s not a mistake. i m lucky my dad told me to get a second opinion but some girlies may have just taken their word for it and dropped over $750 for no reason when you could have spent $750 on revolve and been way happier

There were some issues with their computer systems when I arrived but the staff was incredibly respectful and attentive. Miles oversaw my oil change and offered extra services but didn t overly push them. Once the systems were up it was quick and simple, around 15min for a handful of things including an oil change.

Taylor was great. she helped me thoroughly cleanse the oil out of my car and explained what it meant and what the difference was. miles did my oil change last time and he was awesome as well. i would definitely recommend the archer road jiffy lube for oil change services.

This service was very efficient and thorough, these guys let me know about everything my vehicle needs and I also didn t feel pressured! Wonderful crew and I will definitely be returning for my other services. 10 out of 10!

First time ever going through a Jiffy Lube was pleasant and quick! Taylor was great and helpful, recommended a few services but didn t push them hard or breeze past them like they were nothing. Gave prices for everything she mentioned up front, honored the coupon I had with no fuss. I was there about 45 minutes in total, which would ve been about 15 if I d been the only car there. I ve always gotten my oil changes done at either Tire Mart in Lake City (love them and will recommend them FOREVER if they re closer), or at Rountree-Moore Chevy when I sold there (their service department is wonderful, they re a tad on the expensive side but all dealers are). But I ll be coming back here for sure. Close, convenient, and for the prices they charge, you really can t beat how fast they are. Check them out.

This was my first time using a non-dealer service department for routine oil change/inspection. The team at the Archer Rd location was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helped me through the process quickly (even though they were busy). I was able to get the service done over a lunch break (and didn't end up spending all day at the dealer). A special thanks to Steven and Miles for taking the time to explain the invoice and double check on what my car actually needed -- I didn't feel pressured into any upsales.

The tech who helped me was very nice and let me sit in the seating area in the air conditioning rather than in my car, as an oil change in my car takes a bit longer due to how it's built. Still, I had the thought of getting an oil change and got it done and was back home within an hour.

I've been coming here for oil changes since I moved to Gainesville and I have always had a great experience. They explain everything they are doing and provide information on extra services you may need, but never pressure you. Thank you to Taylor and the whole team for always making this a great experience!

My husband and I have been dealing with AC and thermostat/overheating issues for the better part of the spring and all summer. Our primary mechanic has repaired our AC and even checked out our truck several times to no avail in finding the issue. We've used this Jiffy Lube location on occasion because we like the atmosphere, the staff is always kind and personable, and they are always quick when our primary mechanic was unavailable. After today, I think we'll be back here more often. We spoke with Chris for a few minutes about the issues we'd been having, he checked something out and immediately rectified one issue. Then he had a thought to check something else and found two pretty significant cracks in our radiator. Whether they were there before or if our other mechanic even thought to check, I don't know. But I'm grateful Chris thought to. Unfortunately, we were stuck at the shop all day due to no fault of the staff. The staff was great and took wondeful care of us throughout our wait. The fault was with the store who they ordered parts from. Whoever it was sent 2 incorrect radiators, two seperate times. But we were kept in the loop and the situation was rectified. You really don't find many places with such a down to earth vibe and great customer service anymore. Thank you so much for everything.

They were so nice and made sure I was taken care of. Taylor, Taj, and Miles helped me and Taylor was extremely kind and made sure to give me the student discount without me even asking. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Cracked my oil pan first time ever going there to get oil changed. Had to take it to my hometown shop to get it fixed. Them asking me what type of oil goes in my truck should have been my first warning sign to get out of there worked out good though because I ve changed my oil every time since then.

I get oil changes often and have adopted this as my favorite spot mostly because the staff is super nice, knowledgeable and never too pushy. Cooper has told me for 8 months to get my headlights cleaned and last oil change I added that to the list of things to get done. Cooper went right to it, and they look fantastic as you can see, you were so right dear! Alfonso checked my filters, but they did not have with I needed in stock, so he showed me the one I need and sent me to the auto parts store WOW who does that anymore? Anyway, like I said I picked this as my favorite because of the people that are there, anyone can change oil, but this group is helpful and if you try you may even have some fun while your there I always do. They will also top off your fluids in between oil changes, that's when I'll get the filter Alfonzo told me about. In the past I've used the jiffy lube on 34th st, but they were "out of oil filters" today so they suggested I go to this location. The staff at this location were extremely friendly . Especially Miles and Avyanna. She gave me a better discount than the coupon I had for the service. Miles even remembered me from when he worked at the other location. They got me in and out quickly despite having a lot of cars waiting for service. Avyanna was sure to point out the services my car could benefit from though she never pressured me for the sale. They were all very professional even though the entire staff seemed to be enjoying themselves the whole time. I'll be going to this location from now on.

Went to the Jiffy Lube on 34th originally and the staff there said they didn t think they had the filter without even looking and acted like they were lazy and didn t want to work.I decided to drive around the corner and try the one on Archer and give that store a shot and boy I m glad I did. Hunt was so welcoming and truly acted like he appreciated me being there. Him and his team took great care of me in extraordinary efficient fashion. If anyone has had a poor experience at another store PLEASE give Hunt and his team a chance. They were top notch standup guys!I rarely write reviews but these guys deserved two thumbs up!

I recently went here and got a full synthetic oil change done on my 2016 Subaru WRX. After about a week I decided to check the oil, leaving the car overnight and checking it cold in the morning. I realized that my oil was over halfway above the full line.I went back to the Jiffy lube and they proceeded to tell me that I'm not supposed to check the oil cold (even though that is what it says in my car manual) and that it was not overfilled. They told me that the oil slides up the dipstick and only looks like it is overfilled. I even ran my car to operating temperatures and let it sit for 1 hour for the oil to settle, and still, over halfway ABOVE the full line.When they did check my oil, they let the heated oil slide down the dipstick before they would show it to me saying it was barely over the fill line and it would not damage my engine. Also, when they checked my oil, they slung oil all over my engine and my brand new $100 air intake filter. I've never been so enraged in ignorant car care "professionals." These are not professionals, and I will never go back to a Jiffy lube for the rest of my life.I now have to drain the oil myself at home as I do not trust them to do a professional job and get it right. I should have taken it to an actual mechanic shop instead of a drive through oil place. i went last year and will NEVER go again. i was there alone as a college girl just trying to get my oil changed. i was pretty much harassed, but honestly i expect it as a girl in a mechanics shop. but they would NOT stop at all. and then, when i left, they took my number off of my client profile and facetimed me. yeah no

The manager Miles was constantly on his phone and using vulgar language and is very rude and tried to belittle his coworkers. He also tried to upsale me for a part for my car that I didn t need. I came in for an oil change and waited for almost a whole hour and it was only me and two other cars in line. His customer service was horrible and I will not be returning to this Jiffy Lube ever again.
