Time and time again this Jiffy Lube location does such an amazing job! Curtis runs an excellent crew who are attentive, speedy, and precise! Plus they look like they enjoy themselves while doing it! Now I have only lived in Gainesville for almost two years and this spot is the only place I truly trust with my oil change! Thank you Curtis and your crew at Jiffy Lube on Main! You know me by name and car and make me feel very important when I am in your bays!

Shaneka and Dustin were the only two employees at this location and yet I was still taken care of in a timely fashion. Very impressed with getting me in and out with no problems. I highly recommend! Will return in the near future.

I usually get my oil changed at the car dealership but I was on a time crunch today and needed a quick service. The techs at jiffy lube were quick and so nice. Will definitely be back!

Came on 1/24 for a simple oil change on a Ford escape. They were not busy at all, in fact it was just us and one other person being serviced. Despite this, the oil change took over an hour in 80 degree weather- at the end of which we were berated to leave them a good review, and forced to scan a QR code to do so. If this was the end of it I wouldn t be writing a review, but in the last several weeks- all of the oil has since drained. The woman performing the oil change seemed exceptionally confused on the ford drain plugs- so I m assuming something was messed up there. Now we re having to take it somewhere else and assess any possible damage, all for something that should be routine- ford or not. Extremely disappointed at the quality of service this store provides and would not recommend!

I have gone to this location several times but yesterday I came up there and sat in the office for 15 minutes when a tech walked to the window saw me and walked off. Not so much as a I'll be with you shortly or nothing. I sat for about 5 more minutes realizing he wasn't coming back so I left. that was so unprofessional of him and he lack good customer service skills. Never seen neither one of them before so I guess they are new. Want come back to that location again

Justin & Demetrius were great!Demetrius was very professional and informational about my services!I do prefer to stay in the car while my having services done. Please bring that option back !

The employees were polite and friendly. They showed me a filter that needed to be changed that I didn t even know was there! They weren t pushy about trying to get me to buy extra things besides an oil change. I would definitely recommend going there!

I have cane here to get 3 different cars looked at in over 4 years and Nino always makes sure my service is thorough and timely. I never leave unsatisfied and always informed about my vehicle care. I love this place !

wonderful staff! most places will try to upsell (especially to young women) but everyone i spoke to was interested in what i wanted done rather than telling me what they think should be done. this is my new regular place for all things car maintenance. thank you so much demetruis and justin and everyone else!!

Employee by the name Curtis did a great job, She has excellent customer service, She service my son's truck oil, wiper blades and coolant she's polite, and knowledgeable of everything I asked she definitely gets 5:Stars

None of the fluids were checked, left with washer fluid empty woth light still on. Person under car was yelling absent person above. Asked about airfilter change and said nothing comes up. Have no confidence that my oil change was correct based on this visit.

I use to go there and pull up and sit in my car while they change my oil, now you have to sit in the lobby. It took them forever just to change my oil. They should go back to the other way.

Friendly, Quick, and Efficient. Top off my fluids and checked engine filter. Very informative about the inner workings of the vehicle, when and what components may need service according to my make and model. Highly recommend.

I m always in and out and the customer service is magnificent!! Only thing is they are making me get out while they service usually before it was we stay inside the car while they work which is very convenient!! Please go back to letting customers stay inside the vehicles other than that service is A1 everytime!!

THE BEST Jiffy Lube in town. Demetrius and Justin (Not Bieber LOL) are extremely professional and knowledgeable! Very friendly, very honest. Extremely efficient and they made a great team. I will definitely be back to see them and I promised it would be more timely than the last 8,000 miles I stretched this one out. I highly recommend!

When I first arrived at the Main St location, I was cheerfully greeted by Ms Curtis. She guided me into the bay. Then the staff quickly changed the oil, and I was on my way. I unfortunately had to Leave a sister establishment because their stock was Limited. Therefore I came to Main Street location and obviously they had the type of service I was searching for.
