They exceeded my expectations and also offered me a discount. They were very friendly, and I don t believe they charged me for services I didn t need. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I was recommended to them by someone else!! So keep up the honest good work. It s great to know you can trust strangers to tell you the truth about what your car honestly needs and that the service provider isn t trying to make a quick buck God Bless!!

Very professional, welcoming, and friendly throughout. Everyone who spoke to me took their time to explain what maintenance my car underwent, what was needed in the short term future, and how it impacted my car s performance and longevity.I will happily make the hour drive to this location from Lake City for the quality of service. It s a night and day difference between my experience with the Jiffy Lube in Lake City.

Additional issues were found and addressed after showing me what was found and giving my permission. Also the additional cost on top of what had already been scheduled to do was reviewed. I did not need to use my discount coupons, as he gave me a larger discount for the totality of the work to be done. He also advised me of how much extra time would be needed to complete everything. I will definitely be going back again.

They went above and beyond on our services. He was super helpful and explained what services our jeep needed in a friendly manner.Great customer service.Very fast. We were in and out way quicker than I would have expected

Went here for the first time last week and was impressed! There were several vehicles ahead of me but I was in and out for my oil change in my Ford F150 in about 20 - 25 minutes! Staff was pleasant, efficient and courteous. Big plus, they didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need and they gave me the price before they did the work!

Rob� is the best mechanic I have came across by far at any of the local shops.. I came to Rob with an issue my brake lights weren't lighting up another shop was about to install a part that I did not need before installing Rob� asked if it was okay if he did a quick diagnostic to see if the part was necessary or the correct part. He found out it wasn't even necessary it was just as simple as me needing new light bulbs. Not only did Rob� save me money he helped me to be able to make money retired army veteran Uber driver trying to get this weekend started thanks to Rob� I'm on my way. New place for oil change brakes fluid exchanges and any other issues related to my car as for Rob� ask for Rob squared tell him Jeremy sent you

I was a little bummed that I can no longer pull my own car into the bay. That part felt a little condescending which, as a grown man, taking my car to pay someone else to change the oil is already flirting in that territory. But that minor quibble aside, the manager there (I forget his name, older guy) is knowledgeable and friendly, and was clearly not out to sell me junk services I don't need. Quick, professional service, which is exactly what I want.

I came into this store after driving from Indiana to visit family and my battery died when I was almost to my family s house. Kevin was the one that greeted me and was so patient and kind after seeing how stressed out I was. He really helped turn a bad day into a great one just by the professional presence and care that he had. I am not one to leave reviews but I just had to because of the exemplary experience I had thanks to Kevin.

The mgr met me as soon as I pulled in, was very courteous and directed me which ally to pull up to, then I was directed to the point of which way to steer the vehicle by the cutest young lady who was one of the nicest people that I have had the pleasure of chatting with. Although it was to brief because she was all about business, I would recommend anyone else that would like to stop by, do you will not be disappointed by their service or friendly faces. That is the jiffy lube on Newberry road just west of I75, I forgot to mention, that is not the first jiffy lube that I have stopped at, just seems like they really appreciate your business.

I've taken cars to a Jiffy Lube twice in the last couple years (the most recent visit was about a month ago). After both visits, my cars started pouring oil because the oil pan threads were stripped, leading to costly and inconvenient repairs. Can't exactly say I know that Jiffy Lube is to blame, but 2 for 2 is a pretty good indication.

Best place to go for an oil change in Gainesville! The staff is super efficient and very friendly. They always do a great job. Steve Hunt and his team are excellent!

Fast, efficient service from a very friendly team. I had a small issue (that turned out to be my fault, not theirs!) and when I contacted JiffyLube through their corporate email, I received a prompt email and a follow up call from the manager to make sure everything was good to go. Great customer service! Highly recommend this location!

They were slammed when I went, but they got me in and out as quick as they could. Taylor told me she was there helping from the Archer Road location and she was AMAZING and so kind. Give that girl a raise!

Waited for 30 minutes before I was even told I wouldn't get service due to not having the necessary parts. They were also under-staffed, and had a computer that was down. Was told to go to an alternative location the next day all of the way across town during my own work hours.

Kevin is so nice and knowledgeable. He found the turn signal bulbs I needed and even showed me how to replace them myself in the future. An asset to the company.

These guys are ridiculously expensive. You can get an oil change and a tire rotation for a third of the cost anywhere else. I would ve let it slide had I not realized the next day that they hadn t bothered with checking the tire pressure after rotating the tires. I am writing this review as I fill ALL of my tires with air. It s not like they were busy. They were courteous and fast at least.

I have been unable to use my washer fluid to clean my windshield for months. I was advised that a squirrel had sliced the hose and it would need to be replaced. I stopped in to the part store to purchase a hose, but left with connector pieces instead because they didn t have one to fit my vehicle. I know no one here since I ve only moved here a short while ago so I stopped in to Jiffy Lube where I have my oil change. Eddie came out and greeted me and I told him my issue and what I needed. Eddie remembered me from my last oil change and went to see if the manager would allow him to. He pulled me in and once he got my hood up he located where I had been advised that the hose was sliced and was able to confirm that they only needed to be reconnected. He reconnected them and advised me to return the pieces as I did not need them. Eddie even topped off my washer fluid before I left. The manager came over and inspected everything and gave him kudos for a job well done. Eddie s professionalism, customer service and his willingness to go over and beyond shows both his character and the spirit and culture of the company he represents. Always a pleasure when I visit this location whether in my car or truck and he always has a smile on his face when he greets the customers. Thank you Eddie!

Left feeling uncomfortable. Unsure if they are trusted agents. Car was supposed to be vacuumed... wasn't. Tire now missing cap to air stem.. was on prior to visit. No one took responsibility. Oil alert wasn't reset. So, who knows. Probably paid for a service that wasn't completed.

Every business should know what customer service means. The very basics at the very least. I ONCE had very good service at this location. But I do not blame the staff whatsoever. I blame the parent corporation that does not know how to train their staff. I probably won't be back.*These guys are attentive, professional and should stop having so much fun while they are working. JK. They have been keeping my 2014 Honda moving for at least two years now. Excellent business.*
