4 months, 4 in-person visits, and over 8 hours of waiting in their shop for the replacement of a faulty horn on a 2023 Kia.A couple of employees seem to care but nothing has been repaired yet due to constant miscommunication about the parts needed and whether they are ordered, in stock, or have been returned. After being told that the parts are in stock two days earlier, I waited 4 hours on Feb 12 to be told that the parts are actually still missing and need to be ordered.This place is the definition of a gong show, which would be funny if it wasn't at my expense.

Brought my car in yesterday for repairs. Service advisor has only contacted me once each day AFTER I contacted him for an update. Said it would be ready by noon next day because they didnt need to order parts. I have been told he'll check on it. 2 hours later called again. Twice to get them to answer. Told it probably won't be ready today. They are closed the next 2 days and won't even give me a courtesy vehicle! Stranded and no way to get to work Tuesday. Do not use there service. Tomlinson Motors did work after I bought my car and Tomlinsonnew car to take a 7 day trip out of state. KNOWING I was going out of state. Buy from Tomlison.

I literally cannot get a single human being on the phone to schedule service. No one answers any of the phone lines and all goes to voicemail, a voicemail box which is full. And this is not the first time. Absolutely ridiculous, will be taking my money elsewhere.

Severely disappointed with my experience here. Olga is the only saving grace at the forefront of the customer experience.I brought my Optima in for brake service and had pads and rotors replaced. Not even two weeks later, the brakes are squealing something awful. I bring it back in and they claim it just needed lubrication and sent me on my way. The SAME day the brakes are squealing even WORSE.For a week I have been calling and leaving messages about wanting to speak with someone to rectify the situation. Not a call back, no offer to bring the car back in, nothing. Every time I called I mentioned I am moving out of town so I need to get it fixed before I leave because I paid lots of money and won t be able to bring it back if this same thing happens again.Finally on today, the Friday before I leave town, I get put through to someone and there s just blatantly no customer service offered. He was passive, and honestly seemed like he just didn t care.I paid all this money for a service that didn t even take care of what I brought it in for.Service: Brakes

Less than a year ago, I got my car from Jenkins Kia and had a great experience with the sales team! I took my car to the Jenkins Kia service department for an oil change and tire rotation thinking I would be in great hands. After my car was serviced, the tire pressure was about 6 pounds too low on all tires. Another customer in the waiting room said he was back for the same issue after recently being serviced there. This is a safety issue that should be addressed in the service department. I asked for someone to explain what happened and no one did. I told Olga I wanted to speak with a service manager, and that I did not want to go into details or take it out on her. Not only did she look at me like I was stupid, but she said I actually was taking it out on her. After going back, my tires were over-filled and I had to fix the issue myself. Corporate advised me to go to a different Kia location in the future because I am not the only person who recently had an issue with this service department and service advisor.Services: Tires, Oil change

Spoke with a sales guy and explained we were coming from out of town to view a particular car in a particular color. We get there and of course it's not there. What's worse is that the car was already sold when the sales guy was still in communication with me!

Joseph is such a great guy to work with on my niece car-Kia Rio--he works w/my mom on her van &she really likes him alot--she said to ask for Joseph when I brought the car in for tuneup--we really appreciate his help

Took my car in for a tuneup and battery swap car was running perfectly fine before I took it in for the repairs and when I got it out it began stalling out not firing up on the dot and sputtering now the the service tech tells me that I have to pay 150 for a fuel diagnostic but for what when there was nothing ever wrong with my car Services: Auto battery replacement, Electrical, Auto engine tuning, BatteryServices: Auto battery replacement, Electrical, Auto engine tuning, Battery

We bought a used car from them they gave us the car a quart low on oil that started me watching the oil the first 4 days it needed a quart that that he'll deliver until they changed the oil two days later I had to put another quart the car doesn't have 100,000 mi on it and is using oil like it's wore out we are not happy!
