Everything was great. Coffee was good and my wait wasn't overly long. I was offered a ride if needed. As soon as I arrived I was greeted. The service consultant told me what to expect & checked back with me regularly. I chose to wait in the lounge which was comfortable & clean! My vehicle was vacuumed, but I didn't have time to have it washed as I had to pick up my wife. Next time! Thank you! Apparently when I tried to take the survey, I did something wrong as it went away. Sorry. I can't get the 5 stars to light up. Maybe because of that. It should definitely be 5 stars!

I bought a Kia Soul LX 2024 10 days ago from Jenkins Kia of Gainesville. I bought a Kia given previous experience and reliability. I wake up today and I see there was a flat tire, 10 days after I bought the car. Given that I couldn t drive it past 10 miles due to the flat, I took the car to the nearest tire plus. I called Kia services, explaining what happened. They offer me to pick the car up, change the tire for free and pick me up from work if I took the car out of tire plus. I complied, and after work a nice driver from Jenkins Kia pick me up and took me to the store. After waiting for 3 hours, the receptionist explained to me that Jenkins will not cover the flat tire repair even though they said they would. I complained; I missed clients over this issue given waiting times - the only reason I accepted to do it at Jenkins was because of the free repair.They also mentioned how they were not able to cover the tire cost because I did not have a tire insurance , something I was unaware of because Jenkins Kia did not offer me such deal. This sadness me because bad service tainted what otherwise is a reliable company of vehicles. Please, be careful when signing a deal at this specific store. The prices offered at the store are noticeably more overpriced compared with what you see on the internet. Moreover , they will try to introduce financial routes to finagle their purchase, and will just expect you to sign while only providing nebulous information , at least in my experience.

Every time we walk in this place we get a headache. They will scam you into paying 10-15k over MSRP!! Don t buy from this place. The manager Andrew is rude and will always put you down if you don t purchase the car he wants you to buy.Nick or salesman was amazing. Full of energy, very kind and looking out for us. Every time we go in there he greets us with a big smiles and full of joy. He helps us with any problem we have.Nina the manager of service is very sweet women. Anytime our cars needed to be fixed she was always on top of it and called us right away when we had any concerns. She has gotten the cars done in a timely manner and always has our back.Nicole she is the general manager of the salesman. She is a very sweet women to talk to. She has helped us get all of our worries and questions answered right away and always text us back right way with any concerns. If our cars had any issues she would get in contact and set it up with Nina right away to get the car in and get fixed.

I stopped in while on vacation to check out Tellurides. We were promptly greeted by Nicholas Dean. Told him I wasn t buying and just need to look and maybe test drive! He was in on day off and more than happy to help! We laughed and had so much fun. The manager I met also very nice and offered to drive the new car to KY. Promised that if I can t find one at home. I would call Nick for sure!!Check them out!! Super helpful!!

This was my second time going to Jenkins Kia for routine maintenance and this time everything went amazing. Kayla actually came out to greet me and kept me updated during the whole process. The new waiting room was comfortable too.

Recently I had brought my car in due to having some mechanical problems, which we all know that any form of car trouble can be stressful. As someone who is newer to the Gainesville area, I was not sure what to do or who to talk too. Christine, the service manager from Kia, stepped in and was a huge help through this whole process. She was respectful and provided amazing customer service to not just me, but other customers looking to get their vehicle fixed. It happened to be a really busy day that day as well, but she kept a positive attitude the whole time and did an amazing job at multi tasking to help everyone. My experience here was absolutely amazing and less stressful thanks to her. I plan on bringing my car here for any services needing to be done in the future.

Definitely stay away from this dealership, the sales guy Nick is Rude and promises things that they cannot deliver. We bought our car at night from the dealership, noticed a Chip in the windshield the next morning called the dealership Nick wrote out a paper that they owe us a windshield. Call Nick a couple days later he told me that it s our problem. We need to figure it out and he s washing his hands of us. Talk to Andrew the sales manager couple days after that Andrew says he s going to get to the bottom of it and call us back, no response from Andrew so I call him back couple days later. I was informed today that I need to make a claim through my personal insurance company to get a new windshield that Kia is not going to pay for it stay away from the dealership they promised things they can t deliver and have extremely rude salesman!!!!

Easiest car buying/leasing experience ever. We first spoke with Chris who was great and connected us with our extremely knowledgeable and capable sales representative, Alex. We were able to quickly and easily secure a 2023 Stinger via text and phone calls on a work day then go up in the evening to sign paperwork. Christine, the finance manager, is a true gem. Extremely experienced in her field, kind, and very easy to work with. Wish I could give 10 stars! Huge thanks to the Jenkins Kia Gainesville team for a dream experience start to finish!

Put 1000.00 down to hold car, due to circumstances were unable to purchase it. Still waiting for a refund of said money. Many phone calls later no one seems to know where money is after they told us they mailed it. This has been since January. Still waiting, no one returns our calls or seems too concerned. , which is a shame, as they were so good to us when we were going to buy something. Guess we just eat 1000.00 bucks and move on. W Hope others have better luck than we did.

What an amazing dealership. I went here last weekend to purchase a car, and it was such a smooth experience. Kasey did an AMAZING job in helping with the process. She made it fun, kept my family and I laughing and really helped a lot with all of the questions I had. The whole staff seemed like a family and it was super sweet. This is my first new car and I know how dealerships can be. Just let them know your budget and what you re looking for and they re on it, my dad even walked out with a new car. Even in financing, Mariah answered every question I had and was VERY knowledgeable. Super clean place as well. When you walk in, ask for Kasey. You won t regret it!!! Thank you ALL so much for everything you did for me, I m LOVING my new Kia Soul. :D

The shop had amazing workers, especially Mr. Nate, he not only fixed what I originally came in for but he also brought to my attention a few things that he recommended I fix at my earliest convenience. And the front staff, especially Mr. Kurt, were all very respectful and diligent in assessing what and how they could assist me. 10/10 Horrible experience very disrespectful I would not recommend. We went to get the code to program our key fob from the parts department, the code that at time of purchase is given to you printed on a paper attached to your keys. When we arrived we were greeted by a salesman at the door who asked what he could do for us. When he heard that we were just here for the code and not to buy a veichle his friendly behavior stopped and his tone changed to one that was like we were an inconvenience and bothering him, he asked us if we got our kia from this paticular dealer and we said no. He then told us where the parts department was and we wemt there. The girl at the parts department was very nice and took down all of the info we brought in proving proof of ownership of viechle. When she went back to get the code and call her manager to get approval to give us the code her manager said no we could not have the code for our veichle and that we would need to pay the $160 to connect one key fob to the car, something I have the knowledge and equipment to do but cannot because I do not have the code that the owner of the veichle has a right to have. When we left the salesperson who had greeted us at the door when we arrived, we asked us if we had got what what we needed, We told him no and what had happened. Him and his friends chuckled and were rude and told us that basically because we weren't "THEIR" customers they had no intention of helping us even though we own a kia. This is a great way to make sure that someone will definitely never be a customer there. Definitely would NOT recommend this location to anyone.

Quick to assist you to make a sale, but good luck if you need assistance afterwards from the same people or their Service department:4 months, 4 in-person visits, and over 8 hours of waiting in their shop for the replacement of a faulty horn on a 2023 Kia.A couple of employees seem to care but nothing has been repaired yet due to constant miscommunication about the parts needed and whether they are ordered, in stock, or have been returned. After being told that the parts are in stock two days earlier, I waited 4 hours on Feb 12 to be told that the parts are actually still missing and need to be ordered.This place is the definition of a gong show, which would be funny if it wasn't at my expense.

It was easy getting an appointment for me. They said it would take 2-hours. So I elected to wait they had it ready for me in less than ninety minutes They even adjusted my tire pressure! They were courteous, prompt and professional. FIVE STARS!!

I got my car Dec. 31 2022. So far so good. I will say I wish I paid more attention. The process is always hard and difficult because it feels like everyone on the lot is trying to play you. I came for a specific kia k5 and they claim they didn't have it on the lot even though I talked to someone the day before and they assured me they did. Then they kept trying to put me in a used car. Then the lady did t want to give me anything for my trade in. Then the finance guy told me I would be paying a certain amount(tax included) and my bank is still adding interest so I'm paying more than what I thought. And then they were supposed to clean the car out while I was with the finance guy a d when I got it the interior still had crumbs and stains. You can tell they didn't clean it and they had the car for hours. 4months in to having the car they're telling me I need new tires. I'm also noticing marks that I think were always there. They even left tape residue on the window and the tint is bubbling. MAKE SURE YOU INSPECT BECAUSE PEOPLE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE. And once you sign it's almost impossible to back out. I wish I would've took more time and not let anyone sway me but I needed a car fast.

Went in to get an accessory put on that I ordered. I was early but Nina greeted me warmly and took care of it. Moreover, I also visited Alex who sold me the car and needed some advice from the finance manager. Pleasant experience.

I've been dealing with this Kia dealership a long time. I traded in quite a few cars- and hold them to it whenever they promise me something I need for the car has to be done, hoping that it will (be done). I got a new car almost 2 months ago, and needed a trailer hitch put on it. I had one put on the last car I owned- and have a trailer sitting at home, and I'm not able to use it when I need it. Kia told me the hitch was on backorder, and they told me they would keep in touch with me- they never did, I kept having to call them. I decided to call the automotive place where I got my last tow hitch, and they told me I could have it installed in a week. The Kia dealership told me they would reimburse me the price for the hitch- I hope they stand by what they say- guess I'll have to wait and see what happens.

I am appalled by the horrible and deceptive customer service I received at Jenkins Kia of Gainesville. Their website advertised a car at a specific price, but when I inquired about the final out-the-door cost over the phone, they deceptively added $4,000 in hidden taxes and fees. While some additional charges are expected, this significant increase was never transparently presented on their website or initial quote.Upon visiting their showroom, the price was shockingly inflated by another $4,600 under the guise of "reconditioning" fees. This unconscionable practice is a clear attempt to mislead and exploit their customers.The entire experience was a testament to their blatant dishonesty, unprofessionalism, and lack of respect. If I could give them a negative rating, I would do so without hesitation.

Very disappointed in my experience with your dealership and parts manager professionalism today! Came into the dealership today for the 3rd time expecting to pick-up parts that i've ordered several times now only to have the parts manager tell me that I was the problem and to refuse service to me a paying Customer! So on Jan 19th came in to order parts and was told that the parts will be here in 3days, so After the 3rd day I came into pick-up parts and their still not in! Parts department claiming to delivered them to me? So in short I had to order the parts again. Now today another 3days later I'm in to pick up parts again and parts manager tells me that the parts have been in stock the whole time and that I didn't order them from there? I had two of their employee's with me at the counter when I ordered the parts and they where standing at the counter letting the manager know that this was my 3rd time in the store for the same parts. Long story short manager was very disrespectful and refused to give me service because of their mistakes! Where is the Customer service at?? Especially for paying Customer? I had to call the General Manager just to have another Sales Manager to come over and receive the parts for Me!! Never returning to this Dealership ever again.

We went to Kia Gainesville in search of a car we saw online. We called ahead of time but was disappointed that the car was sold by the time we got there. Regina greeted us upon arrival and assisted us. We did purchase a vehicle a few days later and the entire staff was awesome. We never felt obligated or pressured into purchasing anything. Would definitely recommend. Love our new Stinger.
