We were driving from Kentucky to Florida. Our tire started leaking because it picked up a screw. We called this place and they took us in and helped us right away. This place is awesome. The manager and staff are professional. Turn around time was very quick. We are very grateful. Thank you so much to the manager and staff.

We were out of town and and our sensor went bad so we pulled into this facility and Josh was so nice and helpful and had us back on the road in less than 45min and did not overcharge us! I would definitely recommend this Goodyear!! 5

I got to Goodyear Auto Service very late on a Monday afternoon. We had had a flat tire and AAA recommended visiting them since they were open til 7 pm. We got there and were immediately helped. After about 50 min., we had our tire patched and back on our car. The Goodyear mechanics were kind and efficient and I am very grateful!

Not 5 stars because I did notice the compartment in between the driver and passenger seat had been rummaged through, thankfully nothing was stolen. The back seat of my car was also dirty. This is weird because there is no reason to be in the back seats or in the compartment section for the service provided. Besides that, service was good. Genetha (might be misspelled) was very kind, professional, and helpful!

Went to get tire plugged, was told I had a couple of nails in the tire, they said one was repairable and the other one couldn't be patched. I asked to have a plug put in they don't do plugs just patches, that being said they wanted to sell me a new tire, because they don't plug just patch. By just doing a patches and not offering the old style plugs I guess this helps them sell tires instead of actually repairing a 2yr old tire.

A nail was in a tire and it should not be a too difficult repair. Two-hour work gave me a lower tire pressure? In addition, initially they claimed the wheel alignment is included in a package I got and when check out they charge $99 for that.

Best service I have ever had at a car place before, especially as a younger woman. Everyone was kind, caring, and willing to explain pricing and the issues with my car in a way that made sense. The service was also fast and great! Thank you so much.

Cee is the absolute best manager! She sold me my first set of 4 tires and every since I have had a blade, bolt, nail, and she has helped me with everything! Cee even diagnosed my engine when it threw a rod I was so devastated and she did everything in her power to help me. I will forever be a customer of hers and the Goodyear team.

I took my van in Sunday 11/5/23 as front left tire had a slow leak. The manager agreed to have a tech check it out. After some time, said manager came over and started fast talking with little eye contact about how the slow leak was on the sidewall and could not be repaired and I had to have a new tire which they didn't have in stock. So he told me to make an appointment for the following afternoon when they would have the tire. I made the appointment but intuition told me I was being hustled. So the following morning I took my vehicle to my mechanic, as they were open on Monday. My tires were fairly new and had great tread. Yes there was a slow leak but NOT on the sidewall. The slow leak was on the treaded part of the tire and was easily repaired. The manager of this establishment was clearly hustling and trying to scam me. I will not return there. Yes I know the manager's name and have his card and will convey that to owner, should the owner reply to this message. I did call them after I had my tire repaired and told whomever answered the phone what happened. Giving one star because NO STARS is not an option.** UPDATE: Store replied without taking any responsibility for having a deceitful crook as assistant manager. So upselling and selling what customers don't need appears to be a common practice here, given my experience and what other reviewers have stated. Instead I was referred to an 800 number where one is on hold forever. Beware of this place!

Goodyear on 75th is super. Tops with their customer service and entire staff, well they're so friendly. I'd rather take my 2 year old car here for service needs.

What horrible liars. I had issues with my calipers locking up, and they told me my pads,rotors and calipers were shot. A certified mechanic fixed it by replacing my hoses on my calipers. Everything else was fine. I was so upset after they told me this,I hardly slept not knowing how I was going to afford to get my car fixed. People like this are the ones who get ur money with un business tactics.

Super helpful, professional, even when customers are stressed and worried about an emergency issue. My car was clicking and doing strange things when turning and they diagnosed and got me sorted ASAP.

My Ram 3500 Dually had a valve stem leak and C and Ryan took care of me. I am able to head back home to Ga. They were really nice and down to earth. Exceptional Customer Service!!! Tony

I called around all the tire shops. The only person in the world who wanted to sell me a set of tires today and have them installed. Was Amber at Goodyear? She was the greatest and now I have the greatest set of tires on my vehicle. Thank you, good year

Came into the store 9/24 at around 3:15pm. I had a screw in my tire for which I was told that the tire was too old to fix. I was ok with that. When checking out I was asked by the woman with my paperwork if I would like to leave a tip for the Tech. I was a bit taken a back, but I gave her $5.00 for him. Upon another employee entering the office the woman with the $5.00 closed her hand as if to conceal the money, not sure if the Tech received his tip. Will look for tires elsewhere.

The crew at Goodyear off Tower Rd. are fantastic. This morning I stopped by with a trailer tire that needed repair. They had me in and out in a heartbeat. Fantastic customer service, every time.

So I wait till 10:30am on a Sunday to try and find an oil change for my car. My bad but let me share a great experience with Good Year Tire on Tower.The service manager Josh was very helpful and professional. He understood my frustration with all the other oil change companies that told me I could wait all day and Not get my oil changed. Josh said he would not do that to me. I was prepared to wait for a couple hours since he was short handed but he got me out in less than an hour! The sweet lady working the counter was so nice and polite. We talked football and she reassured me that my car was going to get done. I ll keep coming back from now on. I m sure I ll get the same friendly service. I highly recommend Good Year Tire on Tower Rd.

Always great customer service! They also have taken care of all my vehicles and has always been consistent with service, never overcharging or over selling. Cenethia is by Far the best manager and they do their best to make it pleasant experience every time!!!

Went in for a simple rear break pad and rotor replacement ONLY. I was told an hour and took it with a grain of salt, knowing it would probably be longer. Decided to stay and wait, but little to my knowledge it takes 5 and a half hours to replace... Never going to this location again. I have also never seen so many employees standing/sitting around doing nothing or talking on their personal phones. Completely unsatisfied. Writing this on the 5th hour and I swear there better be no issues with their repair. Goodyear is great, but never go to this location.(Note they did take off $50 for the wait. Although it took me getting visibly getting angry)

Had a hole in my radiator hose. They fixed it after receiving the parts from Lincoln and had me on my way. All in time for a long Thanksgiving drive

I made an appointment for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation and was told it would take 30 to 45 minutes. After 2 hours, while I didn't complain, I did inquire as to why it was taking so long. When my car was done, the employee told me he wasn't charging me due to the inconvenience. Yes, it took a long time but that was EXCELLENT customer service! Thank you!

Obviously, this isn t about money, even though it is. But what I can tell you about Goodyear in Gainesville Florida off of 75th is that they are the only mechanics I trust to touch my vehicle as someone who has worked on cars their whole lives, but does not have the equipment now to handle the details of the extent of maintenance and upkeep of my vehicle. I would bring it no other place. Josh, is the attendant that typically helps. He always provides courteous, professional, outstandingly exceptional service when I have to bring my car in. THANK YOU for being here. I will Always bring my vehicle to you.

The folks here did a great job for me a few months ago when I had a tire shred for me on the highway. From getting me connected with a tow to making sure the right size tires were available even from a different store.

Called in to schedule an appointment for new tires. I went online to get the full price with discounts, taxes, install fee, etc. They were competitive on pricing (middle of the road) but when they gentleman looked it up, he was going to charge me over $180 over the online price.I quickly told him that online showed a lot less even with all of the fees but he said it didn t matter because that is what his computer was showing.Told him I wasn t going to do it and he didn t seem to care. I have used Goodyear in other cities but not here. I went and got better tires for a lot cheaper price. It didn t even make sense how his price was so much more.

Excellent service!! The staff was kind and explained my tire repair without trying to up charge or add services. Josh M was the front office clerk and was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you Goodyear team for turning a stressful flat tire experience into a positive one!
