I ordered two tires online and scheduled the installation as well as an alignment in advance. I had an 11am appointment. The work was not completed until 4:40pm (5 hours, 40 minutes). I had budgeted 1.5 hours for the work to be done.I knocked on the owner or manager s door (Mario) to inform him of my wait and he shared his own dissatisfaction and said it is ridiculous. He said he would finish his email work and then he d check on it.An hour later, Mario gave me the green light. When I asked him if there were any issues with the vehicle. He said no, and that his only explanation was that the technician is inexperienced.This answer hardly makes me feel safe driving the vehicle, especially given that it is a pickup truck that I use for towing. I feel like I need to take it somewhere else to be inspected before I tow.

Had my car battery die on me and I wasn't sure which type I needed for a replacement. Heather did an excellent job helping me figure out which battery replacement to get and explaining some background information! The repair was quick and simple, and the team also let me know about other things they noticed with my car.Customer service, professionalism, and knowledge was excellent here!

Heather the manager, Mario the service manager and Israel the mechanic are the greatest! I called at 5:30 and explained that I was traveling and towing a horse trailer with a horse! He said come right over knowing they close at 6:00. I pulled in with brakes and calipers almost in flames they were so hot. They saved us! With no hesitation they stayed an hour late staying open to help. Who does that these days? The mechanic took his time and did the work perfectly! I had work performed on this truck before leaving home but apparently they weren t thorough.I m here to say that you will get service over and beyond the norm at this location!

Sent my college age daughter there for an emergency on a Monday morning two weeks ago. Bernie, I believe his name was, was able to look at her car right away and turned a nightmare into an average day. He was awesome.

I have been coming here for years and the service is always great. Today especially though I came by after work at 5:15pm because the tire light was on a couple days even after filling them up recently. I had a trip the next day and they were able to get me in, fix a nail, and get me out in like half an hour. Seriously impressed by level of service!

Avoid this place at all costs. Being a student with little to no knowledge of cars I was worried about being coerced into paying for services I did not need, which was the case here. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, minutes off the lot my car lit up with warnings. After 3 visits I was told they couldn t identify any problems, it was a coincidence that my car had issues right after their service, and the only thing to do now was pay for a diagnostic test to even figure out the problem. This didn t feel right to me so I went to a different shop for a second opinion. The second shop fixed any problems within 30 minutes and told me I basically had a very poor oil change done . He also showed me problems good year should have made me aware of and/or fixed when the car was in their care. Rear Air filter clips were incorrectly installed, air hose by the air filter was completely out of place, oil was over full, oil drain plug was leaking (see photos). My car was now completely fine and problems were solved free of charge. Long story short I will never be returning here.

i had an oil change here last september and i thought they were really nice with the free brake check. i was told that my brake pads are running thin at about 2 mm in the front and 1 in the back and had to replace them in december. I was like alright and i waited for the pads to run low. I got them check while i had an oil change at AutoER and they took pictures and everything, turns out my brake pads are at 7 mm front and back. Goodyear really tried to scam me. would rate 0/5 if i could.

I went in for a tire rotation and balance. The ladies in the showroom are great! I'm really bad with names but one of the ladies was the manager. The tire tech found some worn-out lug nuts so we had them replaced. They also do some mechanical work. The prices are comparable if not better than their competition. Their customer service is top-notch!This will be my go-to tire store from now on. Give them a try!

This is the best place to get your car serviced. Top notch work, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are very honest and they will do all they can to make sure the works done right. I'm so happy how my visits have been I will be a life long customer. This is the place to go for anything car related I guarantee you'll be happy and satisfied.

Worse service of any and all tire shops. We came in to get a repair and stated we did not want to wait if they were busy. We would rather make an appointment and they stated that the worker is just finishing up on one vehicle ahead of ours. It took an entire hour before they put our vehicle up on the ramps. That s not just finishing up!!! It then proceeded to take over an hour to pull a nail and fix the tire. Over 2 hours total time that I ve seen other places due in 20-30 minutes tops. They lied about said service time. Do not come to this horrible shop. They do not care about customers priorities even if you ask ahead of time

This place sucks!!! I ve made multiple appointments with them and they have cancelled every time!! They use the excuse that they have multiple people scheduled for the time of my appointment or that they are too busy but when you go by there there is never anyone there getting work done or waiting in line. First why would you schedule multiple people for one appointment time and second if you are understaffed why are you fully booking yourself if you know that the work is not going to get done.

I ve always had great service until September 2020. Dropped car off for oil change and rotation. They found front break pads had to be replaced. Gave go ahead. Picked car up and breaks squealed and were almost to the floor before gripping. Brought it back the next day as they suggested. Went to pick it up, and Service Manager said he didn t like my attitude when I said I was here to pick up my keys and car. I apologized. He wouldn t let it go. Kept saying that my attitude was bad and who did I think I was to walk in and talk like that, etc. He threw the keys at me and told me to leave and never come back. I felt very threatened and harassed. I asked to speak to the manager. He told me if I didn t leave immediately he would call the police and have me escorted out. I was in tears. I finally got my keys and the brakes squeaked worse than ever. I went to the Good Year on 75th. Will never go back to the one on Main.

Worst place for tire service. The gentlemen cashing me out was rude and cursed me out like I was his child. I have filed a complaint with coot people and have decided I will never come here again ever.

Made an appointment on-line for replacing the tires on my truck. I called the day before to make sure they were expecting me and had the tires I ordered in stock. I was told by the gentleman who answered the phone that they did not have me listed on their schedule. I double checked that I had picked the correct store and it was correct. I attempted to give him my confirmation number I received when making the on-line appointment and he was totally uninterested in assisting me.So, I'll take my approximately $1000 in business elsewhere. There plenty of other tire stores in the area who would be happy to have my business.

Tried very hard to help me with large Motorhome tire spare install. They re equipment not large enough to remove & replace. Secured local road side service contractor to come over & finish job. Needed high volume air equipment which contractor had, lug nuts requiring 450-500# torque. Thank you. Jim Caylor

I bought four new tires and they did an excellent job, I also bought an additional warranty. What I was not aware of is that an oil change was slipped in. The papers I signed were folded and I was handed it to just sign it. I just had an oil change at my dealer's, so why would I want an oil change. Now I have to wait a whole week to get this dealt with because the guy is on vacation. The person who I reported this to claimed that she did not work that day, but when I was looking through the window to see my car, she asked if I needed anything, so she was there. That was sneaky, and then she wanted me to use the $90 I had paid for a future job, but I only went there because I had to get tires and the dealership was closed. Double check your papers that you sign there. If I have to, and I do not get my money back for a service that they either gave me by mistake, or tricked me, I am taking it to court. Why would I want that? It was just done, and I have the receipt to prove it.

I recently noticed one of my tires had a slow leak, due to a small nail, but otherwise my tires are good.I went to Tires Plus for an oil change . I had bought the tires from them , I was hoping they would provide an easy solution. They had me sitting for hours, in the end they provided me with a quote for 4 new tires and a bunch of other stuff I did not need. I left feeling unaccomplished and discouraged. I have only put 20-30,000 miles on my tires.I decided to check out Good Year on Main, Lu Fraticelli was very kind and he immediately put me at ease. My tire was plugged in under 40min, and they didn t charge me anything. They lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. Thank you, Good Year. I will definitely purchase my new tires at this location.

I can t say enough about the Goodyear store on Main Street in Gainesville. I was stranded on a trip from Miami to Alabama and everyone there was so helpful at a time that I was desperate on the road. Mario the shop manager went above and beyond. People say above and beyond, but this is a sincere statement! My Corvette has 19 run flats which were difficult to find. He checked around other stores for me, he called different places. Mario did everything in his power to get me back on the road. I have not experienced customer service like Mario provided to me. I am 67 years old my car was loaded down with luggage and he took the time to drive me to other stores ( this was a God send, I didn t know Gainesville).These words do not express my gratitude my appreciation and I will definitely praise this employee to anyone and everyone that I can. Mario is all about customer service and doing the right thing. He told me he has worked for Goodyear 8 years, you have a gem!!! I was treated with respect and he even said he was thinking about what he would want someone to do if it was his mother. If there is an evaluation or recognition for exemplary employees, I would like to put Mario s name in for it.

If you buy a long-term plan and pay them in advance, they will make it impossible for you to use their service while you already paid them for that service.Even though I already had a three-year alignment plan and had an appointment today, I waited for 3 hours, and they didn't do the alignment and brought up different excuses.

These gentlemen were awesome!! My daughter s car needed brakes and a general once over for anything else pressing that needed repair. The diagnostics were fast and when I explained I was rocking on a budget, they patiently went over the entire estimate explaining what HAD to be fixed vs. what could wait, all the while keeping my daughters road safety and our budget in the forefront. Strong work!! We will be back to do the rest of the work as money permits! They were honest and understanding...two qualities sometimes lacking at your mechanics shop.

I had an amazing experience here. I had two nails in my tire and I saw a sign outside that said "Free Flat Repair." I was very wary because I thought there had to be a scam here but nope!!! After 45 minutes, they were able to review and patch up my tires for absolutely ZERO dollars! I walked out the door not paying anything with a fixed tire. On top of that, they were very friendly and accommodating. I 100% highly recommend this store to everybody!!!

Went to the location to get a oil change as well as an inspection of my brake pads. I got in and was greeted very fast and helped out just as quickly even though I could see they were short handed. The rep was very honest and straight forward about my car he did the oil change and told me I had plenty of meat left on the brake pads and I had another 15000 miles left and there was really no need to change brake pads. I was happy to see he was honest since I had already checked this out for my self prior to bringing my car to this location. The prices was fair and they did not try to push any extra stuff at the last minute like most shops do. The service was fast and Great quality. I would highly recommend this location for your regular car maintenance .

I set up an appointment online for 4 tires and a wheel alignment. I dropped my Truck Off and all work was completed in 3 hours. They were friendly and courteous and did an outstanding job. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

These are good people. It is the North Main location. Tower Road location is another story. I only go to North Main location now.
