Bought a brand new GMC AT4 earlier in 2023. I was told that I would get 3 free services from this dealership. I did receive my first service free of charge. After driving an hour for my second one, I was informed that I only receive the one complementary service. That actually is from GMC. I don t like being lied to. I will not be back to or recommend this dealership.

Had a fender bender, got my truck in and out in 9 days, and the repairs look perfect. Wonderful service and friendly staff. Truly couldn't ask for more.

These guys! Bought a truck and 7 days later the transmission goes out and they told me that was my problem! After talking to friends and family here in the Bronson, Gainesville area not a dealership I would recommend to anyone even if it was for air in my tires

Stopped in looking to buy a new truck the staff was to busy talking about going out drinking that night then trying to help us buy a new vehicle when someone did finally come over to talk to us, we told them what we were looking for. We were told to wait outside and they would go see what they had available. we waited in the heat for about 15 or 20 minutes they never came back out. We got tiered of standing in the heat so we left. We will never go back there customer service is horrible. I have never had such a horrible experience at a car dealership. It was hot they could have at least asked us to come inside well they looked. That and for as long as it toke someone to come over and as we waited for someone to come back outside I can tell you all about what the staff was planning on doing that night drinking . Customer don't want to here about your staff's drinking adventures and who there sleeping with.

This was my first visit to any car dealer in Gainesville. I found an automobile that fit my needs perfectly. We met a salesman (Dennis) who took all of our needs thoroughly and in a friendly way. I felt no pressure. Everyone we encountered in the dealership treated me with courtesy. I was really impressed when I asked a question of my salesman and he said "I don't know but I will find out." Too many car sales people would make up some bogus answer and I would be none the wiser.The entire experience was good. My only issues were minor and addressed promptly. First, I thought their pricing scheme was a bit high but they managed to come very close to my target. Second, it seemed to take an inordinate amount of time to get out of the store and heading home, but in all fairness, they were busy so they get a wink.I recommend Gainesville GMC Buick heartily and if you want a pleasant car buying experience, when you get to the store, ask for Dennis Sergent.

The first week of January I was in an accident (fender bender). Since most auto body shops were backed up, most had waiting periods ranging from a few weeks out or even months. I called Gainesville Buick GMC and was able to get in within a week for auto body repairs. My repairs ended up taking longer than the 28 days I had on the rental car with my insurance company so Steven out of the kindness of his heart allowed me to use a vehicle free of charge until my car was ready. Everyone I encountered in the collision repair department was nice and professional. They made the whole repair process smooth for me. I would definitely recommend them.

The Buick Collision Center did an excellent job fixing my truck which had front end damage after hitting a deer. Alfonzo was very nice and kept me informed on the repair progress. It took a bit longer to get my truck back than I thought it would, but I can't complain because the body shop guys did a really good job. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this body shop.Service: Body & Trim

Mike and the crew were fantastic. They were prompt and the results look like the accident nevet happened. Mike was very professional and courteous and explained the details about what would take place withe the insurance company. Highly recommend this business if you need body work on your car.

My glove compartment was gone thru and when I got back in my car vital papers were on floor rather then put back in glove compartment! I didn't even get a vacuum of my interior .. realky kinda shoddy! Kim at office was FANTASTIC THANK GOODNESS, But service Blah!!.Waiting for Michelle to call me of this!

Horrible experience with trying to get an estimate. Left the vehicle there a day and a half to receive an estimate but no one called or communicated anything until I called asking for an update around an hour until close on Friday. The estimate apparently wasn't even done yet and had to be quickly thrown together before coming to pick up the car, which had to be done after hours due to the lack of communication. The keys were left but the vehicle never moved an inch so I'm not sure how accurate the estimate I was given even is. I cannot support this business any further due to their weak customer service. Their excuse was they were "busy," well aren't we all? The collision center demonstrated their lack of responsibility with vehicles during this disappointing interaction. Total waste of time and we brought the vehicle to another body shop for a second opinion.

Came here to look at a Used Lexus SUV and met with sales associate Richard. Richard was nice, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. Drove and loved the SUV and wanted to start talking about price. Online the vehicle is advertised for one price, then you go into the dealership and the vehicle is $1,000 more.. On the website, the cheaper price is only when you have a certain type of trade in for trade assistance . Okay.. so now the vehicle is $1,000 more than we originally thought and Richard comes back with a ridiculous Out The Door price. We attempt to counter offer with a reasonable number and the Sales Manager Blake comes into the office and he dismissed our offer, made it feel insufficient, and made us feel insignificant. Furthermore, we weren t even afforded the dignity of a counter offer and ultimately asked to leave. I was wildly unhappy with my experience at this dealership and incredibly disappointed as I truly wanted to buy this car from them.

The Chevy store next door wanted to charge me $400 to diagnose a reoccurring check engine light on my brand new 2020 Duramax with less than 4000 miles. after waiting weeks for an appointment i decided to call the GMC store. Ryan the service advisor got me in immediately and got the correct part ordered. the repair was done in the exact time Ryan quoted me and i have not had any issues since. Ryan has earned my business and i will continue to use this dealership for any and all services my vehicle may need in the future.

Quick, efficient. Offered rental car but I had another vehicle and they dropped me off. They dropped me all the way across town. Picked me up when my car was ready. They made a proper impression on me and I will return for service there.

My vehicle was there for over two months after a front end collision. When it was returned to me, screws were loose. I had to have my vehicle towed back less than a week later because the dipstick was broken, valve cover and oil cap were broken. Oil was all over the motor. The manager was unapologetic and did not take responsibility for the oversight. I was inconvenienced and will not return and I will not reccomend this location to family and friends.

Wow , I had trouble with my heater they diagnosed and fixed it something the dealership where I bought the truck could not do. They have just earned my loyalty I will never go anywhere else.

Buick lied to us about a car on the sales lot being broken beyond repair and pushed us into another car so that they could sell the car we wanted to a woman that works in their service department. Very unfair.
