If I could give ZERO stars I would! Do not get your glass done by these people! I turned my defrost on and my glass started cracking due to cold weather, they installed my glass in 2021& they found a reason to not cover my windshield under there lifetime warranty so I had to pay $700 IN CASH! Because they found a knick that may or may not have caused the random cracking, but the rep made sure to tell me they can t control Mother Nature a the warranty only cover THEIR WORK! my glass was replaced with a DISTORTED GLASS! (Their work again) On Friday 1/19. I made them aware something was not right, they failed to reach back out to me, I had to hassle them to get a tech back out & the tech showed up with a scratched glass on 1/25 and was not able to replace the distorted glass they installed on my window on 1/19 so I ve been driving around town, having the illusion as if I m drunk driving since 1/19 in bad weather conditions & I have a child, this is a safety issue, I am extremely upset about they way they are conducting business.These people do not provide quality service and their customer service is CRAP! They are money hungry! They were paid on 1/19 for a job they did not complete complete! It s 1/26 and they have not compensated me for the inconvenience, they have not reached back out to me with a resolution! Everytime I call I keep getting bounced around an told a supervisor will contact me and I ve heard nothing! Hopefully my glass will be installed correctly today and I will be done with these people. I will be reporting them for their foul tactics, this has me livid!

Called on a Saturday to schedule an appointment to get my windshield replaced the earliest they could get to me was Monday. When Monday came we received a text message that they didn t have the replacement part and rescheduled us. My question is did they not know that they didn t have the part? And if not why did they wait until the day of the appointment to inform us? They weren t closed the day before the appointment so it doesn t make sense for them to blindside us like that.Just seems very unprofessional if I could give 0 stars I would ve

Was never told i needed to removing racking system from my truck, or i would have had it done! When tech showed up an told me i said i could remove it right then. I was told it didn t matter because he had other appointments and he couldn t wait for me. I told him the whole reason I went with his company was because of the day that it was being done and I couldn t wait till another day he refused to wait for just 20 minutes so I can take it off. Then was supposed to come back by 8 o clock in the morning didn t show up until after 10. I called to discuss this I got nowhere. I would never use this company again and I ve made up my personal business to tell everybody I know I never trust or use this company! This was handled terribly, and as far as I m concerned, you they really suck!

Excellent service. Had windshield replaced in Washington state. Rear veiw mirror fell off. Windshield has automatic rain sensor, so can't just glue back up. Called Glass america, explained problem. CSR, said no problem, have tech out Wednesday and replaced window and fixed mirror.

Had my insurance company (Florida Farm Bureau ) call for a broken windshield due to a rock strike this morning April 28, 2017 to Glass America.As per the 1-800 number folks G.A.is unable to get to 10 Block of SW 36th St here in Gainesville til sometime Monday May 1, 2017 for a quick dime size broken front windshield on my new 2016 (12000 miles) Ford F250 FX4 Super Duty pickup truck.Hate to complain but you think they could be a little bit more responsive.Call was made around 9am this morning April 28th.

Not sure why their driver thinks speeding and almost hitting me is ok. I was going 63 in a 60 so it really isn't necessary.

Excellent customer service!....with a professional finish. My car was ready way ahead of schedule. I recommend this place. No hassle. I am completely satisfied
