I went to gator land Toyota after getting into an accident with my Camry . I was helped out by Ronnie who was always quick and accurate with any questions I had and was also honest with prices. Which by the way were better than I thought they were gonna be. I cannot suggest them enough!

My 4Runner looks brand new now. The best collision center in Gainesville by far! I had it fixed once before at Buick GMC and what a mistake that was. Thanks again Gatorland.

My step son came into your shop and you guys were great. Being so far away it was nice to know he had a great agent and was reassuring. What a stress this was at first. Big shout out to Ronnie and the team there. So sorry it took so long to send but I would recommend you guys without hesitation. Oh, I m sure he will pay better attention now.

We were in an accident and we brought the car to Gatorland Toyota Collision Center. They did excellent work in a short period of time. Grant took care of us and was very professional. Amazing service and the car looks fantastic!

A few months ago I noticed the paint fading on my 2016 4 Runner. After visiting several local body shops and receiving quotes that were astronomically high. I decided to go to gatorland toyota so they could look at it. Spoke to Grant, great person, very professional and extreamly knowledgeable. He told me they would be able to handle the job no problem. Even put me in a loaner while mine was being painted. All at a fraction of the price of my local body shops. I couldn't be happier. In fact when I get ready for a new vehicle I'll definitely be going to gatorland toyota. Customer service is fabulous at this dealership !!Thanks again,Tim McCormack

Had Geico handle my claim and it was painless and a smooth operation. The people at Gatorland were polite and respectful and got you in and out in a reasonable time. Other than having to wait for some parts it was a good encounter.

I have never had a better experience anywhere at any other business bar none!! John OHollaran raises the standard for all others to impossible heights, he went to bat for me with a dealership in town that was being ridiculous plus my car came back spotless. A truly great experience! I highly recommend them. Plus the front desk guys were very polite and funny every time I went in. Great placw

This place is pretty slow with service.. been waiting on a molding piece for my car door for about two months now! Been given the runaround with dates when it should be in about four or five times now! Funny thing is I have to call them and get an answer, the agent their never called me to keep me updated

Ronnie and the manager were completely unprofessional and I still don t have my car fixed. I scheduled an appointment a week and a half out with Ronnie and when I arrived to the collision center for my scheduled appointment, I learned upon rival that there was no appointment scheduled for me. I sat there for two hours while he called the insurance company of which he had the claim number For two weeks prior. Why he did not call insurance company when he was first provided the claim number, I have no idea why! He also lied and said that they would not send him an assignment because he did not have a statement for me. Well, when I spoke with State Farm, they sent over the assignment proof and told me that they had never said any such things. I also spoke with the manager to convey my concern to him, opposed to provide me with excellent customer service, and a resolution to the problem, he proceeded to yell and tell me that this was my fault. So now, to recap, it is my fault that when I called to schedule the appointment and provided Ronnie with the claim numbers, and then insurance company information, that he did not actually schedule me nor did he reach out to the insurance company. Also, I still do not have my car fixed yet, and they are avoiding me. The absolute worst experience ever!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Ron Rogers was especially nice and always kept me informed on my repairs progress when someone hit me with severe damage. The workmanship was excellent and my car looked and drove like brand new. I would never go anywhere else.

Lee and Grant took great care of me. My PPF (paint protection film) on my Tacoma was moldy and looked horrible. They removed everything I asked for and then more. Lee over exceeded my expectations. Very happy with my service at Gatorland Toyota collision Center.

If you just need a vacation from your car, like you re sick of looking at it, send it here for repair. You won t see it for at least a month. Maybe two? We ll see. Still waiting. They will definitely raise the quote by thousands and probably break some other stuff while they re in there. Communication is via text if you can get anyone to do that. If there was a way to make car owners feel comfortable working with a shop, they never read that book. Maybe somebody will make it into a movie?

I wanted to change my front bumper and was fortunate enough to have Gatorland Collision here to help. I called and was able to get a hold of Rick and he was able to set up an appointment and everything. I ended up paying out of pocket, if anyone is curious, because if I were to use the insurance I would be waiting about 2 months without a car. Luckily the receptionist, I forgot her name, explained the whole insurance deal.It took sometime getting the bumper painted but keep in mind that I was trying to get this done for the end of December. But when the time came to get the bumper change Rick told me they were able to get it all done in the same day. Unfortunately something came up while they were removing the piece and thanks to Rick he explained in detailed why the team needed one more day. I came in the next day in the morning to pick up my car and I couldn't be any happier with the outcome!it been more than a month and I can say GatorLand team does very good work!Service: Body & Trim

Gatorland Collision Center, and their staff, have been completely unprofessional and negligent throughout my repair process. There is no sense of urgency with either the automotive technicians or the office managers. I brought my vehicle to their facility for repair on January 5th--the repair was only for my front door panel which would take between "between 3 to 6 hours for a single door". As I am writing this it is over a MONTH later on February 10th and I still do not have my car back. In fact, I was told by Ronnie (the manager) that he still has no clue when the repair is going to be finished. As of now I have also filed a complaint with the Federal Better Business Bureau regarding my case.Every time I call their facility they are never able to give me an actual expected date of completion--it is almost pointless for them to even tell me this information, since they seem to have no clue about the repair process, even after a month later. There is no conceivable reason the repair should take over a month to fix a door panel--unless of course--they are not actually repairing my vehicle. I went up to the shop on February 8th because I was tired of being told that there was "no expected date of completion". Upon seeing my vehicle, it was clear that little work has been done to it considering the amount of time they had the car. Evidently, there is a clear problem of negligence with this company. Either they take on more work than they can handle or they simply do not work--either way it maintains a serious problem for clients. Please do not use their "services", if you would even call it that, as I have noted--they are absolutely unprofessional and neglect any sense of responsibility in terms of fixing your vehicle. There are plenty of other repair shops around Gainesville that do not force you to go through this. It has been extremely difficult going without my car for over a month and they just exacerbate the problem by not giving me a time of completion. I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau--this company has serious problems...

There was an issue with my passenger door after Gatorland Toyota Collision Center repaired my car. I stopped by and showed the issue to my assigned agent. He told me that it is because of new parts and I had to wait a couple of weeks and it will resolve itself. Tuesday, for the third time, I stopped by and asked to talk with the agent. I was told by the receptionist that he was busy. I explained that the problem should be resolved. The receptionist mentioned that he can take my phone number and ask the agent to call me back. The receptionist said, That is the only thing I can do. No call, no follow-up. No accountability if something not done right.Poor customer service and poor management.Service: Body & Trim

My white Toyota Rav4 was repainted under recall and I have nothing but positive feedback about Jonathan and the entire team that worked on my vehicle!! Jonathan was so professional and kept me in the loop on the status of the work. The quality and service exceeded my expectations!! I am so thankful and would 100% recommend using Gatorland Collision! I will also never purchase anything besides a Toyota after the way the company stood behind their product. Thank you Jonathan and everyone at Gatorland! :)

This place did not do a good job on my vehicle & they were extremely sexist towards me. They were not as welcoming & helpful to me compared to other male customers there. Sometimes, they even brushed me off if I asked anything. My vehicle s front bumper & fender bender were broken in an accident. After investigating, they told me that the inside parts were also broken, so even if those two things got fixed, eventually, they will keep loosening up, but they can last for a while & driving on highway should be fine. I understood that these parts will loose up over time, but I did not expect they fell apart the next day. All it took was 20-minute drive from there to my place, and 1 hour highway drive to my parent s house. I called to see if they can do anything with that, but they didn t want to do anything with it, and kept asking do you understand? do you understand? in an aggressive tone. I don t think they would act & say something like that to a male customer. In the end, I got my vehicle fixed at another bodyshop that did a way better job because I didn t want to go back to a sexist place like that.

They did an Insurance job back in December, the returned the car to me fixed but never replaced my windshield fluid tank. I called in about it when it was leaking, and was told they had ordered the part, and I would get a call when it was in, to get it fixed. That was 6 months ago. I have called at least once a month since then and the Service Manager doesn t even take the time to talk to me on the phone. Just talks to me through the receptionist who has told me several times that it should be in next week and to expect a call. I have never received a call, and at this point I have given up calling. The communication was awful through the whole process, and the repair was incomplete. An overall awful experience, and I recommend looking elsewhere.Update: over 2 months since the review and not once have I been reached out to since. If communication is important to you, then run don t walk as far as you can from this place.Service: Body & Trim

The people I interacted with were great, and I'm not sure if this is a problem with the whole shop, but when I got my truck back, the one and only lock cylinder on the outside of the truck did not work, so I could not get into my truck. The next morning, I called them, and John was out at my house within half an hour to try to unlock the truck. When he could not, he called a locksmith who came and unlocked and fixed it free of charge(for me, the shop was billed for the work). A really deep scratch that was put into the truck was also fixed free of charge, and I also got a free paint marker/filler brush out of it. John also offered to personally pay for up to $100 off of my next oil change. So upper management, at the very least, is good, but there doesn't seem to be enough quality control, which is preventing me from giving 5 stars. It was solved very quickly, but it still stands that there were some pretty big mistakes made along the way.

My experience with Gatorland Collision Center was nothing but top notch. They knew my Highlander was my baby, and they made sure that she rolled out of their lot looking the same way she did on the first day.Ken, in particular, fought on my behalf each time the insurance company pushed for used and/or after market parts. He could have given her back to me with the atrocious after market parts the insurance company pushed for and called it a day. But he knew I had taken care of her, and that I would have been devastated to see her that way. He and the mechanic that was working on her knew how she looked was unacceptable and doubled down that they would not give her back until she was back to 100%.My Highlander is turning 6 this year, but she drives and looks like she's almost brand new. It's all thanks to Ken and the mechanic who worked on it (whose name I should have caught). And thanks to Jordan for having to put up with everytime I called! Y'all are the real MVPs and heroes in my book! So happy to have my baby back!!

Gatorland Collision is a Direct Repair Facility for most major insurance companies - meaning they will cut corners to make your insurance company happy and profitable.Edit: they've apparently been taken out of GEICO's repair partner program. They are that bad. This shop has no problem ignoring issues you bring up, and signing the car off as safe to drive despite parts not being properly fastened and attemting to come off.Their repairs covered up over $2000 in structural damage they were paid to repair. The manager, Dennis, has little to say other than that I'm a liar.Their repairs lefts me stranded almost 200 miles from home, and they have nothing to say other than "we'll look into it". I am glad my insurance company subrogated $8,000 of unfinished or otherwise incomplete repair work and vehicle rentals. They do not meet manufacturer standards for safe collision repair.

Overall great service. There was a slight over promise and under delivery on the turnaround time (by one day) where I had to call at the end of the day to get an update, but I would say this was far overshadowed by their amazing attention to detail. The repairs on my car look good as new, they left the car cleaner than they found it even on the inside, and went right down to carefully removing the leftover adhesive from my key before returning it. Big fan of the fine details
