I purchased a car that had a subwoofer in the back, which was removed from the previous owner. Because of this I stereo did work. I brought it in to Gator and spoke to the Manager. I told him I wanted to put an amp in. We talked about placement and the size of amp I would need. I scheduled an appointment to have it installed. It took about 2 hours for them to install the amp. The install looked great and worked the way I expected. If your looking for an install or an upgrade for your stereo, I would highly recommend taking your car to Gator Car Service.

They damaged my truck to put on door handles and never fixed it or compensated me for the damage. Literally made 2 inch holes on my door jam and put screws on my door panel.Do the Job RIGHT!

Beautiful work, excellent service. I just went back for a second time after someone rear-ended me. Upon bring my car for a tune up the guy assumed he knew me from somewhere and asked if he r could complete my car after he completed means he'd flip the bill. Highly confused I asked him what he meant and he pulled me to the side door and told me if he eats me out and ducks me he will do my car no worry I left immediately and felt so low and horrible why was my body enough for payment but not my money. Who runs this place. How is this over looked. I'm reporting to the BbB

I was referred to this place today by a customer, came to get the bulb in my headlights changed the owner Mr. Kevin was exceptionally nice & was a blessing to me, thank you sir for your phenomenal service & professionalism, being from out of town & up here on a family emergency I had no where to go but God guided me to this place & they took care of me & didn't charge a ridiculous price. May God forever bless this place & I will be back again to get some work done on my bumper

I would absolutely never ever go to this BUSINESS for anything. They charged my insurance company for several thousand dollars of work that wasn't done. My insurance found it after a deer ran into my car. I just got my car back and now I have to take it back to my insurance company to inspect. It has cost me tons of hours of driving time and gas, lots of added stress and mistrust.... I worked in ALACHUA at the time.... a friend referred them.... My.... my.... hopefully it is done right this time......

While traveling on Waldo road, pulling a trailer with a tractor loaded, one of the trailer tires blew. Being on the inside lane I pulled into the median and stopped to check the damage, a new tire was required. I pulled into the parking lot of Gator Auto Customs as a gentleman walked towards me to assist, having heard the tire blow. I ask him if I could park my trailer for an hour or so to have the tire replaced, he said sure but we have tires here.Within 10 minutes of the tire blowing, the fine people at Gator replaced and installed a new tire on my trailer for an incredible price.Thank You Gator Auto Customs for being awesome.Tony

No website, no email address, and a very rude lady named "Tiffany" who answers the phone to berate customers. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she said she was the supervisor. There are plenty of Auto shops in town you have decent customer service, this is not one of them.

This is worst poor service the guy who tinted my car he's drunk while his doing my window and he messed up my window and he left some scratches in my car and also they don't use credit card only cash. Don't go here to get your car fix not recommended.

RUDE! Absolute WORST customer service I've ever dealt with. They hang up on you and claim they can't "hear you" Lady always has an attitude who answers the phone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE TO MY WORST ENEMY

My dad's car shop is the best in own and he be very busy so I his daughter know that he gets his work done on ALL the cars that come in as u can see but yea y'all stop by my daddy shop !
