Took my aunt in to trade in her vehicle for an upgrade. Jimmy Luque was very helpful and certainly determined to make certain that our terms were met. We really could not be happier. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Gainesville Nissan in a year. Like they say, right on the corner and right on the price... no lie... check em out!

Alex is awesome and everyone is very friendly and eager to help . Just be mindful if Robert Jammer is your car sales man . He has a crazy ex she might come vandalize your car like she did to mine, after he post you for making his sale . I ve reached out to him on multiple occasions came to Nissan to ask him to delete the post but of course he wasn t there and wouldn t return my calls . Hopefully the prints that were left behind trace to her who knows he might be the one to go bail her out

Jimmy was my sales person and Clovis was my sales manager. These two people worked so hard to give me the best deal on the best car of my dreams. I was upside down on my truck loan and they did everything they could to ensure that I got the car I wanted. Jimmy did not pressure me to get a car that would have been easier to get me into but rather he listened to my needs and worked hard for me. I am now a loyal Gainesville Nissan customer I will not shop anywhere else for my next vehicle because of the outstanding service I received. Thank you Jimmy and Mr. Clovis

Jimmy Luque and the rest of the supporting team at Nissan hands down were some the most genuine, patient, and kind hearted people I ve ever met. He walked me through the process of receiving my first car with such Grace along with fighting for every best deal possible. In some cases there s no way to know for sure if they completed the work as indicated on the work order. However, I think they did my car does drive better. My service advisor was responsive to my questions and helped me get one of the services paid through my warranty.

Truly Borch is one of your best employees, not only does he greet me when I enter into your service bay...... he gets right to work doing his job to get me into maintenance so that I can get quickly back to my day. Not only does he do that, but he also finds time to be a Friendly face asking me about my disability and how my arm is doing, to just talking about sports or friends or anything he is truly the face of NISSIAN and that is exactly how I feel whenever I come to get my car service and I got Borch on my case. and I'll greatly keep coming to Nissan because you guys never fail to satisfy me.

Chris got me checked in right away upon arrival. Not only did he review my appointment but asked if there were any other concerns with my vehicle in case they needed tending to. The service was quick. Chris came and got me in the waiting area when my vehicle was ready and had me checked out within a few minutes. Great service all the way around.

Great Job and Excellent service provided by Mr. Dustin Luke. I experienced a genuine customer service provided by Sir Dustin. I really appriciate the way he value my time and he always give me an updates what is happening on my car. I observed that he is very attentive to all his customers. I've felt that I'm VIP! Im thankful to him in so many ways. He is special person, his passion and love on what he is doing makes a difference.

I m very dissatisfied in the recent service received from Nissan specifically Chris. For two weeks straight I had to come up there because he insisted he couldn t diagnose it and that s never happened to me here.He told me he s done 5k dollars worth of work and never sent me any consent. Always responded to me days apart. I ve never had such terrible service. I feel like I m being taken advantage of.

I did research on the website found the vehicle I want- I literally came with the money for test drive. Employee met me outside , looked at the printed picture, told me that they don t have that vehicle- did not offer me anything else, was extremely rude. I never made it inside the dealership Because I left that employee trying to get rid of me and left. I don t think that is good customer service. When I called the dealerships I still was on the Nissan dealership parking lot- they put me on hold for over 15 minutes after 15 minutes I hang up. I will not recommend this place for anything.

I took my 2019 Honda CRV into the service center because I wanted a second opinion after having Honda Dealership look at it. I purchased my Honda from Gainesville Nissan so I wanted to get there opinion. From the start Dustin was great and helpful. He called with updates on what the issue with my car is and explained in terms I could understand what needed to be done. Unfortunately the parts are on back order. He also is calling to make sure the repair is covered by my extended warranty. He is super friendly and caring and really made what was a pretty stressful experience for me not as stressful. I will always try to work with Dustin but to be honest I haven't had a bad experience with anyone at Gainesville Nissan.

After scheduling an appointment for an oil change and nothing else, I was notified of the services that were recommended. Some of which I have done myself or through other mechanics. I appreciated the communication and declined the services. I was then told that failure to do these services could impact the warranty on the vehicle. I'm at 48K miles, which I had already shared with the associate. My Warranty is practically over already, so I declined the services again. I was then asked a third time if I was certain I didn't want these services that would amount to over $500 and that I could be put on a payment plan to help with the balance.I understand the desire to gain more revenue, but to ask me 3 times for added services that I initially declined? Not only that, but to try to scare me into spending $500 more than I intended to when I pulled in?I declined a third time, this time by saying "respectfully, no way." From that moment forward, the representative was extremely short with me. No smile or have a good day or anything. She even discussed a separate work issue with a coworker while holding my credit card before charging me for the service.I'll likely be using a different location for my engine service needs.All other visits have been fine, but with appointments have taken 2+ hours before I get my vehicle back.

My husband s Rogue was serviced here. They didn t check his battery during the multi-point inspection (which is normal for them to do) and an hour later after getting it serviced, the battery was dead. He would ve replaced it there, but instead AAA got our business. Won t be returning.

Borch, was GREAT!! He always goes above and beyond. He has a very busy role and he ALWAYS manage to keep up and make sure he has time for questions and concerns through all of the busy work flow whenever I'm there getting my vehicle serviced!

This experience was like every other experience with a dealer ship. Instead of the sales people being honest and not trying to squeeze every penny they could to line their pockets. It was a back and forth on numbers them saying well its gona starte at this number but will try and get you as close to msrp as possible. First round was 9 thousand past that. Them comeing and going with offers several times. Then the sales manager comeing over saying a price and not being able to agree then finally after 45 minutes or so being able to agree to a price. The experience would be so much better if msrp was the starting number and not trying to line their own pockets. But this isn't the only dealer ship that does it. So that was my experience
