I highly recommend GT Motorcars! I never leave reviews, but this experience made me want to leave this review. Bob and his staff are great! They were honest, communicated in a timely manner, and the work completed was excellent! The prices are fair and reasonable. Thanks again for the great service!

Bob and the team here at GT Motorcars are true professionals, they did an amazing job on my car after an unfortunate accident on the passenger side. From color matching to blending these guys aced it! Not only that, but they honestly have the most fair prices in town, might not be the cheapest, but it s definitely the best value for your money and well below what some of their major competitors charge.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is something I rarely do, but I have to give accolades to G. T. Motor Cars, Gainesville, FL for their excellent service. FIRST, it was so easy to communicate with them (both in-person and thru emails). SECOND, whatever questions I asked were respectfully answered which made it easier for me to place everything in their hands and not be nervous about the outcome. THIRD, my 2008 Buick Lucerne CXL not only looks like new, it was completed on time. I definitely appreciated the experience demonstrated throughout this process. I HIGHLY recommend them! Thanks team!!

Bob and his Team are exceptional artists in high quality, exclusive, and collectible auto paint and body repair. They are service oriented and timely. Good communication and detail oriented, they will ensure a customer is satisfied no matter what it takes. Their passion for perfection is obvious and they back it up with results.

Our whole family has used GT Motorcars for body work for years. The shop does excellent work. Our cars always look brand new when finished. GT Motorcars is the BEST, if you want a quality work and a honest business you can trust and be happy with the results go business go to GT Motorcars, they did a Outstanding job painting my BMW I have gotten so many compliments people's can't believe that my car was painted, they think my car is the original factory color and the staff are great and they take pride in their work. I recently had some body work done on my car at GT Motorcars. Whenever I need any kind of body work or painting of a car I only go to one place in Gainesville and that is GT Motorcars. I have been going there for over 20 years and have had excellent work done on my vehicles every time I bring one in. They are by far the best body shop in Gainesville and I never have any doubt that they will make the car look new again or better. I have had several BMW 5 series cars for about 15 years and a few times needed work done and it was amazing what they were able to do. The owner of the shop knows so much about paint and body work I would not take my cars anywhere else. The people who work at GT Motorcars are experienced technicians who do excellent work and I trust them 100%. It is a difficult thing when you have a car problem but GT Motorcar is a careful and very professional shop that takes some of the stress out of the situation because of how consistently and quickly they fix the car and get it back to you looking like nothing ever happened!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Both business owners at GT Motorcars treated me and my family with utmost respect. They gave honest answers to all our questions and helped us with repairs and useful advice. After a mishap with our garage - this team of wonderful people worked HARD to get our Camaro ZL1 1LE back into original condition. The paint matching, blending and overall quality of the work was top-notch - you REALLY cant tell that anything ever happened! Would give them a 10/10 but the stars only go to five - definitely recommend taking your vehicle here if you need any paint/bodywork done. :) THANK YOU!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

On backing out of a parking space, the lower front bumper and fairing(?) on my Jaguar caught on a parking stop and ripped off.I called G.T. Motorcars, and they indicated they could help me. I had the jaguar towed to their shop. I got there late in the day, so they did the repairs the next day and called me when it was ready.I have no hesitation in recommending this stop. The repair was excellent and timely, and the price was much lower than I expected.I will use them again for any work I need to have done.Service: Body & Trim

GT Motors have performed several services for me and my family over the past decade or so. From touching up an older Lexus to major collision damage to a new Mercedes Benz. The results are perfect. The work is impeccable. I wouldn t go anywhere else (even if it meant a slight delay during the pandemic). My cars have always been completed in a very timely manner and staff is super friendly and polite. Highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

very responsive folks with immediate attention to repairs needed and car left with them the day i contacted them. good communication with insurance company and repairs done in amazingly short time. cost was significantly less than another quote from a local repair company who could not address my repairs until 2 months late superb quality work and communication with me. GT Motorcars is a great business. I brought in my Mercedes for some exterior modifications in the morning and they had it done by noon. My car looked great, however my pickiness got to me and I wanted to see if they could realign a small piece on the bumper to make it more flush. I gave Bob a call and he said "bring it in whenever is convenient and we will gladly do that for you." The lady at the front desk is also very kind. Great shop with great staff. Will definitely be coming back for any vehicle needs.

Lots of B's here - Bob is the Best in the Business - but certainly and A for service. Have had a couple of issues and my truck has come back looking as good as the day I bought it. My experience with GT Motorcars was fantastic from start to finish - no hassles along the way. I hope to not have to see them again but if something else happens I know who to call and you should to!

Excellent repair work. Friendly and responsive staff. Repaired my car in less than a week. Only a few days delay before the work was scheduled. Some body shops here have a 2 month backlog

Someone accidentally backed into my driver's side door a little while ago and it was my first time ever being in an accident. I took it to several places and not only were GT Motors the cheapest, they were also super friendly and honest with me even though it was my first time! I've previously had some pretty rude experience with car places, so it was really refreshing to be treated as a valued customer instead of a young teenage girl who "wouldn't know anything." The cost was the same as the estimate (no sneaky fees or anything) and they set my appointment immediately after payment. They also stayed in communication with me and took the amount of time they said they would when they booked the appointment, which was actually pretty fast (3 days) considering that they put a new door on it and washed my car for me. Definitely will go back to them for anything I may need in the future!

They were kind! They were thorough, caring, professional, and most importantly kind! I was very impressed with how clean the shop was. They performed the stated repairs within the time frame and the car looks great! It was important to me they were Mercedes certified and they far exceeded all expectations. Thank you for treating me fairly with dignity and respect! Did I mention they were kind!

GT Motor Cars does excellent work and has very reasonable prices. Bob is professional and a pleasure to do business with, and Jessica in the front office is very pleasant. I recommend this shop to anyone for a small or large repair. They repainted my 16-year old truck and it looks brand new.

I took my truck to GT Motorcars for some minor repair, as recommended by a friend. I am very particular about my vehicles and I strive to never have any body or paint work done because in the past experiences it never looks the same, the paint texture is different, orange peel doesn't match, along with some other factors I care greatly about. My truck has a 3-Stage Tri-Coat paint job which is not like your typical base/clear which means it is very hard to match and get to look factory. You have to have a painter that is truly skilled at this level of paint work. Robert Sturm the owner gave me an estimate and explained their process, he also agreed to paint as small of an area as possible to fix the damaged area appropriately without re-spraying the entire panel. I had the work done and the shop had a very good turn around time. In the end Rob ended up charging me less than he estimated because he said it took him less time than he estimated which I found extremely honest on his part. Most shops would just charge you what they estimated even if it didn't take as long. The work his shop did was nothing short of amazing. The body work and paint was flawless and the shop took extra care to protect my interior from damage or dirt while in the shop. I would highly recommend this shop and will go back for anything paint related.

I would actually put a 4, but at the stake of lowering their average I'll give a 5. My truck got sideswiped and the guys insurance told me to get a quote here and if I wanted also do the repairs here also. I thought that would be the easiest option, and I think it was. I told them that I was going to choose them on a Monday and they said it would take 3-4 days for the replacement parts to come in and they would call me to let me know when they came in. This was my only hang up with them. I waited till Friday and gave them a call. They said they were waiting on one part, but it should be in on Monday. Monday came and went without a call. So again I waited till Friday and called them. They said that the part arrived but it was already damaged so they had to send for another new one and that it should arrive next Monday and we could go ahead and schedule for the repairs. My only complaint would be that they didn't call me to notify me of the damaged part causing a delay. Other than that they treated me quite superb. After I dropped my truck off I got a rental from enterprise that picked up and dropped off there at GT. They said the repairs would hopefully be done Friday, so Friday afternoon I stopped by to see how close they were. I was told that they may finish it today, but still had quite a bit to do. But none the less I got a call at 4:45 telling me my truck was done, and that they would wait for me (they close at 5). After I got to enterprise and then taken to GT the owner was there to give me my keys at around 5:20. Now I'm not trying to bad mouth mechanics or anything, but given that they still had some work to do on it at about 2:30 on a Friday afternoon I'm very impressed at that respect they had to finish the job. And to stay later on said Friday to get me my truck shows the integrity Mr. Sturm possess. Plus they washed my truck for me, which it needed badly. And the repairs looked great too, no mismatched paint.
