These guys are amazing! We blew a tire on our travel trailer on our way south on 75 for vacation. AAA took 3 hours to mount our spare & get us back on the road, but 2 more tires looked sketchy, so we needed tires, but needed to get to our campground ASAP (hooking up in the dark is miserable), and Discount Tires was supposed to close 10 minutes before we could get there... Kyle reassured us that the shop would be open & ready for us when we got there. It felt like we had our own pit crew. We pulled up to 6 crew with 4 jacks and 5 tires on deck. They jacked the whole camper up, got all the tires off, swapped them out, remounted them, checked the tire pressure on our truck "just to be sure", and had us on our way fast. It was impressive to see how well the crew communicated & worked together and around the equipment. High praise for every single employee there, they saved our vacation!

They did a path repair on one wheel for my f150 because it had a screw in it. I don t usually like to get free services done because of these types of issues. Either a new guy was doing it or somebody who was having a bad day did a number on my wheel. This wheel wasn t perfect due to having some curb rash repaired but they peeled the repainted paint but they also added new scratches on the inner lip of the rim which weren t there. Very disappointed won t be going back to this place.

It was a great experience to shop at the Discount Tire here. I wanted a specific type of Michelin tire that's OOS in many places here. Jay-Jay was very friendly and helpful in getting things ready for me, and the tires arrived early. The installation was quick and the charges were reasonable. They also gave me a discount. Def would come back again.

I was totally impressed! Great customer service!Everything was explained well, I was given options for tires and somebody was giving updates about the progress of installation and repair. New tire and a tire repair done plus other tires checked in under 30 mins!

After having tires replaced here in the morning, I took the car out on the highway to see how they felt up at speed. I was feeling more vibration than I was familiar with, so I returned to the garage. I explained what I was noticing and they gladly took care of it. They unmounted all the wheels, checked them for balance, and made some corrections. No one made me feel like I was an aggravation or imagining things. I appreciate the professional service, acknowledging that people know their cars and can tell when somethings not right. Repeat customer.

I called and needed two tires mounted and balanced on short notice. Mike said to come over now and they did the job immediately. I watched the process from start to finish and was impressed with the professionalism. Brian mounted and torqued the last tire and finally checked the valve stem for leaks. Sure enough it was leaking, and they took the wheel off and fixed the problem. This attention to detail surley saved me a lot of grief as I continued my journey north.My only concern is that the tires were overinflated by 10 lbs front and 7 lbs rear, which went against what was recommended by the manufacturer.

Let me count the ways I made life difficult for JJ and the team at Discount tire. First, I ordered two more tires than I needed online that got shipped to the store. No problem.Then I decided to change the install date from next Monday to today. No problem.Next, I brought my own tire pressure sensors for them to install. No problem.They discovered I d bought the wrong sensors, after the new tires had been mounted, balanced and installed. No problem. They had the right ones in stock. It required them to remove the wheels, dismount the tires from the rims, replace the sensors, then re-mount and re-balance the wheels.All of this while the place was absolutely packed with customers waiting for their cars, and while my car, due to my mistake, had a bay and a tech tied up.Then my car s battery died, further tying up a bay and a tech. No problem.No extra charge for the re-mount and rebalancing caused by my bringing the wrong sensors. Meanwhile, over the course of several hours, I saw the staff delivering exactly the same high level of attention and care to every single customer, in every single interaction, and there were a LOT of customers and a LOT of interactions. If they were feeling worn down or tired they never showed it.I saw no attempts at overselling, no pressure tactics, just honest, straightforward information conveyed to the customer.

I called and spoke to JJ about my daughters car. She is a college student in the area, so I was hoping to find a trustworthy shop to take care of her car. I was quoted a fair price for two tires, and they got her done very quickly. I m happy with the price, quality service, and most of all them taking care of her. I highly recommend these folks.

They got a very complicated request done VERY quickly even though I came in hours early. No scratches on my wheels and excellent customer service.Unfortunately, they mixed up my directional tires so the tread was backwards. They were closed the next day, so I rotated them myself to fix it, and discovered some lug nuts somewhat loose and others overly tight. The tire pressure was also 5psi over spec on all 4 corners. I did not give them the chance to correct their mistakes, but I m confident they would have made it right if given the opportunity.I ll continue using this location, but it pays to double check torque, pressure, and rotational direction.

This place is phenomenal. They seem to be interested in customers and the service is the best I ve ever seen at an auto shop. Not to mention the free services and multiple options they provide you. If you re lucky enough to be greeted by JJ, he is an absolute gem and the best auto service worker I ve ever seen.

I was in Gainesville for a day-trip and had a flat tire. Went to this location and received excellent service. Luke was attentive, friendly, and understanding. They took care of my tire issue with courtesy. Very impressed!! Thank you!

Joshua checked me in when I got there and he was very friendly and professional.Micah was the man that helped me with my tire. It was flat and he couldn t see what the problem was but he kept trying and eventually figured out the problem and got it taken care of! Great team.

Fantastic place to go to and get your wheels hacked up. Went in yesterday to get a valve stem repaired and tire rotation. When I checked the pressure today I noticed scratches all around a few of the lug nut holes. Every wheel had damage, and the first 3 images are from the same wheel. My car is a 2007 in excellent condition, and they damaged my wheels more in one visit than in its entire life previously. Clearly they do not care about your vehicle and treat it without the slightest ounce of respect.

The team members here are all very professional and knowledgable. Over the years, I've purchased multiple sets of tires and wheels and every experience has been great. Today I was helped by Enzo and another gentlemen (I think his name started with a J/JC) - both were awesome. I was in and out in under an hour.

The crew at Discount Tire are AWESOME! Especially Mike at the front desk. He went above and beyond to help me get the tires I needed for my car. Actually helped with the prices to get me within my budget. Plus only waited about 40mins for the entire service to be completed! Which is even better- Thanks Discount Tire!

Fantastic job and it was free! Had a leak that was taking my tire down to 0 every day. Took the car in to discount tire in Gainesville. 30 minutes later the the flat was fixed and there was no charge!! They showed me the nail that was the culprit and told me have a great day. What an amazing staff! Highly recommend!!

My family has been going here for 25 years. This is the first time I ve taken my vehicle on my own for a tire rotation. The employee comes back and tells me there is a bubble in my front tire and all 4 of them were too worn and service was refused. I took it to a local competitor and they told me my tires were in good condition and rotated my tires for free. As a woman, I felt intimidated and unwelcome as a customer.

It's best to make an appointment. I walked across the road, had lunch, and the complete tire replacement was completed when I returned.

Great experience from start to finish. Bought my tires online, made an appointment, I was in and out in 30-40mins. They do great work. I will not go to another tire place in town.

Great customer service and helpful employees! I just replaced tires on both my vehicles and highly recommend this store if you need new tires. They will also patch a hole for free.

This is hands down the best tire store ever. Staff is super professional and prices are more than fair. Today was my 3rd visit and it s always the same. Thanks for the great experience guys!

Excellent Service over the years ... my wife and I have been Discount Tire customers for many, many years. During this time, they've put tires on all our vehicles - sedans, vans, and SUVs. They have a great selection, are professional and stand by their work. Keith M is especially good. He is one of the managers. If you have any questions or concerns, he will take great care of you. It's always good to find people and businesses you can trust. I highly recommend this Discount Tire location. There is no better place to go for all your tire needs.
