Wanted to thank Lou and his team for doing a great job with my daughter's car. She sustained some damage while moving in to her dorm and had to get it taken care of on her own since we live 3 1/2 hours away. Lou worked with the insurance company, kept us posted, made sure she was able to pickup the car on time and even touched up a few things. Very kind, courteous and professional group. Should have posted this back in August but got side tracked with Covid issues.

After 3 months, finally I get my car again. I was really frustrated about the time but I get my car as new again. Thank you to Karl and his team for the attention and service. I really appreciate your time. Thank again - Edith
