The guys we dealt with for our steer tires were great, quick, and professional.Our alignment tech was excellent and informed us of every step as he aligned our axles!Fella at the front desk took 1 star away.Lastly, customers who are very aware of the procedures and "shop" policies shouldn't be treated like idiots as if I were intended to walk around inside bays, maybe jump over the alignment pit, etc.We've used Boulevard Tire several times, and now I have a closer place for alignments, so I'll continue to use Boulevard.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Boulvard Tire, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The team s hospitality and genuine approach immediately put me at ease, dispelling any initial reservations I had. I found their transparency and honesty in their dealings quite commendable, which led me to opt for additional services. Notably, I observed Joey, the general manager, effortlessly transition from his office to the shop floor, fostering a warm and familial ambiance. I wholeheartedly recommend Boulvard Tire to anyone seeking a dependable and trustworthy automotive service. They have certainly earned my continued patronage. Sincere gratitude to the entire team at Boulvard Tire for their excellent service.

This is my go-to company for Tire service. I have had them confidently and professionally service both my RV and a boat trailer and they provided me with excellent services, great communication, and quality.Other tire centers shy away from anything outside the basic cars and minivans. This company took care of my tires and brakes today, and they will be my service center of choice going forward.

I m extremely impressed with the customer service at Boulevard Tire Center. I took my RV in for a last minute tire repair and they were able to fix it quickly so I could get back on the road. The service advisor Joe was friendly and helpful. It s worth noting that the two mechanics Kenny and Dakota also did a great job. I highly recommend!

While moving from RI recently, my wife and I had a blowout while driving a rented truck on Rt 301 in Campville FL. David Magee of the Gainesville location got the call from the rental company and told us he would have someone to us in 90 minutes. We were skeptical, but in about 80 minutes, up rolled Reshard Robinson who got the wheel and flat tire off, demounted it and replaced it with a new tire in a matter of minutes. One hears stories of people being stranded on the side of the road for hours and hours waiting for service. Not with these two professionals. Dave and Reshard: Thank you for making what could have been a major hold up an almost brief stop.

For you administration.The fact is that after waiting for more than 3 hours for his arrival; he brought the wrong size tire which added another 2 hours to my day. But let us all give an applause to the dedicated individuals that work long hours and are for sure tired for lack of sleep.We all need to Triple Check our Lists. Myterahertz dot com/muscleblower

Was driving from Atlanta down to St Leo and had a slow leak that turned into a fast leak and I pulled up and they knew I had to be somewhere at a certain time and they got me in right quick. Excellent service.

This place was the BEST. We had a cotter pin puncture our camper tire while passing through Gainesville, and we called 3 other places who weren't interested in helping us. These people were efficient, friendly and got the new tire on for us in half the time, for $40 less than the one other quote we got. A true blessing in the midst of a crazy day! Highly recommend them. Thank you Jesse and the nice guy at the front desk!

I want to thank Steven Hellyer and his crew for coming to our rescue today 9/10/2020. I just purchased a new set of tires less than 24 hours ago they had 89 miles and we had a freeway flat. We have tire sensors so we pulled over and slowly got off at the exit where Boulevard tire is located in Gainesville Florida They worked us in fast and made us feel comfortable. They put on the "Doughnut" spare tire and sent us on our way.I appreciate the people in life who will lend a hand to those in need. If I ever need any other new tires I will go out of my way th pay back the favor. Five stars Would Recommend. Dave and Debbie Lucas

A big shout out to the staff and managers at Boulevard Tire from the Georgia AME South Conference. Our bus was disabled, and the hospitality given was superb. We got freshly made coffee, comfy chairs and lots of comforting smiles for our group of thirty. May God richly bless each and every employee who warmly welcomed us.

Very quick, friendly service. Had my size tires in stock. Mounted, balanced, out the door quickly. Was very thorough in checking on items I already knew about including TPMS issues.

Went to get a wheel alignment on my motor home they checked it out and said it was ok . Have always known they were good.I think the owner should know how honest they were . I met the owner about 20 years ago I thought he was a very square guy . I think that must be the way he hired his help. Thanks again my name is Dan Cook from Dan Cook Tire

Place has there priorities elsewhere than selling tires. Alot of office workers worried about what there ordering from bite squad for delivery. Not worried about my time, and in trucking, time is money. I'll spend more to get better service from a real tire dealer, not concerned about lunch. And judging by the size of everyone, lunch doesn't seem to be an issue. Deff not worried about selling me 3k in tires 4 my trailer. Never again. Good luck

Making an appointment was so easy and accommodating! I had to change the date and Dave was great! I was checked in quickly, even with arriving early! They are located in a great location and easy to find! Thank you Boulevard Tire for great customer service!

At nearly the end of the first day of our northbound vacation, we had one of the front tires on our RV start to fail. On reading the one negative review, I was really hesitant to engage these guys. My experience couldn't have be further at the opposite end of the spectrum! I was treated courteously...and even educated along the way! Steve made sure I could read the DOT numbers on the tire to know when it was made. The whole crew stayed around after hours to make sure we were on the road. Since our remaining tires are 10 years old, Steve and Joshua both recommended that I should get the tires replaced sometime in the next several hundred miles. They didn't put the hard-sell on me. Steve offered that he has connections with folks he knows along our route and he'd be glad to hook us up. Thank you all!

We popped 2 tires on the trailer late at night, luckily there was a hotel next door. They got right to the tires first thing and we were done in about an hour.

What a terrible place to do business!We have a fleet of over 14 vehicles and that requires regular tire replacement, balancing and alignment. We purchased tires from this shop under a "50,000 Mile Warranty". Hahahaha - DON'T BE FOOLED. Our tire was separating at 32,000 miles. Went in to replace it and they looked for any and every excuse they could find to get us to buy a new tire? Really? Will that one come with the same warranty that the others did? Did I mention they are $190.00 Tires. At first they claimed that part of the warranty process is that you have to still buy another tire and then they send the tire out to the manufacturer to get replaced? Well that's different, because not a single one of the other 8 tire shops we do business with would ever do this to you. Once we ironed that out and discovered that there was "suddenly" a solution to the fix, well then they decided to explain that our ball joints were bad and that the ball joints had caused mechanical failure to the tire. That's strange how suddenly we have ball joint issues when we didn't a week ago? We are fortunate that we know some good tire shops to get this addressed. Been waiting for 2 hrs for the road side assistance when I called they haven't dispatched no one and there not even 5 miles away .Wow what service not even close by they can help!

I believe they have good tires. However I bought a tire there and the tire was bad it was a Michelin tire which is unusual. It took me 5 times to go back there to get them to finally replace the tire. Their follow-up and customer service was very poor.

Had 2 flat tires on my trailer and was trying to make it to Ga. and Darrel saved the day and hooked me up with 2 new ones and got me going fast. Cant thank you enough! 10 stars if I could!
