Avoid this dealership for servicing your car if possible. I have had problem after problem with this dealership.1st issue:There was a broken clip holding my bumper on and it took me bringing my car in 3 times for them to fix it properly. When they kept giving the car back to me the clip was still broken. It finally got fixed after I made a call to BMW North America. (Spring-Fall 2021 yes this took 6 months to resolve a bumper clip)2nd issue:I asked for a diagnosis on my car because I was hearing an odd noise from my engine bay. I was told I had $6000 in repairs needed, none of the items were related to the engine (all cracked pipes or structural things) one item was a cracked control arm (this is important later). I made some of the repairs and picked the car up. While driving back my car s dash lit up like a Christmas tree with every light imaginable before I was able to make it home. They towed my car back to the shop and told me that my alternator was throwing sparks into the engine bay . However, an alternator was not on the list of items that said needed replacing, they also claimed to have done an electrical test showing multiple electrical systems were fine (for those unaware, the alternator charges your battery and if they did a test that would definitely show up as a problem).As for the control arm, I had my vehicle serviced by another dealership to which they commented that my control arm was fine without me asking them to check.This leads me to believe that no tests were actually done on my car and they may have just said random things needed replacing just to get money out of me. They still asked me to pay for the alternator. (Spring 2021)3rd Issue:I brought my car in for an oil change when they cleaned my car they confirmed that their car wash system chipped the paint off my rims. And not just a small amount, on all 4 rims there are pieces of paint missing that are several inches in length. They refused to reconcile the issue in any way and I still have chipped rims. (Summer 2023)4th Issue:I asked them to replace my weather seals around my rear taillights. To do this, they needed to remove the taillights. My driver s side taillight has condensation on the inside now. (Summer 2023)Please avoid this dealership if you possibly can. They have literally caused more problems than I had originally asked them to service. Seriously, I asked for service 3 times and there are 4 problems.I have attached pictures of my damaged rim and my car on a tow truck shortly after it broke down from the alternator.

I truly enjoyed working with this dealership!The facility is spotless, and everyone is very courteous and helpful.I personally worked with Leo and Mark on my deal for a new car, and the experience was phenomenal, moreso than any other time in the past that I purchased a vehicle.I'm so thankful I had the opportunity to work with them because I got into a new ride, got the monthly payment I wanted, and am truly happy with my vehicle.Thanks guy!!! This is a super delayed review, but nonetheless something that had to be told. We traded in our x5 for an x7 (unseen- on its way from the manufacturer), we negotiated a deal and clarified that we are turning in our current vehicle (x5) but the payment had just renewed for the following month, therefore we would be owed a months payment back or credit for this new vehicle.We were assured it would be done. A Month or two later we check back at the status of this refund or credit and all of the management at BMW put their hands up as though it s not their problem and it s something i need to take up with BMW financial.I assured them without resolve that i would never walk back in there and I m sure they all scoffed at it - either way they ve lost my trust and business.Salesman: CharlesSupervisor: JohnPS: the BMW x7 we have is awesome, we now service our vehicle with BMW OCALA and their world class service team, so go check out their business!

I wanted to say Thank You to Zach our salesman and Mel for being a pleasure to work with on buying our BMW. It was honestly one of the best experiences I ve had buying a vehicle. I returned a few weeks later with a nail in my tire. We were once again taken care of by JD and Tyler in the service department. I truly appreciate the service, honesty and kindness we received with these fine folks! We look forward to future business with them.

I ordered the new G80 M3 with Zach, the entire process was pleasing and professional. When the car was delivered, Zach was extremely patient with all the paper works and other services. I believe Zach works very hard to make sure the customer is having the best car buying experience of their life, which you should definitely take that into your consideration when buying your next BMW!

Never have and Never will again be served by a Greater Car Salesperson than Zach @ BMW of Gainesville, he is patient not pushy, we emailed lots before I even stepped foot on the lot and he was always responsive. He is knowledgeable and if he didn't know he found the answer! Even though I was purchasing a used vehicle that wasn't high dollar he treated me with the same respect as if I were. The Finance officer also made sure I knew what I was signing, the entire experience was very pleasant.Thank you BMW of Gainesville FL. I will be back...

Got my car serviced here and the service I received was above my expectations. Got an alignment and some other minor repairs done.Carlos helped me out tremendously. He was very helpful and friendly. (Im jealous of his keyboard and mouse for his computer)Waiting lobby for customers was nice, comfy, and clean. Had snacks, coffee and other drinks.Will definitely be going to this dealership to get all my work done.

This is our third purchase from BMW of Gainesville. They go out of their way to make the car buying process as easy as possible while also doing their best to work the deal we want. I love BMW of gainesville. I'm there weekly for a car wash. Like clockwork. Every time I enter the building, I'm greeted with handshakes and smiles from genuinely good people. From sales associates and service advisors, to technicians, porters, and the great folks washing the cars in the back. Absolutely amazing. I'm never disappointed with my service. Highly recommended.

DO NOT TRUST BMW of Gainsville. I bought a 2021 BMW X7 "pre-certified" with them with 16,000 miles. They said it had brand new tires. I've driven less than 6000 miles and I have been told by a BMW dealership that all tires need to be replaced. I never received the prior inspection report until now. The inspection of this "pre-certified" car said all tires were less than 5 cm of tread left prior to purchase. And they said they were brand new tires... I guess thats why they never sent me the inspection report prior to buyiung the car. They lied and deceived me along with other issues as well. DO NOT TRUST THEM.I've called them several times asking to speak with the manager but never returns my call. I've already let BMW corporate know about this as well. Shady!

I needed more room due changes that occurred in my life when I purchased new 228i 2021 coupe. Was able to upgrade to preowned 2021 330 sedan. The process was easy and I was treated with respect from the salesman to finance. I highly recommend this dealership

I thought everything went well when I purchased my car here, however since having the car I've had to change 3 out of the 4 tires and pay for a new battery while only having this car for a few months. Unfortunately, it seems like I was sold a car with bad tires and a bad battery! Definitely not trust worthy

What started as a quality experience quickly deteriorated with the dealership selling the car out from under me. A deal was reached a credit application promptly submitted. It took five days for the finance manager to take the time or effort to submit the application. The car was then sold to another buyer yet they ran my credit application anyway thereby damaging my credit. Zero communication (except their automated sales e-mails) with finance manager and salesman had no clue as to where we were in the process. Avoid.

Joke. Advertised a bmw for 15.900 nice ride goi g to trade in our lil buick. Offered me auction price for my car. And the bmw jumped to 20.000 with finance. Options and crazy monthly payments.Never seen so many fees.

Upon arrival Bonito welcomed me outside. The unprofessional behavior started immediately with every word that came out of his mouth. Within two minutes he began telling me of a gentleman who was screaming about the dealership not valuing his trade in high enough. Bonito stated he told the customer thats right, your car doesn't mean as much to me or to anyone as it does you.The tactic was clear and the stage set: Bonito is unprofessional, talks about customers negatively (I'm sure he was nice to their face), and this is going to be a fight to negotiate a fair price.During the test drive....another story. A customer previously purchased at Gainesville BMW and wanted a X8 costing $147,000. He really wanted to buy from Gainesville BMW (Tom Bush in Jacksonville had it). In 5 seconds Bonito had the car, said the guy is a millionaire and wanted to come to this dealership to save a couple thousand dollars. My reply...millionaires dont become millionaires by spending money. I set the stage I was here to do the same.Seeing this game for what was, I quickly grew sick and tired of the unprofessional behavior. Bonito at one point tried to insult and belittle me; he conducingly stated you did not read the fine print like everyone else (there was an additional $2000 charge that all new cars carry) and I should have been aware of this.We talked price, there were $5,000 in add'l fees and extras which I questioned, and they claimed a military discount of $3,000 was rolled in under the discounted number they presented, but you couldn't tell that. After going back and forth I presented a final number and these guys (Bonito and the financial manager) laughed, threw their hands in the air and turned their backs to me as they raised their voices. They said we cant and won't do that (it was $3,000 less than their final number), really? that is your final number? I calmly stated it is my final number and if they cant work with that is ok. They tried to push me harder using a condescending tone; I again stated in a calm tone, no problem. They kept prodding, and I stated no problem, then we dont have a deal, no biggie. I thanked them for their time and their reply was a loud terse and pissed of "ok then!". I walked out.Bottom line: I dont need your stories to demonstrate your capabilities as they should stand on their own. I dont need you to try and gain my trust or convince me to buy from you. Your merits and professionalism should do that; however, the lack of professionalism spoke volumes! I have purchased 2 other BMWs from Fields BMW, and you its a pleasant experience even when you dont get to the point of purchasing. They dont dicker or play games. They present their final number, you may go back and forth once or twice and if you dont agree, they shake your hand with a smile and thank you for coming in. 100% professional.I am not a customer who yields to scum ball sales tactics, stories, pressure or insults. I am an intelligent, educated consumer who is wise to your disgusting and vulgar sales tactics. Thank you for so clearly showing your unprofessional behavior upfront. You could have hidden your tactics but you didn't. Word to the wise, dont shop here!

Had a routine service there and had a recall fix. The service department was great. Process was smooth and advisor was helpful. During the pandemic situation, extra cleaning and measures like warring masks were in place. Got a great X5 loaner. Worth a two hour drive to get there. Will return again next time for service and may give them a try next time when I need another car. Would recommend!
