Dean really demonstrates an amazing effort for customer service. Assisted me through the entire process with insurance and getting oem parts, saved me some money by advising me on the claim and covering some ancillary parts. Dean was readily available and responsive for all needs. I felt like I was getting honest, comprehensive, and competent service. Probably took a total of an extra 2 hours just explaining and talking to me about the work and insurance stuff. The work looks good. I'm certainly very happy with my experience here.

These guys are awesome, so professional, so nice, go above and beyond. Great job on my car. Finished in just a few days as promised. They called enterprise for me, enterprise picked me up there, right as the driver pulled in it started raining. One of the guys even grabbed his umbrella and walked me out. 5 star for sure

Dean and his team did an excellent job on my 2011 BMW 328i. They went above andbeyond in addressing damages from hitting a coyote. I was in a fight with my insurance company for 3 months as they wanted me to file as collision even though it was comprehensive. After months, I finally could get my vehicle fixed. Insurance, as usual, underestimated the damages, but Dean and his team stretched that money to fix everything that they could. I need to reach out to my insurance as Automotive Super Sports needs to be compensated fairly. I do not understand how they were able to do everything that they did with the miniscule budget they were given. Overall, excellent place that cares about your satisfaction and your vehicle as much as you do. Additionally, their mechanic found corrosion on my high pressure line to my power steering and a leak that I have from my valve cover. They are only responsible for getting my car to look as it did beforehand, and to go out of their way to tell me of problems they found, things that should be addressed, and visually showing me the issues/where the fluid is building up is what all body shops should do. You all have a customer for life. Unluckily for you all, this is my first first accident and I'm nearly 40 years old and I don't plan on having any more accidents. I will refer anyone that ever asks, my friends, and my family with pictures of the magic you worked and how you're even willing to go above and beyond despite insurances giving you peanuts to work with. This is not an exaggeration, but my front end looks better now than it did before the accident. Thank you Dean, the mechanic (sorry that I forgot your name), auto body specialists, painters, and anyone else that got my BMW looking as good as new. Sincerely, thank you!

Automotive Super Sports provided professional expert repair of my rear EV bumper. I m very happy with the repair and extremely satisfied with the customer service provided through the insurance process. Keith provided top notch customer service and treated my Ford Lightening like it was his own, I m so grateful I chose them for my repair!

I had an insurance claim for my 2017 Hyundai Elantra. Hood, bumper, passenger front side panel and right headlight fixture was damaged. The crew was helpful and professional.Prompt and knowledgeable. Parts were not in when stated causing me to incur additional $40 fee on rental car (extended rental by 4 days). Car was drivable, so I wouldn't have brought it in unless I was told that all parts were in.Had to wait 2 weeks for parts to come in initially when I was given a quote. When I called back to check if parts were in at some point during that 2 weeks, they had trouble even finding my car on record and did not have my contact information that I provided at the time. Parts delays are not their fault but the misinformation and handling of info is.Additionally, when I bring a car into a shop, I write down mileage. When I left with my fixed car, light was on for low pressure in tire. I stopped and checked it out. Had two things in tire. A screw and nail. Neither were there prior to dropping off car. I 360 check my car daily. Shop denied driving more than from garage to paint garage but mileage indicated more than what I would think necessary for that. Not excessive but to a point where something could have been picked up. The shop did plug the tire but the attitude given by owner was to blame the weather initially (yes cold air differential occurs but not 15 psi low), and then when I want buying that, he inspected the tire. He was more aggressive than he needed to be about how it wasn't the shops fault.I applaud them for making it right. However, the negative attitude and misinformation ruined the experience for me.

I cannot recommend Automotive Super Sports enough. Dean and his crew were prompt and the quality of work on my car was outstanding. I picked this shop based on the reviews and as one of Progressive's recommended auto body shops in the area after my car was hit by one of Progressive's customers. I couldn't even open my passenger door, and there was damage to multiple panels. My car looks brand new. Communication was on point, and they even facilitated my rental car/pick up when I dropped my car off. The shop pup was an added bonus! I loved him. I will be sure to use Automotive Super Sports for any other needs moving forward.

Someone backed into my tail light in the Publix Parking lot. This occurred 1 week before I was scheduled to drive across country. I contacted Automotive Super Sports and met with Dean. He assessed the situation, gave me a reasonable quote, especially on the labor, ordered the part and promised to do his best to make the repair beforemy trip. He called 5 days later when the part arrived and had it installed, all within 30 minutes.They did a great job and delivered as promised. I was very pleased with their services.

I have lived in Gainesville since 1959. Absolutely the best shop Numerous extremely polite employees with an one week turnaround. They detailed the INTERIOR of my truck, which was filthy from my two dogs, without me asking. My car was damaged and with my insurance company I was given two places that they use. And after reading the reviews I chose Automotive Super Sports INC. I must say I'm not disappointed with their work. I would recommend them to anyone. They do great work. My car looks brand new.

I needed some work done that my insurance company wouldn't cover. When I asked him for a recommendation, my local insurance adjuster suggested Automotive Super Sports. These folks were awesome: they didn't beat around the bush but were also kind and professional, and they treated my car like it was their very own. The work they did was exemplary, done in a very reasonable amount of time, and at a price that fit well within my budget. I'll definitely be back to have more work done, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs automotive bodywork done! Thank you, Dean & Terry!

I got rear-ended and my Honda CR-V was DRIVEN here. I had to get my things out shortly afterwards and when I got to my Honda, it DIDN'T start. Why take all the good parts out? I drove it there. It was only a few days and the thing would NOT start. I know that thing was in tip top shape because my personal mechanic and friend, has a shop right down the road. Why my vehicle was trashed I'll never know.

Automotive super sports is absolutely amazing. From the first time I walked in there they had an estimate of the cost done within 30 minutes. They were able to get the parts in for my car pretty quickly. The entire process was seemless and stress free. They do it all for you. The final product of my car looked so beautiful. The shop did an awesome job fixing my Honda Accord. They restored 98% of it's original condition, then they fixed the remaining 2% when I brought it back in for touch ups two weeks later. Amazing work.

I couldn t give a higher recommendation for automotive super sport as a body shop or for any needs you may have. Not only did they get the parts in quickly for my interior, they detailed my car to perfection. It was so refreshing getting my car back after such a headache of a situation. The staff gave great communication and the best level of customer service! It s hard to find good automotive shops but this one is a definitely a diamond in the ruff. I d give 6 stars if I could. I was in a car accident and the front of my car was destroyed! Took it here and in just 2 weeks my Nissan Kicks was brand new back in the road. Excellent service, friendly staff and their work on my car was just perfect. Also they work with all insurance companies and help you work throughout all the paperwork. Fantastic! They handled my repairs through progressive. Amazing work! I couldn't believe how good the car looked and ran after I picked the it up. My repair came with a lifetime warranty, so I don't have to worry about anything in the future. They were clear and punctual with the completion and pickup date. Dean was very friendly, helpful, and went over the details with me. They are all professional and friendly! They also have an adorable shop dog that roams around, saying hi to the customers and staff. I highly recommend them.

At a time when real customer service is hard to find, Terry and his crew at Automotive Super Sports never fail to impress, always going above and beyond for their customers. Responsive, friendly, honest and respectful of the time and effort of their customers, I'm always impressed they come in on or ahead of time, on or under budget. Not for the sake of fast and cheap, but for some of the best body work in town. I simply do not trust anyone else to work on my vehicle when it needs TLC. Six stars if it were possible. I was referred to Automotive Super Sport by my insurance company when I scratched and dented my brand new car (oops). The whole process to get a quote and updates was very seamless. They worked directly with my insurance company and provided updates as the work progressed. They were very friendly and professional and the best part was that my car looks perfect now. My brother s truck was also hit and almost totaled and he brought his truck here and now it s good as new. Guarantee on the work and easy to work with. I highly recommend.

Terry, Rick, and Dean were very responsive and helpful. I had damage to my entire rear end after a car accident, and they managed to have it back out in less than two weeks, despite limited part availability as a result of COVID-19. They answered the phone right away, and were more than happy to give me updates on the process, always checking with their laborers to get accurate information.
