I have been taking my vehicles to Sal s - Auto ER for 30 years. They are courteous, efficient, and absolutely trustworthy! I always have regrets when I service my car elsewhere. But never at Auto ER! They do the job right and never overcharge. Great and friendly service.

Great customer service. They handled everything with my car. I was unable to go with my car when it was towed to them. Not only did they repair what they could but they let me know what they couldn't fix. They secured my car until I could get it towed to the dealer for more involved issues, handling everything with the tow to the dealer. A very good business that is easy to deal with, courteous, and conscientious. A bit lacking with other businesses. Highly recommended!

I went in today with the splash guard dragging under my car after hitting a bump on a dirt road. They took it off for me free of charge and had me out within ten minutes. I've always had good experiences with this company and would recommend them highly.

This place is one of the best in Gainesville. It was recommended to me and I definitely do not regret coming here. I got an oil change and was in and out in just under an hour. Not to mention I called the day before for a last minute appointment and they got me in the next day. The staff is kind and professional. Very easy to talk to and don t try to push sales on you. Not to mention you get a text update letting you know who is working on your car. I am overall a very happy customer and will be making this my place for the foreseeable future for any concerns that come up regarding my automotive care.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The people at Auto ER are very nice and the waiting room is clean and comfortable. The mechanics did a good job with my car and the cost was reasonable. I'll definitely go there again and never recommend it to my daughter and son-in-law.

Great experienc at Auto ER! They let me drop my car off on my scheduled day and always have it ready for me by the end of the day!! Kayla and Amanda keep things moving and always keep me updated. Great job!

They were able to get me in same day to get my tire issue taken care of. Very fast service, friendly staff, a comfortable waiting area, and convenient location. I will definitely go here for my auto needs in the future!

We went to Gainesville to meet some family members for lunch. Near the restaurant, I picked up a pretty strange piece of metal in my tire. Even though the good folks at Auto ER were covered up with work, they took time to repair our tire so we could get back home to Baker County. These are friendly, competent people. I highly recommend them.

Wow this place did me so righteously a few times now. Even when they are busy, my calls were responded to really professionally by either Kayla or Amanda and they are even handed and follow thru. Good communication. Mechanics were spot on and all of the staff seemed to have gone the extra mile. Ok bad pun. But they were really good. I recommend this specific Auto ER for sure.

Met Dwight after having my car at Mavis , asked what I needed and said he will take care of it . Said it will take about 2 hrs and in 2 hrs it was done the right way . Will use ER for my future work and recommend them to friends and family.

As always, professional, responsive service. On this particular visit my daughter s driver s side window would not close. We were experiencing high winds and expecting a severe storm within hours. Auto ER was able to get the vehicle inside their shop before the storm hit, even though they were very busy, order the parts, complete the repairs and really save the day.

So we're on our way to our cruise and the windshield wipers that we're put on this morning we're broken during installment(we did not know this). Coming down the interstate and we came in to rain, so we turned our wipers on and all we could hear was cathunk cathunk cathunk lol drove with no wipers on the rain for a mile and found Auto E.R. they took off the broken ones and installed the new(she made sure they weren't broken). She didn't want to charge us (so we tipped them)Thank you Auto E.R for literally saving us and our vacation. Truly amazing and kind

It was my First time at this establishment and I can say The ladies Kayla and Amanda took good care of me. It seemed like a long process only because of insurance wise but they're really awesome. Recommend highly!

They got me in and patched up my tire quickly; my tire was as good as new! As an added bonus, they gave me a second opinion on some needed repairs; I only needed a few of the repairs the dealer tried to have me schedule and they offered better pricing and videos of the repairs I needed so I knew what was going on with my car. Truly, they're amazing...and the GM is awesome.

I recently brought my 2022 Acura MDX in for service to the 39th avenue location. Kayla at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Not only did she call me prior to my appointment to get more information, she took care of my vehicle in an extremely timely manner.I highly recommend this service shop as every time I ve been in my experience has been great! I am extremally happy and satisfied in the service, they went above and beyond in taking care of my wife's jeep. After an issue arose in the warranty repair. I would suggest strongly in there auto repair service and pleasant to talk to, and the do warranty work... will definitely be returning for any future repairs.

I got my car towed to this location because it had the best ratings and was AAA approved and I m sick of getting scammed by car shops. After receiving the quote I discussed any opportunity of price matching with them and they gave me such a fair price for the added benefit of a 3 year warranty unlike the place I was comparing it to. On top of that, after replacing the part that was broken they called me and let me know the car wasn t quite making the right noises. I got scared that I was going to have to pay a fortune. Turns out there was a 15 amp fuse where there should ve been a 10 amp fuse. They switched it, no extra charges and waived the diagnostic fee for good measure. Picked up the car and it s running great! First time I ve ever driven away from a mechanic feeling confident in my vehicle. As a female college student I can t emphasize enough how important it was to me that I was treated with respect and dignity. Really appreciate the thorough work here and I will be coming again in the future (hopefully, for routine work and not a car that won t start).Service: Vehicle Inspection

I can t begin to express what a lifesaver this location was! I got a quote from another popular repair shop for nearly $3000 to fix my AC. I immediately called Kayla at Auto ER and she told me to bring in the quote and they would give me a second opinion. I originally meant to bring it in on Monday but work was hectic so I called this morning desperately hoping they could squeeze me in and they said NO PROBLEM! I dropped my car off at 11 AM and not long after, I got a call/text/and an email with the updated quote for less than HALF of the other quote I got. I approved the repairs over the phone and was offered in-house financing that wouldn t require an inquiry on my credit report. Another win! I was qualified in under 5 minutes and these ANGELS had my car fixed and ready to pick up before I clocked out at 4:30 PM! I never write reviews but I sincerely recommend this location to everyone who will listen. The staff is great, the customer service is A1, and the work is thorough and reliable. As a woman it s nice to know I can rely on a repair shop that isn t going to try to bleed me dry just because I bleed once a month haha
