Blown away by this team. Almost hesitant to review so this place stays a hidden gem.Firstly, Adam and Dustin at the desk are warm and funny people. They immediately set realistic expectations and quickly gave me the earliest time slot, which happened to be the next day.After I returned, they were quick to intake my electric vehicle and point out the difference in the tire (mine had foam inside that had to have a section removed to fix the flat tire).The mechanic was friendly and even showed me the nail that he pulled out.Lastly, I feel like the prices here are really good, but in reality they care about being fair and wanting to have you as a return customer. So rare to find this today.Thank you Auto ER team, and I look forward to coming in for a fix next time.

A++++ Hands down the ONLY shop I use for my car! Always fast, friendly and very reasonable. My issues have all been wheel or tire related. They have always managed to get me back on the road! A fantastic local business all around!! Thank you!

I went to Auto ER to get my tires rotated and balanced because I noticed unusual wear in the front. After putting my car on the lift to run diagnostics, it was clear I had damage from an accident a month earlier that I never knew about. I contacted my insurance company, and Auto ER handled the rest, ensuring I received the best parts at a reasonable price and then completed the work in no time. I am pretty pleased. The folks at Auto ER were friendly and thorough and got the job done quickly, saving me some money! I would trust them again with my car.

This place is awesome. I had a nail in my tire that two other tire shops told me they couldn t remove. Auto ER was able to squeeze me in and patch my tire in no time. Waiting room is nice and my service rep Adam was very kind and helpful. I will definitely return here.

One of the best experiences I ve had at an auto repair shop! They fixed a hole I had in my tire super quick and even let me keep the nail. The inside was very comfortable and the staff was amazing. Would definitely recommend the 6th st location to anyone, will be using them again for any of my car repair needs, thanks guys!

If your looking for an honest business that actually makes you feel like family, come here. Been coming here for years, since the shop was painted orange and blue! They will take you out and show you the issue, provide you great options and work with you every step of the way. Car troubles are bad enough take the stress out of where to go. So glad I did, will keep coming back.

Auto ER is amazing - I won't ever take my car anywhere else in GNV. I needed tires, front end work, and brakes work and was quoted ~$3000-3500 by other shops. I brought it to Auto ER and they took a look and found that not everything actually needed replacing. By fixing only the things that actually needed to be fixed, they saved me $1500!To top it off, they were super friendly and had a great waiting room with snacks, drinks, and a clean restroom!Lastly, as a woman I was very impressed with this shop. The guys there were not condescending at all, didn't treat me like I was dumb, and didn't refer to me as "sweety" like one of the other shops did.

Amazing team!! Dustin & Auto ER crew saved the day after I discovered my hood would not latch post critter collision. Their team is super responsive as they were able to get me in ASAP and immediately fixed the issue! Saved me a major headache; cannot say the same for the innocent wildlife. 10/10 recommend this place!!

First of all, I was greeted very politely. After explaining what I needed. My vehicle was examined, and the options were explained of what I needed done to my vehicle. I made the choice decision, and my vehicle was ready within the timeframe given to me.

The team and Auto ER is so great. They work with you to get your car in to get it looked at. They gave you a fair assessment of what s really and truly needed. They stand behind their work. I m so glad that we have them for our cars needs.

When I came into my local Auto Er, I met Adam and some of his coworkers.. they treated me more than well and checked my car for me and cleaned it up... I was surprised at how well I was treated for being someone who just came in without an appointment! Adam handled everything with total professionalism and I will tell my family and recommend this place to anyone who needs car repair! They are absolutely wonderful! my name is Nadia

Auto ER went well beyond what they had to when they let me know my issue was possibly covered by my insurance. Turned out they were correct and unfortunately my vehicle was a total loss but it saved me thousands of needless repairs. Thank you Dustin and the group at the 6th Street store.

After the dealership could not repair my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado I was advised by the manager (Dillion) of my local Auto Er in Newberry to bring my truck to Auto ER on 6th street Gainesville. The team there was very helpful and worked with me on making sure my repairs were done correctly and on time with constant communication on the timeline on my repairs. I highly recommend Auto ER for your local auto needs. They strive for excellence and quality work.

Great service and great customer service. They are the only shop I know that sends pictures of proof as to what is wrong with your vehicle. Would use them every time for service.

Amazing staff who are extremely knowledgeable. Ended up saving me hundreds of dollars in services I didn t need but also let me know of some issues that were pertinent to the car maintaining its road worthiness. So glad I went to these guys!!

I had a nail in my tire and was losing air fast. Although they were slammed Dustin managed to fit me in and I was taken care of before my trip to NC. Everyone is always professional and kind. Always a great experience!

Dustin & Adam show interest and concern at solving my issues quickly and with competence and humor. When I was the screw up they took it in stride and quickly got to the problem at hand. Great job guys. I ll have found my shop after my 30 yr mechanic retired. Ill be back when I need you.

I always go to Auto ER on NW 6th St. for oil change & they check your car over & give you great info on your car of things you need to be aware of that might need repaired or replaced. They can help you with maintenance on your vehicle. For example they noticed my battery was not performing well & let me know, I knew this was true because I had left a light on in my car & ran the battery down. Thanks ER for keeping my car running well.

Busy as they were, they were very quick to help me with my mechanical problems and had me up and running within a few days. While the labor prices do seem quite high - just under $180 an hour - they get the work done in a timely manner. Interestingly, our family attorney charges $175 an hour. Just sayin

Charged me $146...said they ran die in my A/C and found no leaks, charged it with refrigerant. Left and had NO air conditioning within minutes. Brought the car to a different place and they saw no evidence of ANY die. They found a hole in my compressor. Requested a refund and STILL have not been refunded.WHAT A RIP OFF! WORST PLACE EVER!

Great service. Discovered the problem in my tire 15 mins to closing. Called them and they waited up for me, got my repair done fast. The guys were very friendly. Would definetly recommend

After my first visit I haven t been anywhere else. Dustin explains everything in a thorough yet understandable way, trustworthy and honest. Helpful and friendly even when they re busy and the snacks and drinks are a plus as well. I always recommend them to friends and family.
