As someone who just moved to Gainesville, I didn't know where to go to get a driver side mirror installed. Auto ER was recommended to me and after going, I would recommend to others. The staff here was friendly and the waiting room is nice and clean. Bobby was able to save the day with a quick service!

Having never had my car repaired before, I didn t know what to expect.I did know that I had the right to take my car anywhere I wanted and didn t have to go with the insurance companies recommendation.A friend told me to expect about a two week process from the time I dropped my car off till the time I picked it up.After about three weeks of coordination with The at fault, insurance company, and the rental car company and the collision shop, I finally got my car delivered To be fixed. It took about two weeks after that until they called me and told me it was ready.I was so happy to hear that they detailed my car. They also gave me a free oil change for next time. Service was excellent people were always nice. The place was clean and I didn t have to get worried about making my work clothes dirty. They had snacks and beverages every time.They did a wonderful job, fixing my car, and it was a pleasure to do business with them. If you happen to Need car collision repair, just have grace and patience because it is a long process and not under anyone s control. I can guarantee you that if you come here, your results will be amazing!

$180 for an incorrect diagnosis on where a water leak is coming from. Adding insult to injury, they told me they couldn't fix the supposed issue. The receptionist kept telling me the soft top was leaking and I'd have to take it to a trim shop. I knew the soft top wasn't leaking as I would have gotten wet or seen evidence of water during the leak. When I asked to have the technician show me exactly where the leak was, he pointed to the top corner of the passenger side door gasket that had a little dirt that I wiped off right then and there. So there was a big disconnect between what the receptionist and the tech said. Their technician spent about 2 minutes spraying water with a high pressure hose around my car to tell me my driver's side floorboard leak was caused by a slightly dirty gasket around my passenger side door. I don't feel that they did due diligence to find the leak or even listened to how the leak was happening. When it rained hard or for long periods, my drivers side floor mat would get totally soaked even when the car was stationary. Absolutely nothing else inside the car was wet or showed sign of drips. After Auto ER, I then took my car to a friend of a friend who found the actual cause: poor seals from the engine and hood area.

This is THE place to go when your car needs repair in Gainesville! The staff is so kind and the waiting area is super clean. I popped my front bumper out of place so I gave Auto ER a call. Once I arrived I barely had to wait to get an estimate. They were able to place my bumper back in that same day and FOR FREE!!! If you can, ask for Jessie. He's super helpful! This place is just awesome and I will most definitely be back if my car ever needs repair again!

This place is awesome! In short: great service, fair prices, kind people. They do great work and the customer service is one of the best I have seen with car service businesses. All of the workers are kind and they truly try to give you the best deal. They are honest and do not cut corners or try to make you pay for things you do not need. I do not know much about cars, and they will take the time to break things down and explain things to me before just telling me what I should do and charging me for anything. I will go to this place over anywhere else in Gainesville.

Manager Bobby, reached out to me about this post. He was very kind. He offered me a detail service for my car in place of the money spent on the diagnosis. I was pleased that he reached out.I went into auto ER a few months ago and had asked for a diagnosis on my car. I asked them to check my rotors and sway bars.I then took it to someone else that week to check it out before I had work done. I did not need new rotors. One rotor had a scratch because a clamp on a break pad was backwards (which I told auto ER that happened somewhere else) but other than that all rotors were fine. And my sway bars were falling apart. Before I left I asked if they checked them. They lied and said yes.

When I say phenomenal service I mean top tier. If you want things done right with great customer service and phenomenal work these guys are the place. Melissa and Michael were outstanding to work with and made getting my car in super easy!!!

Repaired my front-end damaged car in an accident here. After 2 months, the left headlight didn't light up and there is condensation inside the headlight, and the taillight didn't light either after a couple of days. I thought it was the collison repaired issue. But they said they didn't change that headlight. I have to pay by myself. I left the car there and mentioned there's water inside the headlight. They said it's fixed after paid $500 diagnosis fee. But after 2 days the same problem happened. After I emphasized there is condensation inside the headlight, they finally find the problem is the headlight itself. They want to charge me $2000 for replacing the headlight. I finally bought a used one and asked them to replace for free since they did find the problem at the first time, and they can replace it under insurance coverage if their damage estimate is correct.

Bobbi and Mitchell were amazing! I came in with no notice and in a hurry. They were willing to help immediately. They fixed my front bumper, and I was back on the road within 15 minutes! I would definitely recommend coming here for any auto emergencies!

My car recently had to have both front wheel bearings replaced. Service I received was incredible! Quick inspection and I really appreciated the pictures/videos that went along with it to show what they inspected.They were definitely short-staffed for the past couple of days, but that did not stop them from getting my car repaired in a timely manner, without compromising quality! Brandon was very communicative the entire time and very great to work with, and Austin made sure he worked hard (taking on cars not originally assigned to him) to make sure my car was ready by the time I needed it. Great experience!

Excellent experience at AutoER. Both Mitchell and Bobby were so nice and friendly, and super helpful with getting my car issue fixed. Can t recommend them enough! Will definitely be going here for all future car needs.

We were headed to Miami with the family when I noticed the oil level was almost nonexistent. I promptly called AutoER, and they took the time to inspect the car, replaced the leaking part, allowing us to hit the road to Miami within an hour! I highly recommend them to everyone.

The place to go to for car issues in Gainesville. Honest, dependable, and thorough. I thought I had a battery issue since my car was dying - it turns out it was my push-to-start key having an issue communicating with part of the my car s internal computer that was leaving a part on after shutoff and that was draining battery. They explained this to me and confirmed that my battery passed the test twice and was in good shape. Have recommended my friends and will continue to do so.

They are on time, do the job requested, and everything they charge is transparent. I do not feel pushed for any services I am not interested in. I believe they are competitively priced. If you have a gator one card, they have a good discount for your first oil change. They are biking distance from campus, potentially walking distance.

the name says it all! my battery died this morning and i had my car towed here just because it was close to my work. i m so glad i came here, mitchell was so kind and helpful and even got my car up and running the same day! please give this kind gentlemen a raise! i will be coming back here and would highly recommend it to everyone in the area!

While traveling for the holidays, I ended up having serious car problems. The mechanics here were unable to fix my vehicle themselves, but helped me find information and walked me through the next few steps. Cannot rate their customer service high enough.

The people at Auto ER truly went above and beyond. After I was in an unfortunate accident a couple of weeks ago, I began shopping around for where to get my vehicle fixed. After getting a couple quotes, Auto ER was the CHEAPEST and most convenient location for me, so I brought it to them to be fixed. They promptly ordered the parts I needed and once they were in, they fixed my car in only a couple of days. I must say, the work they did is nothing short of a miracle. My car literally looks even better than when I bought it! A shuttle brought me to and from my home so I didn't have to arrange a ride. Jesse, the head of the body shop, is fantastic at what he does. I was always informed of what was happening. Overall, Auto ER turned what should have been a truly annoying and unenjoyable experience into a comfortable and pleasant one. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Highly recommend this guys!!!!They are very professional and truly treat you like family. My front bumper l came off and they got the job done in 15 mins, they were extremely nice. The experience in Auto ER at Archer road is always superb. I had my damaged front fixed before with great satisfaction. Today i took my daughter s Toyota Camry to Jessy and their technicians due to a minor collision that cause a small damage and a few missing clips underneath. They fixed in less than half hour with NO COST. It shows they are doing a great service for customers instead of squeezing every penny from customers for profit only. Jessy and his colleagues are simply amazing!

My car put me down and I called to get my car fixed..they got me in quick!From the front desk staff all the way to the mechanic(s) in the back, everyone was nice! I was informed in a timely manner, price was reasonable and I would DEFINITELY recommend this shop for car repairs #JESUSsaves

I am an out of state student and I was rear ended requiring some major repairs to my car. I brought my car here for an estimate as I was working through the insurance process, and was treated so kindly, especially by Bobby Kelly. They went above and beyond to help make sure I was cared for and felt safe and comfortable working through the process. They were completely understanding and really looked out for me which I especially appreciated with my family being out of state. I wish I could rate more than five stars! I cannot recommend this business enough.

I was having issues with some routine maintenance that was done at the dealer for my truck. My daughter said the Auto ER on Archer road had always done a good job for them. I made an appointment and dropped the truck off. From the very beginning I got the feeling they knew their stuff. The service writer totally understood the issue and had the same question about the repair I had. I was shuttled to work. Got a call couple hours later with the solution. It was caused by the Ford dealership sloppy work. They made corrections and had me running by mid afternoon. Everyone was polite and helpful. Auto ER is my new service shop from now on. Thanks

Jesse and Bobby are always super friendly and helpful for all of my auto needs! UPDATE: At NO TIME was $950 ever mentioned or suggested (as stated in their response below). Her boyfriend called twice and was told the total cost was $1800 and the best they could do was $1131 and that was only if they didn't replace the hoses. The fact that they would take advantage of a female and now lie to try to cover their butt because they don't like the review speaks volumes.------------My daughter took her car to them when it was overheating and leaking coolant. They claimed it would be $1800 to replace the thermostat, thermostat housing and the hoses. I knew that was highway robbery for such a simple repair, so I sought out another mechanic. We took the car to a shop a friend highly recommended and he took the time to properly assess the vehicle. He not only found that someone had intentionally loosed all of the c clamps on the hoses, but also there was nothing wrong with the hoses so they didn't need to be replaced. I looked at the hoses myself and they were in good condition. More importantly, he fixed the problem AND did a coolant flush and an oil change all for $260, not the $1800 this shop recommended. Now the car runs fine and is no longer overheating. I would avoid this business like the plague!! There is no excuse for this kind of dishonesty and unethical conduct.
