Got approve for a truck. When i went to pick it up i noticed the radio was not right. I ask the salesman about getting it taken care of. He said, " let me talk to the sales manager". He he came back and told me that the salees manager said," he could take it to the back, the tech try to fix ix, take it the way it is, or cancel the deal, because he is not going to put any money in it! Mineme, i traded my 2018 camaro SS/1LE with 20,120 miles on it and they gave me 28k. The truck was 35k. That car would sale for 38k clean one owner, no one another than me in it. Thanks for being nasty!! It would not have cost them more than two to three hundred dollars to fix truck! There's a way to talk to people, or past words to a person, and its not TAKE IT, OR CANCEL THE DEAL BECAUSE I WILL NOT PUT ANY MONEY IN IT!!! YOU PUT MONEY IN THOSE V.W.'s

He has an extensive background as a vehicle mechanic and he was able to answer all our mechanical and technical questions,yet being personable and professional! Thank you to the whole team who listened and made us feel like real people and not just dollar signs! They have our business for life

I cannot rave enough about the Audi Gainesville service department. I was in Gainesville, Fl for the weekend of Feb 16-18. In route to Gainesville on Feb 15 from my home in South Carolina, my AUDI Q7 sunroof malfunctioned & became inoperable. The sunroof was partially open at the time & would not close. Being very concerned about the impending stormy weather & without an appointment, I took my car to Audi Gainesville around 7:30 am on Friday, Feb 16. Brad Kirker (Service Consultant) took my information & immediately checked my car in for a full diagnostic evaluation. From the outset, Brad was outstanding. He was professional, respectful, personable & exceedingly concerned about my time & not wanting to cause me the slightest inconvenience. It was quickly determined that my sunroof needed a new motor as well as other parts, which they did not have at their location. So as not to inconvenience me or keep me waiting at the dealership, I was given a new complimentary loaner Audi to drive until parts could be delivered & my sunroof repaired. Unfortunately, the parts needed for my repair were not accessible that weekend & I needed to return home to SC. Brad insisted that I drive the Audi loaner home & they would make arrangements to deliver my car (AT THEIR EXPENSE) to me once the sunroof repair was finished. I drove the Audi loaner home & kept it for two weeks. With the repairs completed, my car was returned to me at my home .7 hours from Gainesville. Thank you Brad & the Audi Gainesville service department for your exceptional customer service!

This was my first time at Audi of Gainesville for service. It was a very pleasant experience due to Whit and John. They were kind, considerate and helpful. I had forgotten to ask about a technical issue, so I called when I returned home. Within a few minutes I was helped and issue was resolved. I definitely recommend the Gainesville Dealership.

Working with Audi Gainesville was the best car buying experience ever!! I ve worked with many Audi dealers (our vehicle of choice) and Gainesville tops the cake!! The entire team is fantastic!! From the time I walked in until driving off in my new car, I was treated with kindness and respect. No pressure, no hassle, and no stress. I had no idea what I wanted and left 100% satisfied. I love my new A4, I would like to thank Thomas and the whole Audi Gainesville staff. Thomas made the whole process seamless, and gave me time to make sure this was the vehicle I wanted. He was quick and attentive to answer my questions. I would recommend anyone thinking of buying from an Audi dealer to drive the extra hour or two, and visit Audi Gainesville. Their smaller size allows their team to take their time with you and make sure that you re satisfied. I will definitely be returning to Audi Gainesville for my next Audi in a few years.

Just outstanding customer care every time I take my car in for the annual service. Love the tech's video of the car in the service bay explaining their concerns and recommendations. If you happen to be waiting on your car to be serviced, you get frequent updates as to when the items will be completed.

This was an extended 30K service on my A6, including a minimal recall repair, repair of a dash vent, and the repair of a nonfunctional cruise control and emergency brake detection systems.The tech sent me a video of everything that he found, and we were able to discuss what needed to be done.The people were friendly and efficient, the service was done very well, and the prices were fair.In all, a very good experience with Audi Gainesville!

I'm updating my review from 1 to 4 stars. After a negative experience having our A3 serviced, I spoke with management and gave the team a second chance to figure out what was going on with our car and make things right. They did just that and were very thorough, communicative, and helpful this time around.For management, it can be easy to say that you want to make things right and then go about business as usual, but in this case the words were truly backed up by actions. I think the willingness to hear the hard feedback, recognize where mistakes were made, and define a clear course for improvement and actions to be taken, is a reflection of the quality team that leads Audi Gainesville.Thank you for making things right. We'll definitely be back and may even join for this year's Oktoberfest!

What a wonderful experience. This team is the best of the best. Handled all of the details perfectly over the phone. They gave me a great price and the deal was completely done before I arrived. I live in the Tampa Bay Area but chose to travel to Gainesville because my local dealer wanted to charge a substantial market Adjustment . Audi Gainesville offered my car at MSRP. I found the dealership to be professional and comfortable to deal with as well as my salesperson, Gaby. I ordered a new car and was consistently updated on the order status until arrival. I was given a very fair allowance for my trade and was pleased with the closing. Overall a great experience and they ve earned my future business.

I enjoyed my experience over the last few weeks with Gabby (Gabrielle) Lora with the Audi sales/leasing team. I appreciate her persistence & follow up. I never felt any hard sales tactics. It was like working with a good friend. The whole process from finding the vehicle, to working up the deal, to hitting the road was painless & low stress. She's a true professional. Beyond that, I don't remember everyone else's names, but I liked the vibe of the staff members I encountered as well. The team set the bar high led by Gabby.

We contacted this dealership and they really had the best prices! Colton my salesperson was just so enthusiastic and put so much effort into answering all of our questions thoroughly! Colton was very polite and just a pleasure to work with unfortunately due to distance I was not able to complete the transaction with him but I really want to highly recommend him as he seemingly has a bright future with Audi ! What a nice guy! Highly recommend you contact him at Audi Gainesville! This dealership gave me the lowest price I used against other dealerships! If we lived closer there would be no question where we would go! Thanks again Colton your the best in the business!

Face-to-face encounters were good.I like the video captions of the car maintenance. Brandon in the service department was very professional and helpful in showing me and my husband the features of the car.The only concern l have is when I picked my car up the low-pressure tire gauge was on.I called to question why it was on but I never received a call back.

Wow! That s what I call service.My wife was en route to take our daughter back to school traveling over 650 miles by road. I had to stay behind for our high school son s engagements. While going through Gainesville, my wife noticed that she had a flat tire.After going to a local tire repair shop (kudos to the Firestone guys!) she had no option than to spend the night in Gainesville and go the next morning to the Gainesville Audi dealership s service department and seek help from the local staff.Here is when Bradley Kirker came in and went above and beyond to help my wife and daughter to continue a safe trip to their destination. Bradley and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Took my wife by the hand every step of the way and solve the issue by installing a new tire.Being 600 miles away, I felt powerless and unable to help my family at this unfortunate moment.
