Who I can only assume was the manager as absolutely rude and disgusting to the employee. as I was patiently waiting in line, he yelled at a female employee to get up there and why hasn t he seen her in 20 minutes right in front of me. However, when I came in the store and was looking for what I needed, she asked if I needed help and was working on the shelves so it wasn t like she was hanging out doing nothing like he was down the aisle on his phone. I ve never seen an employee treated so disturbingly. this really should not be allowed. All she did was apologize over and over again so I know this wasn t the first time he has talked to her like that.

Cliff could definitely use it, if the company as a whole decides to keep him on payroll and give him a second chance. If that's the case I insist that he gives my team members apologies!He WAS and HAS been SUPER OUT OF LINE, the amount of disrespect, unprofessionalism, immaturity and the absence of any type customer service skills he continues to show the consumers, customers is not okay nor should it be a repeating pattern of habitual occasions occuring with Cliff. His actions are appalling, ludacris, egregious, manipulative and unprofessional to say the least.

Very grateful for the nice lady and the older man who helped point me to the directions I needed to go. Unfortunately, I was recommended a guy who works with the store to fix car computers who did not give the best service. He ended up coming out to replace my alternator for me (friendly service) I had to go to work while he did his job. I was made aware that it was too hot and that he needed to take a part back to his house to test it, he left a piece hanging from car. Had to finally beg for him to tell me anything and it was all left open ended. No proof of receipts on the part, told me he returned the other one as a court. Which my understanding you get money back for. And that is all. Had gone up to the store and that s how I was made aware of him being out of town.

Best service! I needed a battery and the super friendly tech Rex went above and beyond and installed my battery which was not easiest on the Kia soul. I cetainly didn't have the tools or knowhow. Thanks Rex, you really saved the day.

I went in and got a filter. The guys were nice it's helpful as they could be within their framework. Advance is taking so many things away that was so very helpful to the novice auto mechanic that were so useful. You could ask questions and they could pull up the information you need on their computers. If not on their website on google. Thornhill allowed to be at all with the exception of minor knowledge. so very sad for someone like me can get the help they need

Came here to grab some wipers, Joseph was extremely helpful. He searched up my make and model, got the right sizes, took the time to explain each brand and costs. Genuine employee, takes his job seriously, can't recommend it enough.If i didn't live 1200 miles away I'd come back every time I needed something!

12/20/22 I just got off the phone with the store manager Tim he really needs to work on his customer service skills over the phone and in person this is getting annoying .I used to shop here a lot. They had a lot of friendly faces .but every time I go in store managers always seem cranky. There s one person there that is really nice do not know his name but he speak Spanish. He s customer service outstanding.

My husband went in today to buy parts left his wallet on the counter and it was stolen by an employee right off the counter!! No more then 20 minutes later a fraudulent change on his debit card was caught by the bank!! Go back with police and what do you know the cameras haven t worked in two years. Will never take business back there and hope that no one else does either.

Very helpful and put on my wiper blades for me. They look up your vehicle to make sure you buy the right thing. Good recommendation too. He found better blades than RainX on sale too. I'm a satisfied customer.

Very kind older gentleman employee changed my battery in the freezing cold shortly before closing. he was very hospitable and talked me and my parents through our options before we ultimately just got the new battery. he didn't try to upsell or offer us anything were weren't looking for.

3 Employees and another customer other than myself and not a mask in sight on any of them, you should probably take down your statement that employees wear masks because this is the 2nd time I ve been in there and seen all the employees not wearing a mask. This is unacceptable and I will not be shopping with Advanced anymore because of this. Obviously the response on the last review stating the staff was not wearing masks did not change anything....

Went in and asked about a bolt that I had for a Hyundai, with the bolt in hand. Was told that I can't get one with a washer. Rather than tell me the asile with the bolts, the counterman took me to find just the right one. I knew i was in trouble when he asked me if the car was a domestic. He then tried out several SAE bolts before checking the metrics, every metric, even the ones that were way too tiny. Then, I saw the flat washers and lock washers on the shelf next to the bolts. I though that it was all good, then I went to check out.He wanted my phone number and email address. I said no thank you. He said it's for returns, I said, I don't get a receipt? He said that people bring in all kinda of stuff that they didn't buy there. I said even with a reciept? The, I am assuming, manager said, well then it's your responsibility to keep up with the reciept. Um, I'm an adult, I think I can deal with that. I told him that will be fine. He then said it's not like we keep your information. Um, then how do you pull it for a return. Back to the counterman, you got 2 boxes of washers. Yes, lock and flat washers, thats how it works.I will continue to use O'Reilly's from now on.

Was looking for a specific part and Tim told me that I needed a part number. I explained what the part was and asked to just check if he could find it. Took a great deal of coaxing to get him to check and he gave me additude about it. He could not find the part with my limited information, which is fine. Frustrated with my own situation I left. Tim followed me outside trying to defend himself (from what I do not know) and proceeded to tell me that I was trying to force him into something while raising his voice. Then stormed inside. Think I go with nappa or o'Reilly's from now on.

I bought what I thought was black spray paint to work on a project, when I sprayed it, it was brown and then realized it was for spraying underneath your car. I had thrown the receipt away, figuring I didn't need it. I tried to return it after the refund policy, and they wouldn't give me store credit or do anything for me. It was only a $5 item and I knew that telling them I bought it over a month ago (I work 2 jobs and go to school, so I can't always fit every little thing in my schedule) would mean it'd be left to their discretion, but he was very short-sighted. I left the can there stating that I literally don't need it and just bought it by mistake and if they wanted to re-sell it. He took it and said "Sure" and said "I can't do anything for you". I'll be going to Auto Zone from now on, which is right on the same street. Why? Because sales is not about the couple bucks you can get off a customer on a technicality, it's about cultivating relationships with your customer to create long-term gains on both sides. I hope Advanced Auto enjoys the $3 profit from a $5 item, they won't be getting any more of this person's cash.

Went with my dad to get a battery for his vehicle. Employees were helpful and knowledgeable. Didn't have an unexpectedly needed part, but overall a good experience.

The manager at this store (Tim) is rude and not helpful. He wouldn t honor a warranty on a part my husband bought, and made him stand around for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, Tim made up his mind, and sent him on his way with no help. My husband went to another location and they took care of it in 5 minutes.

Friendly and knowledgeable employees, everything I need is always in stock, and items can be ordered online and available for pickup in 30 minutes. I no longer live near this store, but I gladly drive past a few others to continue to shop here.

Needed a oil canister wrench, but this store didn't have it. They did tell me another store carried it, so they were helpful on that point! Friendly service!

I need parts for my 1994 Ford. They didn't have it in stock but they get it for me the next day by 9 a.m. which helped me a lot. I appreciate that. They were very helpful.
