Originally disappointed as they could not come to fix my cart for 3 weeks. Blown clutch. Tough for me to wait that long. I trust that it was because of the high season for The Villages. Anyway, Chris, the technician, was on time and OUTSTANDING!! At the time, I didn't really know what was wrong. Chris went WAY out of his way to deal with the problem. Thank you so much Chris.

Had Willies a month ago because the cart was hesitating. Diagnosis was I needed a battery and starter. Parts were replaced, a rebuilt starter ( not happy with a rebuilt part) and a new battery. Less than 30 days later same problem and the cost of repair was $450 that was not needed and issue is still there!! Since then had the cart looked at again and all along I need a secondary clutch!! Called Willies back (12-30-22)spoke with Stacy and she said they are going to refund my money and they will replace the clutch for just a service call I was very impressed with that.Since then I have called back (1-9-23) spoke to Stacy, again because the part was to be put in last week. Still waiting on the part . When asked about the $450.00 refund now Richard is going to call me back by the end of the day.When I asked Stacy if the company has been sold she said yes, so with that being said be careful about any future repairs.I m hoping they have integrity and refund me the $450.00 as promised by Stacy.1-13-23Update, received a call back from Richard on 1-10-23 and spoke to Richard and he stated they are sending my money back and going to put my old parts back in that were all in great working order. Richard came today 1-13-23 to take the battery and the starter out and replace them with some old parts, not the parts the company took out of my cart. The starter was old and rusty and Richard said they are going to replace these parts in order for me to get my refund!! Richard also stated the starter was guaranteed to fail and it did. Richard had to put the used starter back in that they replaced a month ago. Now Richard stated they are placing a hold on the check that is in the mail for the past week until they get get their used starter back and put another piece of used junk back in my cart. So I am out $450.00 with a used battery and a used old starter, I had a good starter and battery a month ago they took out of my cart and now replaced with some old rusty parts that I have no history on. It s also terrible that Richard the manager was telling me I am such a B . I really can t understand how I m a B when that s all I m asking for is to be made whole!! Never in my life has a Company ever called me a B . PLEASE PEOPLE IN THE VILLAGES be aware Willies Golf Cart Repair is no longer run by Willie who had integrity.

Willie's golf cart came out early and their mechanic, Richard, did an outstanding job!! He was polite efficient and extremely knowledgeable!.. Willy's will now be my go-to golf cart repair business and I will specifically ask for Richard!!! Several of my neighbors have used them as well and have been very pleased excellent work and fair prices. Do yourself a favor and call Willie's!

Very unhappy with this company. They came with high recommendations but we were unaware that Willie had sold the business. We had a problem with a hat washer on my cart that had come off. Phoned them for service and we were scheduled for the very next week. The repairman came and told my husband that it was an easy fix. He actually had the part with him. My husband came in to let me know and upon returning to the garage, the guy had taken the part off of my husband s cart to try it on mine to see if it worked. He did not even ask if that was okay because if he had we would have said NO. If he had the part, why would he have deemed it necessary to take my husbands cart apart?The repair call was $60.00 and the part was $20.00 except for the guy taking my husbands cart apart we were happy at that point. Upon driving my cart for the first time after the repair I went approximately 4 blocks from my house and the same thing happened. We phoned them and they said they had to order the part and would let us know when the new one came in to schedule the service. It was ironic that a week before the part came in my husbands cart broke down with the same issue. Our carts receive regular maintenance when necessary and we take excellent care of our possessions. To have this happen was maddening. He phoned Willie s they said they would fix his cart when the ordered parts come in.They never phoned, my husband had to contact them ever so often to keep up on the ordered parts. They finally came in and service was scheduled. A different guy came this time, he said that the first guy did not put my husbands cart back together correctly nor did he fix mine correctly. In asking him why that was, he said that the other guy was not as qualified of a repair person! He proceeded to do the repair but mentioned that there were no guarantees that it would hold up. He indicated that it could last a month or years and if happened again we would need a new clutch to the tune of about $900! Well if both carts break down that would be $1800!Needless to say we are angry, searched the BBB but it said they are not affiliated. Thinking of contacting Seniors against Crime. But more importantly, I am cautioning people from using this company for anything. Sad to say people retire or sell businesses and they are not always the same when this happens, this one is not!

Purchased cart from The Villages 3 years ago. Cart brought back 7 times for clunking and grinding noise. Total idiots. Called Willie's who was recommended from a friend. Chris( who had to go on another call)called Richard to take over service call. Richard diagnosed issue in less than 10 minutes. Pin was was out in primary clutch assembly and just flopping around. These techs are very good at what they do.

Richard did an incredible job of troubleshooting and fixing a rattling noise coming fron the rear-end on my Yamaha golf cart. Turns out it was a simple clutch clip that had broke that cost less then $1. Very honest and informative. I will definitely be using them from now on for all my cart service needs!!

This morning I had Willie s Golf Cart Service & Repair come to my home to perform annual service on my Club Car golf cart which had not been serviced during the pandemic. Terry the service technician arrived 10 minutes early and got started immediately. He did the most thorough annual service check up I have received on my golf cart since I purchased it in 2015. He was efficient careful and provided an overall summary of the checks and servicing he performed this morning on my golf cart. This at home service was fairly priced especially in light of the convenience. I highly recommend Willie s Golf Cart Service & Repair of Fruitland Park and will be a loyal customer annually to keep my golf cart in good running condition. Thank you Terry and Willie s Golf Cart Service & Repair!!

Young man named Matt called to tell us he was on his way, arrived right on time, took the golf cart out to the street and gave it a good test run around the block, came back and got to work doing scheduled maintenance - oil change, filter changes, tightened up a couple loose things including a loose belt. Charge was $90 for the thorough inspection. Matt is professional, polite and I ll ask for him by name the next time we need service.

We had Willies Golf cart out to do our yearly maintenance 3 weeks ago. This weekend we lifted the seat to put gas in the cart and saw the fiberglass was cracked. We called Willie s as no one other then them have been in there and they refused to do anything about it. Terrible customer service. Will not use nor recommend

As always..Willie's is The Best. Prompt, knowledgeable, polite and Resonable. Today Richard and his partner hit the target on all account. They even fixed a problem that other golf cart repair companies could not fix. You can't go wrong with Willie's Golf Cart Repairs.

I called about a brake shoe grinding on hub. Richard repaired that, checked wheel on other side and adjusted play in the brake pedal. He then diagnosed and repaired another issue I was having with acceleration. Also answered some care and use questions. The cost of services was more than fair. I wouldn't hesitate to call Willie's again.

I just had Brian from Willie's here for annual maintenance and turn signal /head light repair on my 2011 gas Yamaha. I was very impressed with the quality of work and Brian's professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail. 5 star legit. I am a Willie's client for life. Highly recommend!

My Yamaha gas golf cart was not charging the battery. Technician came to my house, found the problem, repaired it on the spot and the charge was very reasonable. If I have problems with our carts in the future, I will definitely call Willie's!
