Phillips Collision Center came highly recommended to me, so I chose them after I ran my car into a fence. It did take a long time, but wasn t their fault, part kept being on back order. The parts guy James, & also Davis C. were the best, they kept me updated thru the whole process. My car looks Amazing, & was so worth the wait. Now I see why they were highly recommended!!

These folks are excellent. My car was hit on the right rear side. Not quite a month in the shop and you would never know it had been hit. The car was immaculate when I picked it up. Highly recommend.

Work on my car looks great. Had to wait a while for parts and State Farm to approve repair but so far my car looks good.

My Rav4 was taken here after suffering accident damage. Their communication was very good.The body work they preformed was excellent. I used to do body and paint work when I was younger and would have been very pleased if my work turned out this good.Honest and professional service throughout the repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Great job of repairing my Toyota. And, my wife's car. Completed the repairs on time. I highly recommend them. Got a wrinkle in the car body, take it to them, they'll get it right. All the staff is greatly hospitable.

We were only in Florida for a very limited time period when I had an accident. After our car was towed in, I discussed my short time window for having it repaired. Our car was worked into their busy schedule and it was completed before we had to leave. The repairs were moved along quickly and they kept me informed as to the progress. We picked it up ahead of the original schedule. The repairs were performed very professionally as we could not believe how good the car looked and drove- as if it had never been in an accident.We want to thank all those involved with getting our car repaired and back in top shape. All of you do excellent work. Thank you so much.I highly recommend Phillips Collision Center to anyone needing their services.

Took my 2017 Ram 1500 to Phillips after being hit in the front. I was so happy when i picked it up. What a fantastic job they did. I will recommend Phillips to any one that needs repairs......... Well it's 2 years later & got hit again. $6500 this time. Took it right back to Phillip's. Looks like I got a brand new truck back. Thank y'all so much for caring enough to do a great job

Took my 2021 Buick Enclave here for an estimate. Having worked part time in a body shop a few years ago I had an idea of the cost to repair. I was paying out of pocket as I caused the damage. The damage I needed repaired was a 10 inch long scratch caused by a landscape rock. I sent photos to my former boss at the body shop I worked at in Illinois and he estimated the job at between 350.00 and 450.00.Phillips Buick estimate came in at almost 900.00. There was a lot of needless labor charges put into the estimate and I explained that to the estimator. His comment was well take it to your friend then. Well that wasn t an option but another body shop was. Their estimate 363.00. Guess who got the job. Do to this unfortunate interaction, should I ever be in the position of having the need for body work at least I know this place is out. A shame too as I purchase the car from Phillips. The buying experience was much better.

Went there and was told there was no one to do an estimate. This is a large shop and I drove from their Toyota location down there just to be told no one could help me. It was just a dented bumper with no other damage. The secretary that I spoke with was not too friendly in my opinion. Maybe they don't need my business.

Great service and the people worked with us it just took a little time for the shipment to come in for our parts but it's because of the covid it took a little longer but they do a great job and they do work with you with your insurance company

My family has been purchasing all of our vehicles from Phillips Toyota since 2000. And we would never go anywhere other than Phillips for collision or body work. They do precision repairs and use quality (not crappy) parts for their repairs.They are honest and trustworthy.

I got a 1600 dollar quote to fix my rear fender that was bent by the bumper.... I took the bumper off myself and the fender straightened out on it's own I'd say 95%.. i don't doubt their ability but just the price seemed to be pretty steep and excessive when I made it clear I didn't need a brand new fender...

Couldn t ask for a better experience. Staff was very polite, prices were great and they communicate with you at each step of the process. They were also very punctual on delivering when they said it would be complete!
