I called three dealerships. I explained my offer to each one. Two called me back one of them being Kate. The third blew me off. Kate was interested in my offer and worked very hard to make this deal happen. The other dealership just fell off the grid. Kate pursued and was in contact with me several times during the morning. We exchanged pertinent information she called me back and said we can make this deal happen. I immediately drove over an hour to your Fruitland Park dealership and met Kate. I told her I was very particular about the vehicles that I buy and she did another once-over and said that the Jeep gladiator was an excellent shape. She was correct. As soon as I saw it I fell in love with that Jeep gladiator. We made the deal happen and if it wasn't for Kate and her professional dialogue and willingness to work with me this would not have happened. She gets all the kudos.RegardsAlana Rouse

This was a great buying experience. The dealership has an incredible selection of vehicles at decent pricing. The salesperson listened to our requirements and found just the right vehicle for us without the normal hassle. Financing was a breeze and the finance manager, Adam, was very knowledgeable to get the best deal. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Internet buyers beware. This dealership had a truck that I was interested in and we proceeded on a deal. The dealership prompted me to go ahead and get an insurance policy on the truck so it could be delivered. I signed all paperwork and wired over a down payment and had a home delivery set up for the following day. The morning of the supposed delivery day, I get a call from the sales rep stating that the vehicle was sold to someone else. I was in communication with the sales rep and finance guy throughout the entire day and this was never mentioned. I am now awaiting refunds for my wired down payment and new insurance policy costs in addition to wire fees that were charged to initiate. Absolute worst car buying experience and overall business practice ive ever experienced.

We found a used car online and went to the dealer to take a look. We had a great experience with our sales rep, Jason Hadley and ended up purchasing the car. We were in and out in about two hours with a "new-to-us" car. Good experience!

Great experience! They have a very impressive facility, nice cars and great, caring people on their staff. I drove over 250 miles to see and buy a car. My Salesman, Dan, did facetime with me so I could see the car before I decided to visit them. He was extremely professional and personable. I would definitely buy another car from him and recommend you see him if you are looking for a car.

Sean was a great salesperson and very courteous. I came to look at a specific used vehicle they had and negotiated to a fair price in a timely manner. They let me keep the vehicle on the lot for an extra day so I could get a ride over to pick it up. Very satisfied!

A Sour Lemon- that s what I was sold.I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and purchased the maintenance service plan at the time of sale.The vehicle was in such poor shape (not visible to the average buyer of course) that we have maxed out the maintenance service plan as the cap has been met, this means that the cost of repairs thus far has exceeded the sales price of the vehicle itself! (Around $20,000 in covered repairs, this does not include what we have paid out of pocket!)We re dead in the water now.Thanks a million, Phillips Buick GMC!Wouldn t recommend this place to purchase a used vehicle, ever.

I first went to a smaller car repair center that a lot of people recommended. I was very happy with them but after they diagnosed the problem they said they couldn t get to it for two weeks. I went to Phillips Buick thinking it would be outrageous, but not only were they within $100 on a $2000+ job, but they would do it that next week. The work was definitely done to my satisfaction.

The salesman Kenny Hunter was fully on top of his game. He sent me multiple pictures of the trucks I wanted to look at and even pulled my favorite one up to the front of the building to have it waiting for me when I arrived. It ended up taking me so long to get there that it was past closing (which I never try to do to people) but he made me feel welcomed and helped me through everything regardless. He even got his manager to give me a better quote on my trade in. Excellent service all the way around. If you are wanting a truck or car from them please go see Mr Hunter. You won t be disappointed!

Was not comfortable with the choice I made, on my way home after the purchase, noticed the ABS warning light. Immediately called my sales person. Was told it would probably turn off as I drove it more. Still on the next day, also vehicle smelled of cigarette smoke. Left 2 more messages to him, another call on Friday, then another on Monday, no reply, called again and asked for his supervisor with still no reply. Called back again and told receptionist I needed to talk to someone about an exchange of vehicles, finally got a reply from my original sales person. The ABS warning light was never addressed and he proceeded to trade the car I just purchased in for the one I should have bought in the first place. I lost $5,000.00 on this deal. I was very stunned and sad with the outcome of this deal and feel taken advantage of. The dealership is great and sales person very nice, I just was not informed of the consequence of my decision. Let this be a lesson to all females making a purchase on their own.

Had our GMC towed to this dealership service dept. Kiley was our service manager. We talked by phone as what was needed to fix the braking system. He was very helpful and understood our situation. They were able to fix the car but had to wait a few days for parts which came sooner than expected. Thank you Kiley (5 ) for your support.4 for the cost. But expected that here in FL.

What a great experience it was..fast no hassle showed me. 3 different trucks Blake was very patient with me..I me bought a 2024. Sierra SLT 1500 so far I love it. I'm getting a detailed now. They were closed when I bought the truck Other night.. I hope I have good luck with it. Blake kelly was the sales person great to work with him In the purchase of my new truck..

I called and spoke to service about the check engine light was on in our SUV. They told us to bring it in the next day at 7:30 am which we did. I had someone pick me up to take me home because they were not sure of what was wrong with our vehicle.I called at noon to see if they had found out what was wrong with our vehicle still hadn t gotten to it yet. The excuse was we are really busy because of the snowbirds. To make a long story short they called us back at 5:30 to let us know what was wrong and that they had to order a part.I guess resident who live here year around are treated like left overs.We received our car back the next day around 11. They said they gave us the VIP service. If that was VIP I hate to think what regular service is

Best place to buy a new or used car. They have a great selection of vehicles and are very low pressure sales people. I have bought two cars from them in the last year, and have been extremely happy with both deals. My sales person was Scott Hall. He's a great guy to work with. He will work very hard for you to get the vehicle you need at a good price.

I had a battery on my GMC Yukon die unexpectedly. The service team at Phillips was great. I got a jump from AAA and brought it to Phillips without appointment. They checked the whole charging system and replaced with the appropriate battery. Very good communication with me along the way. In and out in slightly more than an hour. Thank you to the team

I normally dread going to dealerships, but I was pleasantly surprised with your's. I was able to look at multiple cars and test drive them with no pressure. When it came down to working out the deal, it was relatively quick and there was no pressure. We couldn't reach terms on my visit, but a couple of days later we were able to get the terms that were beneficial to me. TJ was great abd respected my decisions and worked to get the deal together. I will recommend your dealership to anyone who is looking for a car. Thank you.
