Kling Towing should get 10+ stars! They have assisted my son after an accident from start to finish with true, top notch customer service. They completely surpassed what I would think a towing company s responsibilities should be! They are extremely professional and compassionate people. I will use them for any towing needs from here on out. Thank you!

I think the gentleman who picked me up was muffin man. Fabulous. He towed me from Wildwood FL to Kissimmee FL; about 90 minutes and 65 miles at 11 pm. Great service and we had a great conversation during the ride. It went by quite quickly. They are affiliated with AAA. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I saved # in phone since I frequently travel to Wildwood.

Kling Towing arrived promptly and immediately had the vehicle on the flatbed and safety to the house. Ryan went above and beyond in helping a stranded and disabled senior citizen secure their vehicle at home and did not depart until he was sure they were safe .A job very well done thanks a million Kling

I got into a wreck and the police called them. They were attempting to basically steal my vehicle and the price went up from the price I discussed with them on the phone when my 85 year old mother walked into there business 5 minutes before me. I was ending a phone call outside. Walked into them trying to take advantage of my mother and horrible situation. They were going to charge her $100 more. Shane on you

The operator was amazing very helpful and willing to take the extra time to get our camper to the next exit and wait for our son to come pick it up and helped us get it hooked up to his truck and made a good recomendation for dealerships to repair our truck. I will call them anytime i need assistance in there area

Car died on major highway. Police called and Kyle came to save the day. He was waiting for a table at a restaurant with his wife and baby. He left to help us bringing the family along. We wound up treating them to dinner at Mc Donalds. What a great person Kyle was representing a wonderful company. Thank you, Kyle.

Went to pick up my car, person at the desk called the person who towed my car and asked about keys while on speaker phone and he laughed about how I was arrested...LOL??? Congrats your local corrupt sheriff's department jailed me for no reason and called you to tow my car for no reason. You should be proud.

Experienced mechanical failure while traveling, stranded between Gainesville and Home, called AAA, and Damon Greene from Kling Towing came to our rescue. Damon s level of professionalism and customer service made the difference. Thank-You Kling Towing!

*Wildwood office not Fruitland parkWould give negative stars if possible. The phone is barely answered. They cancel calls without any notice or call to the person needing a service so they sit and wait for help to NEVER SHOW UP. Don't bother to ask what happened they will tell you it's not their problem. Worse place ever and this is coming from someone who's worked this exact job for over 5years.

Kling was able to move a 40'container that was placed in a tight area without a problem.Phillip was the driver. He was more particular on placement than my wife was. We had the drop site prepped, if I'm being 100% honest, he may have been off by an inch- which is incredible! They also moved a small semi trailer on the same day. They're not cheap, but the quality of the job was worth it. I've seen how other companies move a container, it's not pretty or exact. Thanks Tim and Phillip for a great job.

Fantastic experience. I had an issue with my vehicle not starting. Lloyd arrived and was very helpful and friendly. Lloyd towed my car and was willing to offer advice and help when we arrived at the destination where my vehicle was going to be worked on. Very Prompt! Called them, & they were there in no time. Very friendly, was cold, & had me sit in heated truck, while loading my car. Then offered to drive me to work. Very satisfied w/ their services. Used them twice in the last 2 mths., Happy both times.

I had a tire come off my boat trailer (broken hub)and was leaning in a ditch. Had no idea how I was going to get my boat and trailer home. Called Kling towing and spoke to Carly who was very sweet and helpful. She said she would have someone out immediately. 10 minutes later flatbed tow truck showed up with a wonderful young man named Riley. I was amazed how well Riley was able to maneuver the flatbed around and get the boat and trailer on the truck especially because it was leaning in a ditch and missing a tire. Riley was such a nice respectful young man and very experienced. This was not his 1st rodeo. The price was extremely reasonable, especially due to the amount of work Riley had to do to get a trailer leaning in a ditch on it s axle. I would definitely recommend Kling towing to family and friends. Thank you Kling towing for having wonderful employees!Service: Special vehicle towing

We were assigned Kling towing through our Good Sam s membership. I had read the Google reviews and was really nervous that we were going to have issues BUT they were there in less time than projected, they were professional when I called and when the driver arrived. My car broke down on the highway. I talked to two different towing services and the difference was like night and day. The first place could never find where I was... and then I talked with Lloyd and Kling Towing, and he called me a couple of times with updates, told me he knew exactly where I was and how long it would take to get there. He took great care of me, my cat and my car... and we had a great conversation on the way to the repair shop. I hope my car doesn't break down again, but if it has to, I hope it's in the same place so I can get Lloyd from Kling Towing!Service: Car towing

Had a blowout followed by a spare tire failure at 4 in the morning. AAA contracted Kling T&R who arrived promptly.Excellent and cheerful communication and our vehicle was delivered to our home an hour away with no hassles.I absolutely will call on them again if the need arises!Service: Car towing

Kling towed my husband's car after his accident. I first spoke with Kathy and she was great!! I spoke with her several more times in the course of the day and she was most helpful. If I could give this company a zero I definitely would. AAA sent this company. I had a flat tire. Since I have such a small baby I opted not to remain on the side of the road. I went home and waited on this company to reach out to me. First, they missed the original time by about 5 hours. Secondly, once the tow truck driver found out I was not in the vehicle, mysteriously he was unable to locate my vehicle that was parked on side of a major highway. So it's safe to say he never even came. I would not recommend this company to anyone.Service: Car towing

Andrew was very nice and knowledgeable in helping us get our sons truck picked up. He made sure his truck was locked down correctly as he has oversized wheels and its squatted. Hunter is a life saver! Ran over a piece of metal and got a flat tire last night. As a coworker was pulling up to change my tire, Hunter happened to drive by and noticed me alone on the side of the road. He pulled up behind me and turned his lights on to direct people into the far lane and keep us safe. He also assisted in changing the tire out of the kindness of his heart even though he wasn't called to the job. Made me feel especially safe and like people are looking out for one another. Would recommend or use again if necessary (but hopefully not needed)!Service: Tire change

We had to call AAA due to vehicle not starting. They said it would be over an hour wait but Ryan with Kling towing showed up in 5 mins. He was very friendly and even called a mechanic to help us solve our problem and fix ourselves without having to spend a lot of money at dealership. Thank you for such great service. This was my first ever, in my 70 years, towing service. Kling Towing's top-notch associate Lloyd showed up promptly and seemed quite personable and professional and knowledgeable. He quickly got my 2014 Jeep Patriot backed out of the driveway and up into the flatbed. I had taken the Jeep previously on Feb 1st to the Mt. Dora Jeep dealer for a new battery. It became quite more than that when after the new battery was installed that the Jeep wouldn't start. So that dealer kept it for 8 days and installed a new computer module that was rather pricey. Get the Jeep home and the past 3-4 mornings, it wouldn't start but now developed other issues. So I was pretty stressed about the whole situation. With Lloyd being so adept at his "job," it helped me by actually lowering my stress level. He efficiently got my Jeep delivered and then called me back to tell me it had been delivered to the Jeep. I am very thankful to Kling Towing AND Lloyd for this towing experience this morning. Now, fingers are crossed that the dealer can resolve the new issues efficiently. I know WHO I'm gonna call next time I need a tow!!! And, who I'm gonna recommend ... KLING TOWING.Service: Car towing

I had to wait over 5 hours for them to get to me and the whole time telling me 45 minutes. Then I told the driver I needed to shop 5 miles up road before they closed I went to straight to shop so I could tell them what was wrong and low and behold my Jeep wasn t there. I called driver and ask where my vehicle was and he told me he had other stops to do jumps. With my vehicle. The driver and lady in office was extremely rude. Would not recommend!!!!Service: Car towing

Had one of our Amazon vans stuck in deep sugar sand near the middle of the night. Another tow company came out and got themselves stuck before canceling our service. Kling got called out to help us and got us out. Lloyd was the driver and was amazing. He helped us in a pinch and had an amazing attitude while doing it. I've recommended this company to all of our other DSPs in the Groveland distribution center and will continue to sing their praises.Service: Special vehicle towing
