Willie, George and Brian did a fantastic job on a blown bearing that destroyed an axle! They got a custom axle in within a week when all other companies said it would take 2-4 weeks. We were stranded and they did everything possible to be accommodating to us! The office manager(can't remember his name) he was instrumental in putting this all together in a very quick time frame also. We are very grateful for the help and work that we experienced with Fruitland Park Trailers. The price was more than fair! Can't say enough good things about this company! Would definitely use them again and again! Great work guys! Your kindness was much appreciated! Keep up the good work! The world needs more honest good mechanics like the guys at Fruitland Park Trailers!

Excellent company to work with from beginning to end. We had a crazy situation to work with due to being in a rear end collision. They worked quickly and thoroughly to make sure we were well taken care of through the entire process. We couldn't be happier and ready to get back to work with our beautiful new custom pressure washing trailer!!!

These guys are fantastic. They repaired my traileing using some used parts and it looks brand new. They did it all at a very reasonable price and completed the job same day I brought it in. Would go back there for any trailer needs.

Late in the afternoon I was having a issue with a dump trailer that i purchased from 4 hours south! Although its still under warranty thats a large hike for troubleshooting. Willie was extremely helpful he went out of his way to contact that company inquiring about warranty even though it was almost closing time and a completely different trailer manufacturer than he usually deals with, he was very communicative as he said he would be. I was able to go in first thing the next morning. After maybe 20 min he had it diagnosed and fixed! 5 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

If it were possible to leave less than one star, I would!. Here are the reasons why. Before leaving Minnesota I had our trailer serviced, checking the wiring, trailer brakes, repacking the wheel bearings, checking everything over, making sure the trailer was road ready.Unfortunately on our trip South we picked up a syringe in our tire and brought the trailer in to have the tire repaired. When we got approximately 5 miles from out destination, we found the tire and rim had come off the trailer, and couldn't be found.The next morning, I installed a brand new spare tire on the trailer and contacted Fruitland Park trailers due to their close proximity. Asking if they can get me a rim and tire for the trailer on 1-10-24?. I did ask the cost of the tire and rim installed and I'm told around $300.00 thinking that was reasonable I delivered the trailer to them. I was told the trailer would be ready by Friday 1-12-24. There were no calls or texts from them on that Friday, until I contacted them, then I was told of the delay.On Wednesday 1-17-24, I received a call from Fruitland Park telling me they took all the rims and hubs off the trailer. To find all the hubs were shot and one of the brakes was hanging up. I was told the repair cost would be around $1,600.00, in addition to the cost of the rim and tire!. At that time I told them to only put the rim and tire on the trailer, nothing else!!.Finally on Monday morning 1-22-24, I received a call to let me know the trailer would be ready late afternoon. I arrive at around 4:50PM to pick up the trailer, they instantly send me into the business office to pay the bill, to find the bill is now near $600.00!. I tell them I want to see the trailer first, finding my new spare tire was no where to be found!. I'm sure they were thinking after waiting for that long a period of time, I would never notice the spare tire missing!. After a argument with the employee and then the manager and the employee, over the spare tire and rim missing. They knew I wasn't leaving without it!. The manager tells the employee to go get his damn spare tire, if that's the way he going to be.I have never seen a company be so unscrupulous in their operations!. All I have to say is buyer beware!!.It saddens me to waste the time leaving this review, but I'm hoping it will help others.MTM

I am not even sure where to start but this story is worth it. I ll keep it short but I m about 100 miles out of 2200 mile trip. After being stuck on the side of the road I manage to call around and everyone recommended Fruitland park trailers. I crawled with my trailer there where I was told my axles and a few other things were broken. I spoke with Willie and he made sure I was 100% ready for the rest of the trip. I have very little knowledge of trailers an he educated me and got me back on the road extremely quickly. I can t express the gratitude I have for fruitlan park trailers and I recommend EVERYONE go here for your trailer needs. I got a whole check up by another trailer place but it was nothing compared to the detailed attention from here. I really really am thankful I found this place and the people who work here. If you want something done and done right THIS IS THE PLACE!!! Thank you to everyone who was a part of continuing my journey

I brought my trailer that had been dipped in salt water far too many times in for brake and electrical service. Found out my springs were shot as well. Willy took great care of me, getting the service done quickly and at a fair price. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Fishing Lake Harris area and tire lost a trailer bearing on the highway. We were from out of state. Willy and team made us feel reassured it wasn t a big deal. They had all the parts in stock. They had us back on the road the next day. They are really good people to deal with.

This place is great. They have every part you need for your trailer. I was rebuilding a trailer I was able to get the new axles, wheels and trailers and light kit all at a great price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Needed an emergency repair on my trailer. Willie and the crew were excellent and completed my repairs as requested. I highly recommend Fruitland Park Trailers for any trailer repairs. The work was exceptional and the cost for repairs was more than fair.

Absolutely the worst establishment I ve ever dealt with in my life. I paid $240 to have a spindle on my trailer fixed and what they did was bend it back into place. They replaced the hub which is $40 new on Amazon and they charged me $240 for the bill. 1 mile down the road my spindle broke and consequently blew my tire. We then called and asked for them to right the situation and the owner Jeff was extremely disrespectful and said it was my fault. Don t waste your money or time with these rip-off artists. I later had the spindle replaced and welded back on for $225 including the new spindle.

I want to express some gratitude to Fruitland Park Trailers, they did reach out and apologize for what I pointed out in the review and offered to make it right. As I had already completed the necessary fixes it wasn't needed. But I am grateful for their response.The service dept. did a major repair but failed to reseal the trailer, left it dirty. I personally sealed the front seams and cleaned the inside of their left over scraps and the outside of their greasy and gooey hand prints. First time in the rain i discovered the rear door leaked. I found the repaired trim seams were not sealed, the new roof was not square on the trailer, the center stop light was remounted upside down ( clear directions on the housing). IwUnacceptable, I won't be back.I want

Purchased Arising 8.5 x 16 box trailer. Excellent experience dealing with Terry. She provided good communication returning phone calls, answered questions, explained purchase options while deciding, and held a unit for me until I could get down to there shop. Pricing was clean no BS exchange. Uncommon and much appreciated these days. If I need another trailer or parts / help I ll be back.

Top notch service!! A leaf spring broke on our boat trailer and we were of course far from home, but close to Fruitland Park Trailers. We called ahead for the right size leaf spring and they had it. After a few jokes and laughs, we walked out with two, just in case! We look forward to shopping here again, just not in an emergency situation next time!!

Great experience.So I had a bad experience at another dealer and noticed this place as I drove by. I decided to turn around and take a look. as I approached the door I realized it was just 5 minutes prior to their posted closing time so just ducked in to inquire about a price on a 6x12 utility trailer. I didn't want to keep them late but they gave me a price and said lets go look at it. I pointed out it was about closing time and she said don't be silly let me show you the trailer. She was very nice and got my name and number to hold the trailer over the weekend as it was on a Friday evening I had stopped in; at that point she introduced herself as Terry. She told us they were there until 1 pm on Saturday if we wanted to complete the transaction sooner. While I will note the initial pricing she provided us is a little more than other dealers advertised pricing the other dealer I was originally dealing with had add on fees for assembly and tires etc. bringing the price up like $700 over the advertised price. Fruitland park trailers did not do that the price she originally gave us was the price on the receipt no extra delivery fees or assembly fees etc. the other dealer had added on. So even though the price she originally stated was higher than the other place when everything was said and done we were out the door for a few dollars less. Unlike the other dealer they were very honest and friendly. I would recommend Terry to anyone else looking for a trailer.

I needed ramp remade for the back of my trailer. They made it quickly at a decent price. Zach was great to work with. They went above and beyond. My old plate was wired to the back of the ramp. They welded a nice holder on it. Also straightened out a bracket I bent backing into a pillar. They did all this without raising the price.

100% recommend this business !We went looking to buy a new trailer not really sure if we wanted a flat bed or a dump trailer, Eddie showed us around he was friendly, knowledgeable and at no time did we feel pressured to buy, He let us take our time and made sure we was comfortable with our decision. We was then passed on to Terry to complete our transaction and she was equally as nice. Eddie you definitely went above and beyond Thank you.

First I would like to say thank you to those that have left reviews for this company before me. Because of that I did not fool around with any other trailer companies. After doing just a little research based off reviews FPT seemed like the best bet around me.Terry was excellent! Took the time to explain everything to us in detail as we are first time buyers of an enclosed trailer and had a few questions. When it came down to the sale of the trailer, that was a pleasure as well. Everything was as she stated with no surprises.I'd also like to share that Aaron was a great help. Any questions I had, he had an answer and a solution. I really appreciate his help as I had some very specific needs.Again you will not be disappointed in their service, If I could give more starts I would!

Excellent experience with Fruitland Park Trailers. I dealt with Ms Terry Massey, who handles internet sales. She was very polite and informative. The trailer quality was better than anything I had viewed in the panhandle. Their prices beat everyone as well. It was worth the 3 hour drive to purchase this trailer. Good people and good trailers.

John has helped me over the phone to teach me the basic of what I will need to haul my future RV. He even had us bring the truck we were looking to buy to their shop so he could tell us everything we would need. He has done all of this and so far I haven t spent a penny. I will be using them to get my truck and trailer ready because they are the only place that has made me feel comfortable about towing a trailer. If you are looking for helpful service I would highly recommend Fruitland Park Trailers.

Top notch service. I places two relatively small parts and service order put chases within two weeks and was completely satisfied each time. Zach and John were great (along with others whose names I didn t get or don t remember). These guys really go above and beyond. Highly recommended.

A great honest business.. I went here to get my 5th wheel hitch installed. They did not waist any time at all. Did the job clean and speedy. The customer service was second to none that I have experienced so far. I recommend this place with the highest regards. I'd give it 10 stars if it was allowed. Well done, keep it up.

If I could give this place more than five stars I would. Their service is above and beyond every time we come here. I bought my trailer here, and have come back twice for repairs for damage we did, and they got us back in business right away and really did go above and beyond and we are so appreciative.These days, a lot of places lack good old fashioned customer service.Fruitland Park is the best!!

Our company has had a dump trailer piston change and purchased a trailer here. Their quality and integrity are great! Customer Service was outstanding. If you have trailer needs and need it done quickly this is the place!

I highly recommend Fruitland Part Trailers and their staff.I special ordered a enclosed trailer with a heavier axle and other options in Feb2019. I delayed this post to see how the trailer performed.I've been using the trailer locally since APR2019 and with one 2500 mile round trip (emptied and at almost max limit) the trailer performed great in both city and highway driving. I'm very please with the trailer.The staff there was great, Brittani worked with me with the options adding some and dropping others as we discussed what I was planning to use the trailer for and answered all my questions.GREAT JOB!ThanksTony
