From the moment I set foot in the dealership until I drove off in my 2018 Dodge Challenger, Jay (Josiah) provided exceptional service. He wasn't just a salesperson; he was a genuine human being who made me feel truly cared for throughout the entire process. His dedication didn't stop with me - when my parents saw the fantastic deal he secured for me, they ended up purchasing a 2024 Grand Cherokee Laredo on the spot. Purchased a 2018 F250 from this dealership with 29K miles as this vehicle was a great deal , drove it off the lot and instantly TPM sensor came on, and heated/cooled seats quit working. During the drive home we noticed a howling coming from the rear sliding window, the track holding the window on was barely secured and window was allowing air/water to seep in. A sticky residue outlined the window as if prior owner had taped the window to prevent leaking. Sales guy Sean was immediately notified via text, the next day he called and appointment was made to drop vehicle off and get a loaner so vehicle could be serviced 4 days later. Upon arrival to service it was stated the heated/cooled seats would not be addressed as we did not purchase the additional warranty and it is not a safety feature. Not to mention they hadn t set a loaner aside! The finance gentleman Tony and G at main desk found this amusing as we should have purchased the extended warranty and that s why we got such a good deal on this vehicle -which would have been understandable had it had been mentioned this feature didn t work. Absolutely insane this dealership won t stand behind products they sell. STAY AWAY!

Well let's start off by saying it was my own fault for being hyped to buy this vehicle.I went in under the impression that they were selling a 2022 Toyota Highlander for a little over $33k. Cool. I can trade in my 2015 Toyota Tundra and get that reduced. I owed 8k on it and they offered me 12k. Not the greatest but 4k going towards the car would have brought it down. I understand taxes and registration and all the little fees would have brought it up a little.Not paying attention I told them what I wanted to pay and they came back with what I wanted to hear. Cool. They didn't tell me that the price of the vehicle was 36k. Hold up. Why did it go up 3k even when I had 4k worth of trade in value.Long story short, don't go here. They just want the sale. As I said, it's my fault for not paying attention. All in all, 0 stars. Not worth going here.

Worst dealership experience ever had . Unfortunately dealt with Matthew in service. Took 3 days for him to return my calls . I called 3 times . 7 days to diagnose problem . $ 5,142.00 is ridiculous cost to replace 6 Gem Car batteries . Matthew is a Poor Communicator and knows nothing about what he is talking about . I hope he Does Not survive . I asked to deal with someone else as I knew Matthew had problems . New Owner may also be the problem . Worked with them a few times before . All was good .

Just had the oil changed on my 2015 Dodge Journey Gt at Morgan Dodge Chrysler and it was a great experience. Ryan in service is freaking awesome. Dropped off our 2018 Dodge Journey for an issue. We shall see what transpires.

With the help of Mag and Charles I bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. I received all the car fax on paper so I knew about the car s history which I appreciate. I saw one of the buttons for rolling down the window was broken and as soon as I pointed it out they had someone change it out. They were very kind and patient with me as my financial situation is not an easy one to work with. I had a wonderful experience and I love my car! Great service!

We chose this dealership due to the fast response and followup from Jolynn. When we went to visit, right away they took care of us. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We went through the sale process and we felt comfortable with the terms they gave us, we had an overall good experience. There were some items we were promised, there was a miss understanding on the scope of work that was promised, we expressed our concerns right away Charles and Michelle, reached out and took care of us and made sure we as customers were completely satisfied.Overall I recommend this dealership.I also wanted to add that we took our truck to get serviced, their customer service is top notch. We highly recommend it. Carlos was our service adviser, he was very professional and took good care of us.

Just purchased a Laramie with the assistance of salesman John. My wife and I have purchased many vehicles in the 29 years of marriage and hands down this was the best experience ever! From the moment we stepped into the building general manager Waseem came over and shook our hands making us feel welcome. Every sales rep we encountered reflected that same mannerism. Wow....this dealership is awful under the new ownership. There is no customer service at the service center anymore and the prices have tripled. I had a 1pm appointment for an oil change the was part of the package I purchased at the time I bought my truck. At 1:43 my husband finally got someone to check the truck in. When I scheduled the appointment I was very clear that I would not be able to drop off the truck and requested what would be best to wait. Apparently an appointment has no aspect of priority as a customer. I guess the extra I paid when purchasing the truck was a complete waste of money as I will not be returning for service except for the one repair that is owed from August of last year due to yet another backorder part. The customer DOES NOT matter here anymore.

Dealer advertised Ram for 41k. I live about 1.5 hours away so I called and verified the price of the vehicle. Dealer confirmed. Ok great. I drove all the way there with intentions to buy the truck. When I get there and check out the truck and get ready to go the deal. Dealer tells me it s 15k more due to the black widow package. I said I called to verify the price before I came just to make sure. Wow what a bait and switch. Don t waste your time with this dealership. Desperate times for desperate dealers. This was in March of 24. - them trying to sell a2023 - hope this truck sits on your lot for another year.

Went to Purchase Ram with Check in Hand and could not reach a deal on a Older 2023 Ram Model with a 20% depreciation and 2025 models coming out. Made me Drive 1hour with a guarantee if not taking the model I went to see I would leave with another, which eventually ended up in us leaving with no truck.Also Price with Discount on the Website is not the real Price they try to sell you for. The Seller was good and tried to make a deal no complains on him he was excelent and no pressire what so ever its more with the person in charge. The only reason Ill give 2 stars is cause the seller was great to us.

Horrible experience! Left us sitting around dealership Saturday for hours while they did nothing but Charles & Mag tell us lies directly to our faces. They assured us we would get a phone call Sunday between 11 and 1130 as they had to run the mini Cooper through the shop. Heard nothing, called Sunday at 1:15 spoke with Robert & Sales Mgr Rick who said their service isn't even open on Sunday and couldn't understand why we would have been told that. He then said if they need any parts it could be the end of the week or next week. They knew we drove 45 minutes and did nothing but play games because we were paying cash for a used car. But we're opening up doors, excited when I got out my BMW out front but everything changed after that. Don't waste your time unless your buying a brand new expensive Dodge Truck or Car.

In early December, my check engine light went on in my 2014 jeep grand Cherokee Summit. Since I was leaving to drive to New York, in two days, I immediately went into my local Jeep dealership, where I have had all my service work done for years. It is a reasonably new ownership. The service person checked what the light was for and told me it was my thermostat and then turned the light off. I asked if it was safe to drive the car to New York with the thermostat problem and she said she didn t know it might be fine or it might break down on the way. I asked if they could check it out so that I would either get it fixed right now or get it fixed when I reach New York. She told me that they couldn t look at the car for at least four days because they were busy. I explained to her that I was leaving for New York in two days and didn t want to get stuck on the road. And she told me too bad. My car is under full warranty That I purchased at the time I purchased the car. I think they didn t want to do warranty work. I left there called Goodyear explained my problem and they told me to bring the car in the next day. They did the repair because I was so upset about the fact that Jeep wouldn t honor my warranty, they actually gave me $100 off on the repair and a coupon for a free oil change.When the dealer put a Facebook post up about their wonderful service, I made a comment about what had happened. They immediately deleted my comment. I ve been put a new comment up and they immediately deleted that comment. My third comment said you have my name and if you check your records you have my number why don t you call me and we ll discuss this. They did not call me. They just took their Facebook post down , I now have some warranty work that needs to be done, but I m driving to New York to get it done because I will never go back to this Jeep dealer again

the buying process and treatment after the purchase was miserable. first of all, we found the vehicle we wanted online at $14k (give or take), and when we got to the dealership, it was nearly $18k (ended up being way more out the door ). when we confronted our salesman about it, he told us to read the fine print at the bottom of the website, where it clearly states an a$$ load of discounts including military. that was extremely deceitful. we know how the dealership crooks work, my boyfriend used to be one lol. but this was the first time we had ever dealt with deceitful pricing after looking at several other vehicles online verses on the lot. they got my address wrong when dealing with the loan from the bank and had to redo the entire process which made everything else delayed. they tried to charge us $3k for a warranty they said was attached to the car and nonnegotiable (we did not pay $3k after extreme haggling). my boyfriend pointed out the front left fender being misshapen which ended up flying off of my car going 80 on a highway 2 days after purchasing it.. they gave us 3 free tanks of gas and 4 free oil changes as apart of the deal and then gave us a hard time each time we came for the gas. we ve yet to go for the oil change, and probably won t based on how they treated us with the gas lol. this was my first time purchasing a car and i tried to prepare myself for the financial damage, but the treatment, attitude, and tones from some of the employees was uncalled for. on a positive note, jordan was extremely friendly and talkative. amir did amazing work with the numbers. and robert gave me his bag of chips after we d been there for roughly 6 hours.

This dealership perhaps one of the most unethical with customer service. I found a listing of Mercedez GLA 250 on CARFAX which belongs to this dealership listed price was $34995. I called up and appeared with an appointment yesterday to buy the car. When wanted to buy the car with my own finance, price changed to $42,000! They said I do not qualify for the discounted price because I am not a military, not a teacher nor a first responder. When I asked them to show me in disclaimer, they failed to show it but asserted I have to accept their verbal interpretation. They wasted my five hours! Obviously I was very upset and left the place without buying the car! This is a clear case of cheating and breach of commitment. I am very surprised to see this type of dealership still exist which I witnessed over 25 years back! Fellow buyer, be aware of them!

This is the worst place to service your Dodge Caravan.I had a power window issue and scheduled an appointment with oil change (requested full synthetic). As I sat in the service waiting area, I looked up the average reasonable charge for a full actuator replacement ~ 350 all up. The service advisor comes to see me and tells me the cost will be north of 700. I could not keep driving the car with the window stuck half way so I noted he had me by the Ts and agreed to the charge. Another 200 was for the oil change and something else I needed done. I got home to find they shorted me one quart of oil and looking at the filter, it was the worst quality the dealership could source from china.I did my own oil change after that and did an analysis with Blackstone; lo and behold, the oil was not even a blend. No wonder it came out pitch black when I changed it (less than 5,000miles of driving). Now, I do all service myself and use amsoil and PPE filters. There is a reason this dealership no longer calls itself Bill Bryan. OH, and stop mailing me reminders and offers. this dealership is fraudulent and deceitful.

Okay so what it came time for us to replace my wife's car we went back here because we had a great experience the very first time. The second go-round they were at first very helpful drove a vehicle out to our house to demo drive for a few days like the vehicle so we decided to go ahead and purchase. Up until the finance part or after the deal was done I should say then they want to ignore phone calls. Don't want to honor their wheel form that they sign and I signed. One was needed to do windshield they said they were going to replace the windshield and all they did was fill it. Second issue was they said they were going to have a new key shank made for our vehicle they did not. Or so they said they did but forgot to send it out. And it's been well over a month now still waiting for it to come in the mail quote unquote from the sales guy. Said they were going to fix a piece of rubber molding on the passenger side of the van which they did not. I fixed myself with some super glue. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication with this dealership at this point. I thought everything was going to be handled and it was going to be a pleasant experience as it was the very first time I bought a vehicle through there. Joke's on me. Will not go back again.

I am so glad I made the drive to Leesburg to join the family at Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Leesburg. Dan LeBlanc listened to what I wanted and helped me get a great deal on my dream truck: a red Dodge RAM. I now feel confident can weather any Florida storm, flooding, or back roads, in my new (to me!), reliable vehicle thanks to Dan and the team @ the dealership. I was treated with kindness and respect and have no regrets about my purchase. Thanks for making my car buying experience the best one to date! I can t wait to come back and get my next dream car: a JEEP!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a great vehicle at a great price. Ask for Dan and you won t be sorry.

Stay away from this dealership the price they advertise on line is not correct.Lots of hidden and extra fees.They had a vehicle I was intrested in on line for $18950 so I went to check it out and took it for a test drive with one of there sales reps and I asked him about the price and he confirmed it $18950.It is when we sat down at the table and told them I didn't need finance from them that I have my own through my credit union. so all I need is a buyers form signed for $18950 with dealer fees and taxes , total amount so my credit union can cut them the check. Then the manager comes over insisting I finance with them and they can get me a better rate than my credit union, I told them I was happy with my finances with my bank and I just wanted to buy the suv from them no finance. They was not happy to say the least. Suddenly the SUV price went upto $28,000.The manager s words was Do you think your going to come in and buy suv for $18500 and no finance with us ,it does not work like that he said. After getting home I worked out why they was going to make just as much on the finance than the suv and they was not happy my credit union would make the money on the intrest . My credit union offered me a intrest rate they could not beat. Worst dealership I've ever been BE AWARE SCAM.

I went in because I purchased a Pacifica 2021, from another dealer. I thought why not go to the horses mouth. The sales lady (older blonde) did not know the functions of a vehicle she sells or she was trying to get me to buy wireless headphones at 190.00 each by telling me that s what I needed to make my dvd player work . ( you go to sources and hit auxiliary which I found out later). While there I ordered a remote from Mike in parts for 60.00 and he said he would call me in 2 days, 10 days later I called him to see if it was in, when I picked it up it did not work and they did refund me without issue. I then went to accessories guy and asked if my vehicle could tow, their internet was down so left my business card with my vin on back to look it up, was told he would call me. 3 days later, 2 messages left, no response..Thank you, Chrysler Eustis first call, first person, I got my answer. As first Chrysler Fruitland Park lots of trading needed in all departments on customer care and sales should know what the are selling.

Brought vehicle in for the followingOil change. Tire rotation. Stop & Go did not work. Loud rattleI asked for a loaner, they said okI got to dealership at 7:20 am. Met with Katie (very nice). She took down all my info. When done she asked me to wait in waiting room for info on loaner. I promptly received an email from Uber. At the same time Katie came in and told me Uber would take me to car rental place 20 minutes away. Once there I waited almost 2 hours for a vehicle. Which by the was stunk of PotCDJR of Leesburg called the next day and said my car was readyI went to dealership met with Katie and left within 10 minutesThe Stop & Go function worked for 1 day and the loud rattle is even louderCalled Katie back and she told me to schedule a visit with the manager to do a road tripNow I have to waste another day with this car

Drove over two hours to the dealership to purchase a used car on the lot. Had an appointment and upon arrival the car wasn t there. Was being used by the staff to deliver another vehicle four hours away. Unfortunately my experience was as negative as it gets from my first phone contact to the sales team, to unreturned calls, to an uncoordinated, chaotic experience in the showroom. To add to the unpleasantry, the dealer fees are ridiculous! Ultimately ended up at a dealership outside the Orlando area and paid significantly less for a better car. Expect the typical experience here from sales execs; oversold benefits and junk fees added to what seems to be attractive prices but end up overpriced out the door. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Found a vehicle over the Internet as my wife and I drove by. Interacted with the website and got some REALLY good answers. First time I had deal this good in 20 years. Daniel was very nice and informative and was working with us. Credit wasn't perfect and with a down payment AND a trade it was looking as we might have a nice vehicle. Well "they claim" they can't even come close to what they said the night before and we'll I'm not able to get the vehicle.After remembering someone say they weren't going to make any money from our deal is most likely the reason.I'm also a Vet and signed there little jeep years ago and now wish I hadn't!!

Everyone at Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Leesburg were excellent on how we went about purchasing our Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Dan Leblanc made us feel very comfortable and part of the dealerships family as he put it. Charles Hunter negotiated the price we paid for our car at a very relaxed atmosphere to were we feel you and I received a great price on both sides of the process of buying our car. Tony Pratts, I felt did a good job filling us in on What was covered with our purchase and any extended warranties you offered. The whole experience dealing with Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Leesburg is one I'll remember as extra ordinarily good and will refer others to check your dealership when looking to purchase a vehicle. Amazing service. AB helped my father in law and Mother in law get new vehicles recently. From the time we walked in the door to the time we finished with all the paperwork, it was nothing but respect and laughs. Would highly recommend this dealership and AB as your sales person.
