Took my truck in mon for a tail light issues, Showed them some wires I thought needed attention, picked it up Fri. Said they checked bulbs and connector, Well they said 5.5 hours at 120.00hour 728.00!! Got home checked it out. The wires were still hanging,only difference it had some tap on it they took it off guess they thought that fixed it! I'm Done!!going to dealer to have it done properly and see what they have to say about this!!

I ve been going to Marty for years and have spent thousands in repairs. I did not have an issue before, however, that changed today. Back in May of this year, my AC stopped working. He had already checked for leaks and there was none and had filled it with Freon. The AC compressor and the belt was changed and I paid approximately $1200 including labor. The parts came with a warranty. At the time he recommended to also change the AC drier, condenser, and expansion valve. All of the repairs would have costed approximately $2300. I asked what was the minimum I could get done if any, he said at least the AC compressor and belt which I did. He informed me the AC compressor will likely last approximately 12 months. Unfortunately it gave out after 4months. Since it was still under warranty the replacement was free, I asked how much it would be to replace the other parts already mentioned. The quote he gave was higher than the one given by a different mechanic. I asked if I could come and get the parts and have a different mechanic put them in and do the other work. To my surprise, Marty said no and added the only way I was going to those parts was if he did all of the work with him which is wrong. As a paying customer you can go anywhere you wish. I don t appreciate how he conducts business nor how he refused to give me the parts that were under warranty because he didn t like to hear somebody else gave me a better price. Needless to say, back in May was the last time I went to Marty for any of car needs. If you are going to take your car here, I encourage you to ask around for quotes, because clearly he didn t like me asking around or me trying to have a better deal than the one he gave me. I am definitely not coming back here, nor I would I recommend him to others.Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Very nice and friendly hometown people. We've taken two cars there. Unfortunately they weren't able to fix either of them but they got the information quickly and didn't charge us just to look at the car. I will still take my cars there first because it's close to home and they are great people

This my friends is some what family. If I need repairs from someone I can trust, this is the place. You want to be ripped off, go to a dealership! Is getting your vehicle fixed today cheap, no, no it's not but trust it's a fair price and quality work this is the place!

Service was quick and they were very polite. Of coarse it was just a plug, but thought $20.00 to plug lawn mower tire was a little steap. I always want to use local businesses, but you think they would give locals a better price.

First, the owners are the most amazing, loving, nice people! They are always very helpful and go above and beyond to get our cars fixed. They went above and beyond helping my son with his truck. We are always pleased with the work done on our cars ..

Got stranded with some issues in the morning after a track day at Sebring Raceway the day before. They got me fixed up before lunch which was great. The same issue arose later though and I had to stop at a parts store nearby. Marty came after work to help me fix the problem instead of going home for dinner. People with this dedication and passion for their customers are hard to come by. The next time I break down after the track, I'm coming here again!

Today I was blessed to meet the Elrod family. The office was immaculate. Everyone was respectful and hard at work. I walked in the office and within 2 minutes my car hoisted up on the lift. After they took a look and gave me my estimate, it was the fairest and best price for what I need. These are good christian people running a great shop! I highly recommend this shop for any of your car needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had my car towed in because it wouldn t start. They were honest with me that it was busy but they d try to get to it ASAP. Not only did they examine my whole car, but replaced the battery at a fair price and when I had no way there to pick it up the mechanic came and got me, all on the day before Christmas Eve! They saved Christmas!! Mary was so nice and very helpful. Will definitely return.Service: Battery

Towed pt cruiser to his shop .multiple problems .after testing engine advised not worth investing any more money .He got car running again and advised to stay local.Marty and Mary helped us get on the road and went above and beyond service. They are truly the most honest and trustworthy owners we had ever met. Do yourself a favor and give them a try.Service: Engine repair

Awesome people. This was my first experience and was very positive. I got an appmnt promptly. Costs were explained prior to any work. They were great. I would highly recommend to anyone and I plan on using them in the future should the need arise.

This is my favorite place to have my truck repaired. Owners are very honest about what repairs are needed and prices are very reasonable compared to other repair shops. I have no doubt that Mary and marty do the best they can for their customers.

Marty and Mary are great people. During my most recent visit, 7-13-20, the issue I had with my vehicle was going to cost over $300 for Marty to repair. So, Marty called another shop and referred me there to save me !!!! I appreciate the honesty and hard work I experience every time I call on Elrod Automotive!!!

Absolutely hands down Marty and Mrs. Mary are the most honest business owners I've encountered in a very long time. They serviced my vehicle for a fraction of what a major dealership would and unlike said dealership whom tried to tell me I needed a new air filter they found that there was no such need.

I needed my car looked at for a transmission leak . Sierra was Great. They helped me out and I was patient because they didn t have to take me today but they did and it s also the day before the 4th!! Marty and Mary are the absolute Best !! Thank you

These folks are absolutely wonderful . The work they've done for me has been top notch. I would definitely recommend Marty and his crew to anyone.
