New storage place in Freeport has been a Godsend! The reservation process was quick and easy and Carolyn even reached out to see how she could answer any questions before we moved our items in. They have a great storage place that is new, clean, organized and ready for a quick rental. Carolyn and the whole crew there are awesome!! Love the double doors on our unit as well!!! It s cool in there unlike U-Haul storage that is 80 degrees.

Carolyn, the property manager, was very helpful. She was able to accommodate my request of switching units and was very expedient in getting my account set up, answering all questions I had. The main office and storage building are immaculate. I know this place just opened, brand new, but very nice. I am looking to rent my 2nd unit within the next month. The prices, location, and assistance of Carolyn are hard to beat.

All good things to say about my new storage unit. Easy to maneuver through the complex with my cargo trailer, clean inside and out, well lit with a bright LED light inside, and much better price than what I was paying at my previous location. Carolyn is very helpful and anxious to make a trip to the unit easy. It is pleasant to be greeted by employees that show a happiness to be there. I especially like that a freight truck can deliver to my very tall roll up door with no difficulty.

I love how easy the process was. They have great opening offers to rent units up to 3 months and I love the door on the side for quick access. Carolyn was helpful and made sure we were able to access our storage.

Place is well kept and Carolyn was so helpful. Went through the options and showed us what the size differences actually looked like. Helped us figure out what would be best for us, and is always helpful every time we're there.
