Parts I needed in stock and fair pricing. Staff friendly and helpful. Was on a road trip when I discovered I needed a new head light bulb. I was back on the road in 15 minutes. Great staff thank you

So glad this was across from Advance Auto Parts! Those guys weren't helpful and then I went across to O'Reilly and LANDON was especially helpful, even though he was closing, and I was obviously coming in last minute, he helped me find what I needed, and I was on my way!!!Definitely will visit again.

I went into the Freeport, Fl location today 6-9-23 to buy bulbs for brake lights on my 2012 Honda Accord. I am 61 yr old single lady, I asked if there was Internet because I needed to transfer money from one account to another to pay for my purchase, and I was told no. There were three or four grown men in the store. There were absolutely no customers, and after I had asked that question and they had tell me there was not any Internet one of those one man started running his mouth about this is why we can t get Internet because people just come in here and use it up, then I asked about how to put the bulbs in to my car for the bright lights and I was just looked at like I was a dummy so needless to say I didn t get any help with that and I thought it was very rude and unnecessary. if he even had remarks about the Internet, could he not have waited till I left the store it was very rude I will never go back to an O Reillys anywhere advance will certainly get my business, and it might not be much, but it s business.

Came in to get my battery replaced, had it done in under 15 minutes. Extremely kind gentleman tested my battery and alternator before my purchase just to make sure I wasn t purchasing a new battery for no reason. Very friendly staff and quick service.

Staff and management are not very nice. I selected an item off the shelf expecting to pay $20. When I got to the counter the clerk charged me $36. I politely explained the shelf displayed a $20 price tag. The clerk and manager tried to convince me that I was wrong and then began implying that "maybe I moved the product to that incorrect tag because lots of people do that sort of thing." The two stars are not against the store, but against the staff and how they handle the situation. When we all walked over to show them the price tag, there were four more of the same item in wrong spot. It's mostly an oversight or mistake by an employee stocking the shelve. I was annoyed and embarrassed. I won't return to O'REILLY'S

Ray and David were great. I called ahead to see if they had my part and Ray put it aside for me. I was also experiencing some moisture problems in my AC ducts and David suggested several things to look at to help eliminate the problems.

The guys helped us get the tools I needed to fix our vehicle.. And instead of letting us purchase this certain tool we would only use once. They told us about the tool rent program they have. And you get all your money back when you return it. Advance across the street from them let us buy some tools they knew we would probably only use once... Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Definitely didn't make us feel like idiots because you don't know exactly what you need to work on you vehicle, they guided us, explained differences, and suggested solutions, unlike Advance Auto...

Should have called it al righty's it's ok had a guy in there to put grease in my distributor cap all I'm saying is there should be alittle more training with these sale reps

Quick, easy, didnt need to ask staff any questions, just found what I needed via their automated system and checked out. I cant comment on staff other than they asked me if I had any questions, but I had none.

Brand new location! It opened three months ago. I had to stop in for a battery that I was having issues with. David was able to help me out and got me back on the road ASAP!
