El Sankary towing is quick, professional and has a great office staff. When going to their office to discuss my vehicle I was greeted by Nicole. She was pleasant and very helpful. Definitely recommend El Sankary for your towing needs.

Very nice people he knew I was coming from all the way out of Missouri to get a customers car out of impound in the owner Met with me on a Sunday where I can get my customers car and head back. I really appreciate it.

Apparently they are not available for anything after hours. I called and called and called no answer and nobody called me back. Ever. There was also no way to leave a message and they are the company listed on the towing sign in my old apartment complex. About a week later, I called another company, Destin Tow Brothers, for another issue. It was on a Sunday evening. I hung up after a few rings because I got another Destin Tow Brothers called me back :on a Sunday night, fairly late. I called El Sankary on a weeknight about 6pm and got NOTHING. Don t waste your time.I say don t waste your time or energy on El Sankary. If you have an option, I Recommend Destin Tow Brothers.

Impressed!!!! Want Hossam to receive recognition for going above and beyond for myself and wife. Feeling extremely frustrated with my vehicle, Hossam saved me a great deal of time. Thank you again Hossam. It s great to know there are still good people in the world!!!!! In the future if I ever need a tow or a service they provide, it ll be because Hossam is loyal to the company and honest with his customers.Service: Car towing

Awesome company my husband and daughter broke down in the middle of the road. I was not there while he was trying to push the car to the side of the road I started calling towing companies this company was there within five minutes to help and get them out of the heat.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

They are abusive, racists and rude, they came to my house and grabbed my car that was on the platform of my house (it was not on the street and not blocking the road), I told them to lower my car and they told me that if I paid them 125 they would lower it Well, no, I asked them why and they didn't give me an explanation, they just told me that if I didn't pay them that they weren't going to lower it, I told them that I had my 2-year-old baby inside the house and that I couldn't delay and I went to bring them the card, after they started talking among themselves and they didn't want to charge me, I told them again to hurry up because I had my 2-year-old baby who has autism alone in the house and they laughed at me and took longer. They are the worst people he knows, they have no heart and act too rude. DO NOT HIRE THIS SERVICE.Son unos abusivos y groseros, vinieron hasta mi casa y agarraron mi carro que estaba en el and�n de mi casa (no estaba en la calle no obstaculizando la v�a), les dije que bajaran mi carro y me dijeron que si les pagaba 125 lo bajaban, sino pues no, les pregunte porque y no me dieron explicaci�n, solo me dijeron que si no les pagaba que no lo iban a bajar, les dije que tenia a mi beb� de 2 a�os adentro en la casa y que no me pod�a demorar y fui a traerles la tarjeta, despu�s de pusieron a hablar entre ellos y no quer�an cobrarme, les dije otra vez que se apuraran porque tenia a mi beb� de 2 a�os que tiene autismo solo en la casa y se rieron de mi y se demoraron m�s. Son las peores personas que he conocido, no tienen coraz�n y se portan demasiado groseros. NO CONTRATEN ESTE SERVICIO.
