Last day of 2020 and the alternator belt broke 50 miles away from home in Freeport FL. The local O'Reilly's referred me to Jerry at Elcat Solutions. He was very responsive to my needs. Jerry is a great mechanic.My passenger window on my Lexus came off track and wouldn t close. Jerry came out that day, analyzed the front clip was broken. Was able to find replacement clips, front and back in metal, instead of plastic. Came back in a couple of days, installed the new clips, window works fine.This guy knows his stuff! Berry fair pricing for labor.Highly recommend him.

I was visiting family in Freeport when my alternator went out just before we were scheduled to return home. I called Jerry based on his 5 star reputation on Google Maps hoping he would accept my car warranty. Not only did Jerry handle the full approval process allowing me to spend more time with family, he bought everything for the job before we had approval so he could start immediately. Jerry replaced our alternator around 5:00 pm on a Friday and we left for home (a 9 hour drive). By 7:00 p.m. I was broken down again on the side of the road; the replacement alternator was faulty. I called Jerry hoping he could look at first thing Monday morning. On a Friday night Jerry drove to Niceville and picked up a second alternator and installed it from 10:30-12:30 am so we could leave first thing on Saturday morning. Jerry was professional, courteous, and went above and exceeded my expectations. I cannot express how grateful my family is to him for everything he did to help complete strangers. The world needs more people like Jerry!

I highly recommend Jerry.I have a 2018 Ram 2500 turbo diesel truck that needed one of two fuel filters changed. I called Jerry and made an appointment with him for the following morning. I had the fuel filter needed, so when he got to my house, I popped the hood and he went straight to work. He did not mind I watched, and he explained to me everything he was doing. He showed what tools I needed to order from Amazon so if I want to change this filter myself, I can (I like to change my own oil and fuel filters). My truck has just under 110,000 miles on it, so it's due for maintenance. I feel very fortunate that I found not only a mobile mechanic, but a DIESEL mobile mechanic! This man is worth his weight in gold! Jerry is responsibly priced, too. He takes cash or card. I look forward to doing business with Jerry in the future.

If you re looking for a honest, quick and efficient mechanic then stop here. Jerry is amazing!! He came by my work place when I was super busy and help figure out where my oil was going in my car. Jerry was Super patient with me having to answer phones, wait for me to make paint and tell him the issues I was having . Lol hectic to say the least but he was a PRO!! Jerry was awesome.. he replaced my radiator and was very fair with his price and quick and efficient. Being new to the area and driving an older car.. I didn't know anyone I could trust. An auto parts store recommended Jerry and believe it was a blessing! I would recommend him to anyone!

Jerry was absolutely great! Very professional and timely in the work he did. We threw a Transmission flywheel bolt on our 2015 GMC Yukon and he came to our house we were staying at and had it fixed and running in no time! Jerry is such a processional. He thorough in his work and tells you exactly what needs to be repaired or replaced and why. The fact that he will travel to meet you and inspect your vehicle at your home is super convenient and a big time saver. I unexpectedly had my alternator fail on the way from Destin to Nashville. Fortunately for me it failed near ORielly's in Freeport. They sold me a new one and recommended a couple places to put it on. The garage down the street said it would be 2 weeks before they could do it! So, I called Jerry with Eclat. He arrived in about 15 minutes and had it replaced in about an hour for a reasonable price. I was so happy with everything I gave him a little extra. No problems with anything after the repair. Great job! Thank you Jerry.

Jerry came to our rescue as we were stranded in the RV park we were staying in. Our RV wouldn't start and there wasn't a lot of options for mobile diesel repair.Jerry answered the phone and we walked through what we thought could be the cause. The solution required parts which Jerry went and picked up on his own. He worked all evening getting the RV running which required another run for parts during the repair. Jerry met me again the next morning to make sure we were good to go.Multiple trips on our behalf, staying until the problem was figured out, and checking in with me to make sure my son and I made it home safe equaled the best mechanic I have ever had the privilege to have work on our stuff. Showed up exactly on time. Was very helpful in explaining the problem and issues we had with our vehicle. Fixed it in a very timely fashion and very competitive with pricing.
