Terrence communicated with me constantly so I always knew my vehicles status. Their technician was very thorough and actually completed my repair plus 2 other services for $300 less than another shop had quoted. Overall very happy with my experience

Absolutely attentive and careful service from both Terrence and Paige. They treated my daughter s car as if was their own and found the most advantage cost and repair to her car when she (we) needed it most. This is a premier facility and will be my number 1 go to for all our vehicle s needs. This is why we stay with the VW brand, service technicians like these two!

Terrance has been very helpful during a stressful time. My car was broken by another establishment that is not affiliated with VW and it has been frustrating trying to get everything in order to get it fixed by the other establishment. Terrance has been super responsive and quick to help anyway he can to help me get everything in order to repair my car. I am grateful for his understanding and willingness to help. I know once the VW team gets my car in it will be handled with care and excellent service.

The worst service I have ever received hands down. DONT GO HERE. Not even 1 star. Please readWas told initially, the labor would take 15 minutes. Then was informed the part had to be ordered and shipped and would take 3-5 days to arrive. Then they said they were on back order. Said in total around $5003 WEEKS LATER The part arrived, and then they informed us they did a bad inspection on the job so they needed another part and would be ready the next day for sure. Then told us it would be $1100 The next day they told us they broke a part trying to install the new part and it would be yet another additional day.The next day, I was notified it was done. Went to pick it up to find out that the steering column had been reinstalled wrong and now my steering wheel must be turned to drive straight.I called corporate, they said they were investigating they did nothing to resolve this and made me pay the full amount after being told I would get a discount FOR BEING ACTIVE DUTY not because the work was horrible. Spoler alert: I never got the discount. I did get a car wash out of it ..thanks Step one and Volkswagen I was done a disservice going here.

I had an issue with my gti not wanted to pump gas into to and I took it to Zach without an appt he got me in and out within 2 weeks and it was in the middle of a hurricane zack always updated me and was quick to reply and throughout the process he sent me pictures to show the progress of it. The shuttle driver is also an amazing person both times he s driven me we ve had some good talks over all I had an amazing experience. Took my Jetta in for service for a minor issue I had already diagnosed. Was surprised to get the bill and see a hefty " vehicle diagnostic fee" added. Complained to the service manager who simply said that they have to charge everybody that fee. That was the last time I took my Volkswagen here, I'm happy to work on it myself or find a local independent mechanic that won't rip me off. No complaints about the quality of work they did.
