Jessa was amazing!I had always been weary of car dealerships because of my previous experiences, but Jessa was very welcoming, professional and trustworthy - I felt really comfortable looking into the car I wanted and closing the deal with her.Jessa took into consideration all my concerns, and I was really happy how everything went smoothly. Her manager, Tim, is also a great guy!I was in and out the Toyota Dealership in about 2hrs or less with my new car!If you go to Toyota Fort Walton Beach, I highly recommend Jessa to be the person you speak to - it was a really great car purchasing experience with her!

The buying experience here was amazing. They truly went above and beyond here. I was a dedicated Ford driver who LOVED their vehicle, but I m excited to be a part of the Toyota family now. Jessa is so sweet and amazing, very patient and is the best sales person. She has now helped my daughter, son, daughter in law and now me. Tonya was a sweetheart and treated my grandkids like family and finalized everything with my other family. Tim was also very friendly and very informative. On four occasions now we drove away from two closer Toyota dealerships to do business at Fort Walton Beach.

Despite some of the negative reviews that I read, I decided to give Toyota of FWB a chance because they had the EXACT truck I was looking for. Immediately, I was greeted by a sales rep named Adam and was treated very kindly. I got right in, no wait and took me exactly to what I wanted to see. No swooning tricks or any of that nonsense. I cannot say enough good things about my sales rep Adam. He was so patient with me. Made sure he had the truck looked at by a service tech before they headed out for the day. And we also drove 2 other trucks too, so I could compare the ride. There was no rushing. I did not feel pressured. I felt catered to actually. He also went to bat for me to try and get the most for my trade. The finance process was also very smooth. Everyone was super nice. I give them 5 stars. Compared to dealerships in Panama City, I liked this experience the most by far. You guys will definitely have my business again! And thank you ADAM!!

Erik was extremely helpful. He was transparent and helped us find a vehicle. The dealership is clean and nicely maintained. The finance department gave us a competitive rate with a great discount and rebate. We had a great experience and recommend them.

Someone had to buy the 1st one. Jessa was amazing. Thank you so much for helping us. Thank you for not getting annoyed every time I changed my mind lol. This was really a great experience. She did not pressure us at all. She allowed me to test drive so many trucks and SUVs until I found the one that fit us the most. 10 out of 10 !!

My husband and I made our first car purchase from the FWB Toyota, and we are extremely pleased with the entire process! Of course buying a car is stressful and comes with its ticks, but Bryan C. was the biggest help and really really did such a fantastic job. He treated us like normal people, not just people trying to buy a car from him. He helped us find exactly what we wanted for our budget! If you need help finding or buying a car, Bryan is your guy! Should we ever need to do any car sales again, we will return back to Bryan.

Wrote a review on the Toyota site which I am revising as I realized after the fact that I was inaccurate in my assessment of the dealership. I made numerous trips to the dealership as I wasn't sure what vehicle I wanted. Corey Chaplin, one of the sales managers, hooked me up with Kass as my salesperson. He was fantastic and very patient and tried to find me a car I'd be happy with. He did. He has also called me twice after the sale to make sure I'm still happy....I am. Sometimes you're not convinced you got a good deal but after further review, I'm quite satisfied that Corey and the dealership did right by me. I would recommend you go see FWB Toyota if you are in the market for a Toyota. Ask for Kass. He's a very nice young man who is very easy to work with and Corey will make you a very fair deal!

Best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesperson James Francis was amazing, he went out of his way to earn my business and at the price point I was needing. They were the only dealership willing to give me a fair price for my Mustang that I traded in and I love my new Rav 4 LXE.They have def earned my business now and in the future. I have traded and bought three vehicles at Toyota FWB and they have been no less than stellar each time. The salesman that has assisted me each time has been Mr. John Topcu. He is a fantastic salesman that has never pushed me into a vehicle outside my budget and has always given me the best deals with all my vehicles. Hands down a great salesman and overall good guy to do business with. This is the place where you want to go if you're looking to buy or trade.

Our salesman Kass is the best !!! He did everything he could to help us get our first car for our family and he was super helpful and answered any and all questions and really knows his stuff about these car at the dealership. Tonya was the best as well helping us get our paperwork together and ready and she s super informative as well!! To begin with, I waited over a half an hour for somebody to approach my vehicle to help check me in. Once I checked in it took them an entire 3 hours to rotate my tires and to do a points check.While the service was perfectly fine and that's what gets the two stars the remainder of the experience was ridiculous. This location clearly does not have enough people to handle the customer load that it has. I will likely never return to this location if I have another option. Toyota of Fort Walton Beach, this is not how you maintain employees or customers.

I am not someone to write bad reviews but I would like to write this to hopefully help someone else from becoming as disappointed as I am after purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. This started on April 17th, I had been looking at jaguars for weeks on the market and finally found one that I really liked and was not a high mileage one. That s when I came across the Jaguar that Toyota of Fort Walton. At first I was very thrilled to see the type of spec Jaguar I was looking for and then saw how far the vehicle was from me. I live in West Palm Beach so the trip would be 1200 miles in total. It took me a lot of courage and planning to make this decision but I finally made it because I knew that this type of car I would not find anywhere. So after driving 8 hours going I finally got to the dealership, test drove the car and was thrilled on how it looked and felt. James the sales guy was very helpful but not after selling me the car. I bought the car expecting that they did a proper inspection of the vehicle before selling it (the carfax said they did) So mind you I left happy from the dealer thinking everything seemed fine and nothing bad could happen. After driving it a couple miles I decided to stop and put some gas while checking the engine bay to make sure everything was fine but I suddenly became worried after what I saw happening to the coolant tank of the vehicle, a majority of the coolant was gone and me and my buddy who came with me that also has a jaguar told me that is not normal and thankfully we had brought coolant with us just in case because if not I would not have made it home. Anyways after finally getting home, the following day I took it to a place that specialize in jaguars because I got a coolant level is low sign and had them run a diagnostic to make sure there was nothing going on. Visibly there was nothing leaking that me and my buddy could see whether it was from the engine bay or under the car. I dropped off the car and yesterday afternoon they had let me know that there was a leak coming from the middle outlet flange pipe and they need to also change the rear pipe as well. This job is gonna cost $3600. So not only did the dealer fail to do an inspection but they not cost me an additional 3600 dollars. I have tried to call the dealer to explain to them what s happening as well as James and they don t answer. I am very disappointed and spent hours driving and lots of money to get a car that was not properly inspected and now I have to pay another chunk of money. Thank you.

Make sure the vehicle you are buying has the optional airbags, some models don't come with them apparently. Other than that pretty reliable vehicles, little safer than a motorcycle and the audio is top notch. The Money we saved on gas, by having a hybrid helps buy a safer vehicle.

When you are there to buy a vehicle they are awesome. When you need to speak to someone later they are SO lacking. I called Tuesday to speak to someone in financing to cancel my GAP due to early payoff. They said someone will call Thursday .no call back. Waited til Friday crickets chirping. I called back. Said it will be Monday before someone calls back. Bet they don t! When I was there buying it they sure didn t make me wait that long. I know they are busy but you can t tell me that in four days they didn t have a minute to call me.

I had been dealing with alot of financial struggles and needed a cheap good car to get me to and from work. I have have had my Toyota for about a year and half now. Brought it in for servicing, the agent came up to me in my car and was just staring at me, he did not greet me to give me some kind of notice that he was even there. I told him that I had an appt for servicing and he just told me to wait in the waiting room. I got the call that my car was ready. Upon arriving I walked my 2 service agents just sitting at their desks. After waiting for about 5 minutes I asked one of the agents if I could pick up my vehicle, he sat there slouching and responds while still staring at his screen you have to wait for your agent . He didn t bother to find my agent or anything. I was always under the impression that the service department is apart of customer service. Toyota does not meet the care standards today.
