Melissa and the Team possess the perfect blend of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and experience when it comes to customer service and maintaining the longevity of the vehicle. I am very happy with the time and personal attention I received from the FWB Subaru Team each visit.

I had a great customer service after dropping off and picking up my car for 100K service and replacing the rear wheel bearings. Moreover, Paul was very helpful by offering me a loaner car to go back to my work to complete on my work-related tasking. Thank you very much for the great customer service.

My vehicle was scheduled very easy and was finished when promised. A member of the service team actually came and found me in the dealership to let me know that my vehicle was finished. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Amy, in particular, has always been very helpful.

Good afternoon,Paul was my service team representative. He got me in the same day I called. My schedule is always filled back to back appointments. I told him I had to leave and needed a rental, he immediately found a car and sent me on my way. He was such an awesome person and truly cared. Thank you Subaru! Paul you re incredible!

The best Subaru dealership I've ever had service with for my 2017 Subaru Forester 2.5i Premium. I own a 2001 Subaru Outback in Alaska, too.The Service Department attendant, Paul, has a great personality. He explained in detail(s) my required scheduled maintenance program and additional major repairs I needed ASAP.The mechanic technician, E.J. Another great employee with a good personality and very courteous. He, too, as Paul, explained and answered all maintenance questions I asked.Step One Subaru dealership in Ft. I never get anxious like I used to when needing work on my car since I bought my Forester from here and always come back for my routine maintenance, any concerns and even car detailing. Melissa is always wonderful to work with as she is kind, positive and efficient. EJ on the mechanic team has worked on my car a couple times and is always up front and helped me fix up a temporary solution to a battery issue while we waited a couple days for the part I needed to arrive and I didn t have any issue up through my appointment. I have experienced and witnessed the service team be compassionate- and negotiable if they are able to as well. The work I need done is nothing complicated , so it may be different if you have something more than a battery or an oil change, but I have never waited more than an hour for service and they have coffee and other refreshments while you re waiting and plenty of friendly faces as well. I had to bring my dog with me for my last oil change and she was peppered with treats and scratches, especially by Sam! They got her fresh water and were so welcoming and it was a relief as dogs are not always welcome in businesses of course. 10/10 I will always come here for anything Subaru that I need.

I brought my outback in because my tire pressure light was still showing after I had put air in. The service techs thought let's just make sure there's not a problem. They found a nail in my tire and patched it for me. Thank God, I was leaving soon to goout of town. It would have been highway driving. So thankful for their extra effort.

Had a great experience with them,went for a 24mo. Maintenence ,had an appt.And we were in and out in 45 min, super fast and efficient, our service advisor,Paul Krueger couldn't have been better,answered all our questions,and checked our,contract to make sure everything was correct.and taken care of. Then notified us our our next appt. when due. Great dealership,with excellent employees ,clean,efficient, 5 stars ....!

Friendly, attentive and responsible service. They realized a minor issue they had caused from an earlier visit they found during an inspection and fixed it no questions asked at no cost. Very nice interior to relax in while waiting for my car as well.

Buying a car from here was a very straight forward and smooth process. James Bondi is a great car salesman and has a bright future ahead of him. We really appreciated working with him and the finance guy. They were not pushy or rude, which we've experienced both in the past when looking at cars. They really took care of us in a timely manner and my husband and I are pleased with the whole process. Thank you so much!UPDATE: Its been about 7 months now and I've had the check engine light come on a few times. Whoever did the oil change here overfilled the oil and then overly tightened the cap making it a pain to redo the oil change. They also used the cheapest filter possible... Have a few other issues that I will have to take care of in the future, but this one's on them!

We purchased a used 2016 Legacy for our 16 year old in August from Carvana and have brought it into this dealership for maintenance . This dealership has been amazing. They are dedicated, honest and extremely helpful. Paul and Melissa could not do enough to help us. I highly recommend this dealership.

I was 630 miles away from home with check engine issues. Subaru Walton Beach Service was very accommodating and helpful. The repair was conducted overnight and I'm very satisfied. Paul, the service advisor, was fabulous in every way. I highly recommend this dealer

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the Fort Walton Subaru service department for taking care of my Subaru Forester last weekend. I Brought my Subaru in for an issue with the thermal sensor and for my 60,000 service. Melissa explained in detail what needed to be done and how long it would take. Absolutely the best car buying and servicing experience! They don't pressure you, they are all willing to assist in any way they can, they don't try to rip you off and are very fair and upfront. Plus, the coffee/snack bar is great!

Friendly, professional customer service. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment and they still got my car right in. I was offered something to drink , a snack and there was an area so I could work on my laptop. They even washed my car. I am new in town and was delighted to find this Subaru dealership!

We do not live here but we needed service on my Subaru. Previous dealer could not replicate the problem that I was having so it was never fixed. When I told them what was going on, EJ worked on it all morning and figured it out. I came to pick my car up and EJ went for a drive with me and explained. So thankful for the dedicated service!

I was surprised that an oil change that costs me $108 in Montana was quoted to me at $135. I was travelling, and it was due. I love my Ascent and treat it well.I was angry when the bill came $154.37. They nickel and dimed hell out me. $15 for shop material. What did they use for a simple oil change and tire rotation.They tried to get me to pay $49 for a cabin air filter, not even a HEPA filter. I bought one for $17 at Auto Zone and installed it myself.Do whatever you need to avoid this Subaru dealer, they are a ripoff.

We specifically worked with Paul in the service department and he was great! They offered an appt the very next day, and although the repair took a little longer than what was stated, the issue was resolved after almost a year of a different dealership not ever figuring it out. Paul was very professional, knowledgable, and helpful and highly recommend working with him.

This is a great Subrau dealership. Very big and newer building. In for an oil change at 20k miles. I had an appointment and everything done in an hour. Absolutely an amazing experience!! I was on vacation when the check engine light came on. Melissa, the service agent, was so helpful and friendly! She made sure they could get the car looked at so we could get back to enjoying our vacation! They had all the parts they needed, and the car was fixed in 3 hours, and we were back on the road! Good Service - -however I told thew srvice writer that I did not want tire rotation and they did it anyway - - $29.00 down the drain. Also, the exact same service performed a year aago was $30 more that 1 year ago - - -Why????
