Here's the thing, we all love shopping at Sam's because of the prices BUT OH MY LORD the customer service is HORRIBLE! It took 15 minutes on the phone to get someone to even pick up just to ask a very simple question and when they finally did they were so rude. If a Costco ever came to our local area, I would switch is a second. At least when I could shop there they treated me like a customer and not an inconvenience. Whomever is running this store should be better trained and hold their staff more accountable for their horrible service. Appalling!

I go to Sam's club regularly to get groceries and other necessities. I had 2 slow leaks that I had been putting off for over a month. I knew they were slow leaks because I had been airing my tires up every week and they never held pressure for more than 7-10 days. I usually go to Discount Tires in Pensacola, but I figured since I was at Sam's club already I'd give the tire center a chance. As soon as I got to the counter I was dismissed. (It just needs air, the tires were probably old, the sensors were probably bad, ect.) None of which were true. The tires were less than 2 years old, the sensors were less than 3. I know what a slow leak is, and I had been airing them up weekly for over a month. I told her there was a nail in my tire and it just needed a patch. She said she saw no nail and it was probably mechanical and they wouldn't touch it. So the next day i went to Pcola to Discount and they removed the nail and patched my tire.I'll never ask for tire service here again. It's clear unless you want to buy new tires that they can make a real profit off of, they will do anything they can to turn you away.Super disappointed.

Staff was really pleasant. Went in to get a nail removed and was out within an hour. Very pleased with the service I received.

Do not rely on your order being ready, and do not expect them to have much in stock other that the most common items. No golf cart batteries at all.

Made an appointment a week ago. Made to wait 20 minutes only to find my membership expired by the time my appointment was setup. Complete waste of time.

Having issues with my new tires they installed. I keep calling to make an appointment and they just don't answer or customer service department says they close early sometimes.
