First off, very friendly staff, GREAT pricing, prompt service, decent wait time. The only thing that ticked me off is when I got back into my car and drove off and noticed all of the glass bits EVERYWHERE in my car s front driver/passenger area. On the floorboard there were chunks that were left. On the dash and seats there were tiny shards everywhere. I snagged a picture of the dash when I got to a stop light, and mind you, it s everywhere, just not where it s at in the picture. I suggest doing a thorough cleanup with a microfiber and make sure cars are getting vacuumed good. I get it, you re having to break the glass to get it out and everything, but a good cleanup would prevent this.Otherwise A+ service.

I needed a windshield chip repair. I was able to get a same-day appointment with no issues through the web site. Our insurance was linked with no issues. Staff was friendly, waiting room was clean and comfortable. It took about 30min to do the repair. The staff explained beforehand that it would not be transparent. You can see the repair if you know where to look, but it's not distracting.

Christian came out and the correct time, finished quickly, and the job was done perfectly. Safelite windshield repair was $100 cheaper than everyone else, and even gave me new (Good) windshield wiper blades. Would highly recommend.

Nigel G. Went above and beyond with his customer service and his professionalism. He helped me get my windshield replaced in a timely manner AND solved more issues that came along the way out the kindness and respect this man has for his customers . 10/10 this man needs a raise !!

I had a 1:00 appointment today. I arrived about 10 min early. The office manager was friendly & efficient in getting me checked in & my car started. The waiting room was clean, had a tv playing CSI & free sodas. Taurean was the sweetest technician who handled my car. Window replacement & calibration took exactly 2 hours which was quicker than I was expecting. Exceeded my expectations!

I was able to get my vehicle in the same day I got a chip in my windshield. The staff was nothing but polite and the waiting room was exceptionally clean. A great experience!

This place runs the true Bait and Switch scam! We scheduled an appointment on-line, on Monday, for a full back truck window with power slide. The cost was only $540 which was way lower than other shops...too good to be true, of course! We immediately called the shop & spoke to Nigel, who assured us that the $500 ($40 off) cost was for the whole window. We even asked how they could do it so cheap & he stated that Safelite cares about safety and not profits?? We arrive on Friday for our scheduled appointment and at 9:37 receive a call saying that only the middle piece came in. What? They were supposed to call us back about when the actual/ordered window would come in. At 9:58 a text comes in from Safelite saying that we have a new appointment on the 16th. We open up the link & low and behold the cost has now doubled. What? We call the shop and they say sorry and didn't even bother to mention the new cost. Nigel acted surprised when we told him. We could have dealt with the mistake had we not specifically called and spoke to them but this is ridiculous! We went back and picked up our truck and in no certain terms made it very clear that we would not ever be using their services again. Well, well, come the next Monday, we receive a call asking if we're coming in?? Are you kidding me? Come on Safelite, do better, and stop trying to rip people off who are desperate without glass in their windows

They called me telling me that the insurance was paying for my windshield, we made an appointment for the next day and after I drove 40 minutes to the place and waited 20 more minutes for the manager to talk with me, he had the nerve to tell me that he received an email from the insurance saying that the approval was an error and that I had to pay the difference. The money is not the problem, I can pay the full amount if I want too. My problem is that he knew about this 3 hours before my appointment and he didn t have the courtesy to call me and let me know about it.I understand the insurance situation what I don t understand is why they couldn t call me to cancel the appointment.As a manager have the courtesy to call and let your customer know what s going on and on top of that, the guy (the manager) have the worst attitude ever, very poor customer service and zero professionalism.

Dropped off my 2020 Tacoma here and was expecting the repair to at least take 2-3 hrs, but they had it fixed in about an hour! They were also very professional, friendly, and just overall provided a great service! Will definitely return if I have future glass issues.

Excellent experience getting my windshield replaced and my sonar/camera guided system recalibrated. Brand new facility made it as pleasant a wait as it could be. Recommended.
