First of all, lady s at the desk are cool. Unfortunately, had someone hit my Toyota Corolla and needed the trunk and bumper repaired and their insurance company sent me here. Took two weeks and everything was great, but I was inspecting my car and there was a minor fracture in the windshield. I told them about it, and was told they can t do anything about it. They told me they put the entire car in a heated paint booth and it expands the glass and ruptures any minor crack. If they know that happens to windshields why do they keep doing that? Anyway, they told me that Florida insurance gives you a free windshield every year. What if I wasn t in Florida, then what?

I brought my truck there for a collision work on the left rear side. I got it back and the right tail light did not work. The tail gate rattled and gas flap wouldn t close. Brought it back and they claimed the tail light wasn t their problem. They obviously pinched or clipped the wire and can not fix it. Instead of saying that they just lied and said it wasn t them. So now I have to go pay competent shop to fix it. Unbelievable how shady people are at a Chevrolet collision center. I have owned and driven their trucks for years. If you want different problems than you have now, this is the place to take your vehicle.

I am amazed at their work and customer service. My jeep looks like new and drives like new after an unfortunate car accident. They worked in partnership with Geico and the experience was seamless. Customer service representative was amazing at the fwb dealership repair area. I was having a bad day and she put a big smile on my face. And they hadn t even seen nor touched my vehicle at the time.

Someone rear ended me so I had to get a new bumper. Preston Hood had the rental car ready at drop off and fixed my truck much sooner than I expected. They even washed the truck and swept out the interior, very unexpected and kind of them. Tony was very nice and helpful at the front desk. I had a front collision on my 2015 black widow editon Silverado and was sent here by my insurance company. After a 5200.00 estimate to replace the front grill, bumper and lights the work was completed in little over a week. I was out of town and my wife sent m pics of the work. The front bull bar was scratched and dented so we complained and they replaced it at no cost. This was in May of 2017. A year later I see paint pealing off my bumper at the bottom and off my grill in certain spots. This should NOT be happening after only a year later. This is due to not properly missing the paint and bonding application or crappy work. I have called, emailed and left messages but not one response. We all know the dealer is usually higher but I didn t care about the price just wanted quality work. I suggest to anyone avoid their collision center and focus on a body shop that specializes in repairs! Not happy and will never go back!

I want to take a minute to say a special thanks to the Preston Hood Chevrolet Collision Center. Rick Ruschmeier and his team of professionals applied a spray on truck bed liner in my new 2014 Silverado. I felt very comfortable with this service and their performance exceeded my expectations.The bed liner is extremely durable and I have no doubts it will withstand the work load that I will give it. I ve already carried a load of scrap metal and a 300 pound cast iron tub in the bed with no damage to the bed liner. Preston Hood Chevrolet Collision Center was very competitive in their pricing for this add-on.I highly recommend Preston Hood Collision Center for any work that you may need on your vehicle. I will be a repeat customer and recommend others to this facility. Thanks Rick!

People were friendly but I m not sure about the work. Less than a month after my repair was done the same piece on my car came off again. No one wanted to help me at that point. Frustrated but I guess it could have been worse.
