I had an incredible experience with a service advisor today and I think his name is Brett. I had a leak of green fluid from under my hood. Brett was very upbeat and checked it for me and came back after about 30 minutes to let me know it was overflow from the windshield washer fluid. He also topped up my other fluids as well as aired up my tires! All this with a smile and a great attitude! And the cherry on the top is, there was no charge. Bless him and this awesome Chevy dealership!I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

All the staff from the moment arrived until car finished the services are amazing. The snacks are incredible, popcorn, chips and more. Also fresh coffee and water as much as you want and the great entertainment of the TV. If your phone runs out of charge, the chargers is ready for you. The comfortably of the waiting room helps to relax, interact with others in conversations about what's on TV: sports, news and houses rebuilt. I love it.

Derek met us at our car and, ask how he could help. Once we introduced ourselves and, said we were interested in purchasing a new car, Derek took my Wife to the vehicle she was interested in. The process was painless and once she decided on one, he explained all the features along with setting up her phone. All in all a great experience.

Did not reset my oil change reminder so it kept flashing up on my screen and the Chevy app kept notifying me. Overfilled the front tires with air when they rotated them. The front ones according to the door him and supposed to be set much less than the rear, which is the way they were. The tech air them up to the same pressure. The tech clearly does not know correct procedures.

I was a little early. They checked me in for an oil change and 7500 mile check and had my truck ready to go in an hour, as promised. They also did all the leg work with my insurance so I didn t have to pay a cent. Thank you.

In a word, "amazing." My salesman, Austin, was extremely helpful and professional. He worked hard to get me the very best deal on the exact truck I was looking for. That sentiment was reassured when I happened to see the owner of the dealership, shook hands, and he remembered me from when I bought my last Chevy Silverado back in 2004. The financial specialist, Kim, asked me about my plans for the truck, like when would I trade it in, and tailored a service/warranty package that fit perfectly for me. Just felt like everyone there was looking out for me.... and it was definitely the least stressful vehicle purchase I've ever had.

I felt at home the very first time I walked into Preston Hood Chevrolet, but it was when I arrived for my first service appt. feeling dizzy and faint that Brian Durham made me feel like family. At my request, he brought his own blood pressure monitor for me to use, which prompted a visit to my Dr. that same day. Brian was as attentive to me as my car and made sure I felt well enough to drive before I left.I love everything about my new Chevy Trax- the many safety features, the all-wheel drive and the mileage!!! But it's more about the service that comes after the sale, and I can honestly say that the service dept at Preston Hood is second to none!

Literally the worst place you can take your vehicle in this area. I would not trust any of their mechanics nor their word on anything. My first bad experience was in July 2020 when I took my truck in for routine oil change and tire rotation- after leaving Chevy and driving hardly even two miles, my whole entire wheel flew off my truck and went across Beal Pkwy, thank goodness it didn't it someone. While the service manager did show up after I called her, I still paid for my own tow to get it back to Chevy. They couldn't even replace what was broken, that was their fault, with Chevy made parts. No refund or even an apology only "things like this happen sometimes". They claim they do not use impact tools but when it came to my next tire rotation- NOT at Chevy; my lug nuts were stripped from the previous tire rotation so I had to replace some lug nuts after they couldn't get my tire off. Fast forward to last week, I thought I would give Chevy another try- turns out that was also a mistake. My truck was not leaking oil prior to my visit, but it is now due to the oil pan drain plug being stripped, probably from the impact tools they "don't use". Brought it back in immediately the following day and there was nothing they could do for me but were happy to quote me $3,300 to replace my oil pan. If you want your vehicles ruined, take it to Chevy... but trust me, save yourself and your vehicle. They are the worst.

Very efficient and employees were great. Price was high, and the 2.9% fee to use a credit card was unexpected and a bit shady. Not sure why this is a thing but your prices are already high then you tacked that extra $45 on me at the end.

I always am beyond satisfied with the work done and the way theam goes the extra mile to assure my Chevy Camaro comes out refreshed and running better than before. Brett is by far the greatest guy I have ever met in any dealership helping me in anyway to full satisfaction and will take my car no where else! He's my go to amd nothing against anyone else there I just know what to expect when my visits there are needed for my services and beyond. Preston Hood is my place and will do all my business there during and after my warranties, and when I decide it's time for a change I will make this dealership my next selection for a new ride but plan on hanging on to my baby for as long as I can. I worked hard to get her so want to keep her at her very bedt even if I decide to pass her on to someone else worthy of inheriting her from me.:)

Briana was very good; quick to return texts/calls no matter time of day. Not pushy at all. I test drove the '24 Silverado 2500 Z71 three times over three days.I like the fact that Preston Hood had a family, comfortable, feel to it. We will probably start binging the wife's Cadillac over here for services instead of the GM place.

Derek and Mike were amazing from the moment I walked into the lot. Any questions or issues I had were answered or handled immediately and respectfully. I love my car and I sincerely appreciated how nobody was pushy with me, simply informative and accommodating. Excellent service.

I had an absolutely amazing experience buying my 2021 Tahoe until it got to finishing the process. Dallas was a great salesman, didn t push the sale, I didn t feel rush or pressured. He took the time to answer my questions and make sure it was everything I wanted. Ms. Kim is an absolute doll! Lovely lovely person. Very hospitable, friendly and professional. What irritated me was the once the paperwork was signed and the money was exchanged, I started getting the runaround. I was told my car could be and would be delivered, that didn t happen. Then management made a big issue about proof of funds when I clearly showed and could verify through the bank that the money had been wired. I understand policy, possible fraud or theft and simply taking precaution to protect the dealership but when somebody spends that amount of money, they should at least be able to drive off the lot in their brand new vehicle. My time, my day and my experience was completely ruined. Still a great truck and I m more than happy with my dream car!

I wanna give a big thank you to service advisor, Brad Bly and auto technician, Jamie Humpert for helping me out on fixing my mother's Chevy Trax on the electrical issues it was having. Brad and Jamie throughly let me know what was the issues and fixed them very promptly. Great service and great communication on both parts! Highly recommend them both for any issues on vehicles. Brad and Jamie, keep up the great work you guys are doing! 5 's all the way!!!

Our problem was taken care of, all employees are always helpful, polite and efficient. Brian ( in the service dept. ) always takes good care of us. Preston Hood has the very best waiting area! Snacks, drinks, popcorn, recent magazines, TV, what more could you ask for?

Just purchased this vehicle within the month from here. Vehicle stalled and wouldn t turn on and left me stranded in traffic. Had it towed to this dealership for service. Was told they can t duplicate the problem. However with in less then a day of getting it back it failed again leaving me stranded. Poor effort on the part of the dealership to find the root of the problem. They were just nonchalant with a can t figure it out, sorry about your luck attitude.Update:After it the second time of it breaking down on me they were able to find a wire that was sparking. They handled it timely after that and gave me a rental car for the time it took to get it fixed. It is fixed now.

We came to the dealership to purchase a used vehicle but after talking to Aaron, he suggested the new 2024 Trax that was the only 2024 left on the lot. The difference between a used vehicle and the new vehicle was only about $5,000 more. We are happy with the purchase and felt it was a good deal to move forward with the new vehicle instead of a used one. They made the process easy.
