Shady manager and service workers. Did that free A/C check for $100, to find out hours later they forgot to check the compressor and yep that was the issue. Asked if I could bring a new part for them to install (saved me $70, or $30 after the free check). Was told, If you can find one, but we won t guarantee it. That s fine, it s brand new, still in the box from AutoZone. Three hours later to install because I also had to get there before nobody else: Oh wow, the other leak stopped and the compressor is good. Good to go. $1200 plus and then 12 days later, the A/C is out again and wow! So many holes in the new compressor. Went back and he (same manager) said, yeah, it s hot out, recharged A/C s don t last too long. Crooked as the crooked get. Don t go there.

Excellent service today and last week at this place! Jacob and Austin helped figure out all my concerns and got me up and running in time to get back to work! Thankful for these guys! Definitely would recommend this place to get your vehicle issues fixed up and put your mind at ease on the road. It s hard to trust someone to work on your car but me and my family have always been satisfied with their work. Keep up the good work Eglin staff!

I cannot recommend the mechanics at Precision Tune highly enough! My wife has owned her used car for eight years, and in all that time, she had been struggling with an issue that no other mechanic could seem to fix. She took her car here and it was the best decision she could have made.Not only did they successfully diagnose and repair the problem, which came out to be a rusted exhaust shield and bolts, but they also did so for an extremely fair price. Their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire process, and they made the experience of getting the car fixed as smooth as possible.From now on, PT will be our go-to shop for all our automotive needs. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled mechanics, look no further. Thank you once again for your exceptional service!

I have been taking my cars to this spot for over 15 years. They are upfront about costs and work hard. I had one issue with a repair a few years back and they corrected it same day. This is the place I recommend to everyone for minor car repairs and maintenance.

I went in to get an oil change and it only took 10 to 15 minutes and I got an extra 10% off for putting a sticker on my back window. Anytime I come in and get anything done I will get 10% off so I think that's a great new deal they got going on but the manager is very friendly. Nice! And you are treated wonderfully. Thank you precision tune and auto care

When I need an oil change, I generally just go to whatever shop that isn't super busy so I don't have to wait long. I called up this location recently to see if I should set an appointment, and they were able to take care of me in good time. I've come here over the years with past cars, and stopped going because one of the guys at the front desk was a bit impersonal, and borderline rude. That guy isn't there any more and the staff that they have now are pleasant, plus they have a checklist and recommend services you may need without being too pushy and money hungry, they allow you to do it in your own time, which is nice. Check engine light came on in my vehicle. Called and spoke to manager, Jacob. He said bring it down and they would run a diagnostic. They were able to run the diagnostics, get the parts in, get the service done, and even checked my oil levels and tire pressures. Hunter did a great job of keeping me updated while he was working on the car and the whole job was done in about three hours. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Precision Tune in Fort Walton

I am a customer of Precision Tune Auto Care in Fort Walton Beach, Florida and I have brought business to them in the past. I have had bad situations with them regarding auto work, but but I never felt the need to escalate my issue. However, in this situation I was requesting that the business simply turn down their loud music that they were blasting into the local neighborhood which could be heard from inside my home. Their employee was completely disrespectful and disregarding. Their response, without so much as the courtesy of a conversation, was to ask the police to give me a trespass warning. This is an unbelievably bad response to a simple customer request. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior for any business. This business doesn't respect its customers or the neighborhood it does business in. I would highly suggest taking your business elsewhere. The way a business handles issues it creates itself says everything there is to know about them.

Excellent service, and friendly, professional staff.I was able to get in and out very quickly without an appointment.They were able to service my prius, and saved me money by not having to take it to the dealership.The repair technicians are very knowledgeable. They clearly explained any systems that were affected, and the related parts. They are very good with giving updates on repairs as well.Parts ordering was quick and seamless as well.I definitely recommend coming here for the amazing service that the management and technicians provide.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

Many thanks to Jacob and his team for the very professional, courteous, and quick service on this miserable rainy evening. I am here in Fort Walton Beach for work this week and I got a low coolant warning on my dashboard console so I stopped in to see if they could take a quick look and see what was going on with my car. I just had my car serviced by my dealer 1500 miles ago. The gentleman at the front desk checked me in quickly and my car was in a service bay and being diagnosed in under 5 minutes. Jacob called me out to the service bay and explained what he discovered and offered his solution. Going forward... I'm going to watch the coolant level for another couple of days before I drive home to south Florida. I cannot thank these guys enough for their awesome customer service and professionalism.

Brought my car in for an oil change during business hours. Garage doors open, custo er's cars were open and not a single employee on site. Literally left the business wide open with no one around. Waited for 10 min and finally left. I would not bring my car to a place that acts irresponsibly with peoples property or their business.

My man Jacob(real family guy), the new manager, delivered extraordinary grade A service!! One of the best and knowledgeable experts in his field! My car has 297,000 + miles already and still running good. Thanks to the superb maintenance services of Precision Tune Team of Fort Walton Beach. They are all awesome. Taylor and the other team members have done above and beyond customer service and went the extra mile for taking good care of my car. Highly recommended car care shop.Above review was 11-month old. Today, 26th of January 2023, Jacob and Hunter did an exceptional job . My car has already reached its 330,000 mileage and still running good and my sincere thanks to the under- chassis noise repair they have done exceptionally. Now it is running smoothly again. Noise gone. Two thumbs up!!!

With so many so many auto care shops to choose from Precision Tune Auto Care on635 Eglin Pkwy Fort Walton Beach is the location you want. They are very professional, make you feel welcomed and are knowledgeable in auto services. They have the very best interest in all your auto care needs. Robby the front-end sales lead and Shad (District Mngr) provided exceptional customer service. There was a glimpse of a situation and both went out of their way to restore it. I have never had an issue regarding my car and completely trust their knowledge. It's hard to trust auto techs now in days but the techs here are legit professionals. They take pride and show integrity when servicing each customers auto needs. I have been a customer since 2018 and continue to be loyal to Precision. I would like to highly recommend PTAC for all your auto needs because they are trustworthy. I appreciate your hard work and keep up the positive work ethic. .100% SATISFIED CUSTOMER.
