Jeff & his crew have now taken care of me on 2 different occasions & have absolutely provided incredible service. Extremely responsive & very detailed in their work. I would highly recommend these guys & to know you re dealing with folks from here and a company that believes in customer service is a rare practice these days!!

Jeff and his team are amazing. I took my minivan in with a window that had fallen off the track. I was told by a few other automotive people that this was not a quick or easy fix, so they sent me to Jeff. I highly recommend this shop! Jeff communicated with me every step of the way and even when it was bad news (part wasn't delivered to him when it was promised) he was up front with me and let me know. When the part did arrive.. at 430pm on a Friday he told me he and his team were going to stay till they fixed it. Sure enough, they did! Everyone there was so pleasant and wonderful to interact with. Send your business to him!! QUALITY work and fair pricing!!

Great people! My rear view mirror needed to be mounted and I was in and out in less than an hour. I definitely recommend these gentleman for any glass repair needs.

ANOTHER 5 STAR REVIEW!!!!!!!!!Obviously there is a reason!!!!!I called Jeff, the owner on a Thursday afternoon. He made sure he had everything in stock for my Nissan Armada windshield. He then told me I could come in the next day at 8am and I could get my windshield replaced. Normally he said he would like to keep the vehicle all day and have me pick it up later, but I told him I had to wait because it was my only car. He then said it would be about 3 hrs wait, was I ok with that or would I like to reschedule. When I arrived at 8am, the next day, he drove me to Starbucks where I could study for a class that I was taking. He called me and picked me up when it was done and had all the paperwork completed. Super nice, very easy to work with. I would highly recommend using this company. In fact I will use him if I ever have a need to replace a window again ( I hope I don t. But I will recommend him to everyone I know) as a general rule I do not post reviews if they are just normal, your job is your job, the expectation is that you do a good job, right? I post reviews when the company goes above and beyond I consider this company to go above and beyond. I had a less than 24hr wait time, and he treated me like a rock star or a VIP!!! There's a reason this business has such great reviews. Jeff, the owner is terrific. Last night I was fortunate to get squeezed in to repair my window at 8am the next morning. When I arrived and sitting in the waiting room while my truck was in, I overheard Jeff speaking with another business asking for a big favor to repair a Military wife's car. He wanted to assist this client with getting her car fixed on a fixed budget while her husband is overseas. He's even arranged to pay the other business to fix her car so he can get the window installed. Then, he's allowing her to make payments since she doesn't have funds to pay in full. Jeff, is awesome and proves how good he is. He's been around for over 25 years and generations to come. Great business model Jeff. I now have another great business to recommend. Warm Regards to your team Jeff. Being Retired Air Force, I was thrilled to get this feedback out there for all to see.

Best Guys around ! Called on a Thursday, they had my front windshield ordered and in by Friday afternoon and called me to come on over. Old one out and new one in in about an hour ! These guys are good at what they do and always so polite, Thanks Guys for my beautiful new windshield for my jeep, she is BEAUTIFUL NOW !

Very professional company. Ashton was great as was the owner Jeff. Ashton gave me an immediate quote for next day service on a rear door glass replacement. I called every other local automotive glass company in town to make sure pricing was in line and none of them could even get the glass in less than 2 weeks and all were considerably more expensive. One company even quoted used glass from salvage at $130 more than I paid for new glass at Precision. Ashton scheduled the appointment for next day at 1:30 and they were ready for me and took exactly 1hr to complete they made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly and ready to go. Great service, highly recommend!

Jeff and his team went above and beyond to replace my daughter's windshield on her car, it was a last minute appointment and they had everything ordered to replace the windshield as well as made us aware of a "safety light" issue. They wanted to recheck to make sure their settings were all good after the car was seen at the dealership so my daughter could get back to college safely. Appreciate his willingness to help, his professionalism and knowledge. Highly recommend!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I needed a place to fix and replace my windshield and been over at Rhodes Auto in Destin recommended precision Auto Glass as the absolute best place to go. He did not lie! In fact he undersold it! These folks know their craft and do an amazing job the best way it can be done! Jeff took my call and less than 24 hours later I pulled in and Ashton did the replacement. It was truly a job of precision and care. I even learned a couple techniques for my own work as a handyman! Special thanks goes out to the crew that made my week over at Precision Auto Glass! They are the BEST!

I can not THANK this business enough! Had to replace my sons rear view mirror and was told by a dealership that they order the part but would not do the labor. I reached out to Precision Auto Glass and without hesitation I was told to bring the car in and they would take care of it!!! I am so thankful and can not recommend Precision Auto Glass enough!! True professionals and I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

My Air Force son was on his way to his first duty station at Ft. Walton when his sunroof shattered. He didn't know what to do and I wasn't there to help him . I called two different places in the area and they didn't do sunroofs. I called Jeff and he found a used sunroof for less than half price and ordered it for him. I was worried about it raining and ruining his interior. I called Jeff and asked if there was anything he could do. He told me to send my son to his shop. There he got all the broken glass out, vacuumed out the interior and temporally sealed the sunroof until theglass came in and permanent repairs could be made. I offered payment for the vacuum and temp repair and he wouldn't accept. He thanked my son for his service to our country. Jeff is awesome. Great old fashion customer service. I needed help getting the arm off my windshield wiper motor to my heavy equipment to install in the new windshield that I installed myself.I asked him if he was even able to help me, and without a doubt he said yes. I went to his shop he got the arm off for me in less than 1 min. I had called 6 ships total and no one even tried to help me. Great customer device and that always means a lot to me.Thank you Jeff

Amazing customer service! I was referred to precision Autoglass from a local custom shop. I was in contact with Jeff and he kept me updated from the time that I called to the time it was finished. Jeff was able to squeeze me in and even stayed after hours to get the work on my vehicle started and done! I will bring any additional work to Precision Auto glass and also refer any and everyone! I must give credit where it s due.Absolutely outstanding service, commitment to the customer. I truly have rarely experienced such impeccable professional care.okay, I drive a fancy car with a lot of sensors and heads up display. My insurance would only pay for an Aftermarket windshield. Jeff installed it and with quite a bit of effort ( mainly due to weather) was able to calibrate the sensors, however the polarity of the glass or something made the heads up display wavy and made a double image.Jeff called the insurance company on my behalf and was able to negotiate an OEM windshield at no cost to me... he basically did the job twice and haggled on my behalf, just so I would be happy with the Job he and his staff so expertly performed.WOW!Still owe him a steak dinner.

These were the nicest people. Made me feel at ease from the second I arrived. They turned on the ac for me in the waiting area and made sure I was comfortable. I had expected to have to wait a good while but they got to my vehicle immediately and did an excellent job replacing my windshield and were done in no time. Have been here twice for a busted out van window and a shattered truck door window. I called around for estimates the first time and Jeff quoted me the best price and was able to get the window in same day. Install was professional and no hidden charges. Second job he had a new window that a customer had ordered and never got installed. He gave me a fair price and although it was a difficult install the price remained what was quoted. Absolutely no reason to shop around. If you want professional install and best prices in town with brand new parts call Jeff.

Rearview mirror fell off from FL heat and searched online what kind of glue I needed to do it properly but everything failed. I called them and they fixed and re-glued rearview mirror without any charge and even aligned the sunroof! They were so friendly and professional. I highly recommend this shop!

Jeff was awesome! I left my car with him and within 2.5 hours my car had a new windshield and had been fully calibrated. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and his staff were all very polite! Thank you Precision Auto Glass!!!!

Spoke to Jeff about needing a windshield for my 2012 Ford Focus. Unfortunately, Precision Auto didn t have any, BUT Jeff was able to pull some strings and get one delivered, same day, BEFORE lunchtime! These guys helped me out in a tight spot while being extremely polite, professional, and very friendly. 5/5, will definitely be recommending them to all my friends!

Caught a rock on the highway and called my insurance company. They recommended I contact them for a replacement. I scheduled an appointment that week after discussing details with the manger. All the employees I came in contact with were very professional. The car was completed on time and would would never know the windshield was replaced. In addition, after my experience with them I took my wife's car in for some repairs. I would recommend them.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I got 2 chips on my windshield passing through Texas on my way to Florida. While I was camping in Florida I decided I would find a place to fix the chips. I called Precision Auto Glass about 14 miles away from my location and they said they would fit me in to their schedule that day. I got there and they went right to work fixing the two chips using a machine to fill the star-shaped cracks. About an hour later they were done and you can barely tell I had to chip there. They charged me a very fair price and we're really good guys I recommend going to them for windshield repairs!

Jeff replaced the front glass on my 63 1/2 ford falcon pro street car. He did a great job and always answered any questions that i had. Great to work with, and very knowledgeable about his trade. Thanks Jeff for the great job.

I have been doing business with these guys for years. Jeff doesn't use cheap or poor quality glass. Everything is always on point from quality of work to meeting the quoted completion time. The quality here is such that even the dealerships send their cars here for factory glass replacement.
