Had a great experience at this location today! Arrived into town after a long road trip and had a bit of an issue with our vehicle. The gentleman who helped us (the dude with the longer blonde hair) today was super helpful and kind. He got us back on the road in much better condition than we were in when we arrived. If for any reason I have car trouble when visiting the area again, I know where we will go back for sure! Thanks!

Stopped by this morning for them to check my battery since I had to jump off my truck. Asked if he could check and he said not until it stops raining. It was sprinkling. Went one block down the road and your competition had no problem checking. I made the purchase there and probably paid more for it but they took care of me in sprinkling rain.

Convenient from me. Call before you get there but seems to have everything i need when i call. The best part they will help you to do things in the car. Awesome customer service.

I needed a new head light so stopped here. The employee was very friendly and attend to me right away. I told him what I needed and he got it right away. I asked him if they would install the headlight and he said yes he would free of charge. He was very polite and had my new headlight in and working no time at all. Excellent work and excellent staff.

I have a Ford Fusion hybrid SE and needed a battery. I sat at another place for an hour to be told they had no idea what battery I needed. I went to O'Reilly's where in about 5 minutes flat I had a new battery installed. I want to say thank you so much to Will, the knowledgeable and very nice man who helped me. So much appreciated. Great service at this store.

I m giving 4 stars because of Stephen who FINALLY helped me was amazing, other wise it would be 2 stars. The tall gentleman literally argued with me on where my battery was. (Just 10min before I jumped it). He educated me that the computer said the battery was in my trunk (it s a small SUV) and they could not help install the new one I bought because it would take more then 25 minutes. It was like talking to a wall trying to explain that the battery was in deed under my hood, then he refused to help me anymore.The young man I mentioned earlier took my old battery out and replaced it with the new one in less the 15 minutes. I will only go back to this store if he is working. If not Advance Auto Parts is 2 blocks down.

Our car battery was giving up in our car and we came to O Reilly off of Racetrack in Fort Walton Beach, Florida right before the store closed. Stephan helped us so much. He was amazing and made us feel relieved! Stephan is great and should be recognized for his attention and customer service! Thanks again Stephan!!

The guy in glasses that worked the register was very rude. His shirt said professional but his work ethic said he was lazy and not willing to help me. Very disappointing! I never get turned down for assistance at any advance auto parts.

Always greeted, and constantly asked if I need help. I'm a mechanic so I usually decline but still nice that the employees actually take care of customers. Very clena amd organized.

Every time I go in here they don't ever give me the right stuff, & this one I had got an ac relay, the first one was the wrong one, then the second one I realized it wasn't what I needed so I returned it well the guy that did the return did it wrong & I ended up having to call them cuz my refund didn't get put back on my card & I live at least 30 mins from this one

Staff member assured me the part he was selling me was correct. In fact, he promised me it was the right part. It wasn't. Not even close. Upon returning it to their store, they charged me a 20% restocking fee.

The worst customer service it seems as though everybody in that store doesn't know Auto Parts and if you ask to get extra help they look at you like you're crazy I will never shop there again they are the worst in customer service
