Best experience ever while purchasing a used Silverado 2500 diesel truck. Sam was an excellent sales person. He didn't pressure me and was very honest, transparent, professional, and great to work with. He immediately responded to all my questions over text messaging and sent me photos of the truck within minutes of me asking about it. The sales manager, Luke worked with his GM, Jason over the phone while Jason was out of town on a business trip. They gave me one heck of a deal. Nobody else in a 100 mile radius wanted to work on the price of similar vehicles like these guys did. It was quick, easy, and painless. Everybody was very pleasant and down to earth. They treated me like a friend. I wish my other many vehicle purchases over the many years was as pleasant as this was. Sam, Luke, and Jason, thank you for everything. You guys are spectacular! Best vehicle purchases I have ever made in over 20 years!!!

My wife recently left Mazda of Fort Walton Beach after an oil change and noticed her car interior smelled like gas. When I arrived home after work, the entire garage reeked of gasoline, as did the inside of her car. I opened the hood and discovered that the oil cap had not been replaced after the oil change. Oil and gas had spewed out of the crankcase and covered the engine room. This could have easily caused an engine fire, not to mention the internal damage that might have already occurred after losing that much oil. I am livid that my wife s safety was risked because of this negligence and expect this to be rectified immediately.

I came to the dealer needing a new car after I'd been hurt in a nasty accident, and Taylor Stewart hooked me up. I came already knowing what I wanted and she was super sweet and really helped me through the whole process. I came to this dealer because Eglin FCU recommends them, and buying a car here really made me see why! 2024 CX-5 is a great car and a beauty!

I have been a loyal customer since 2018. I purchased my Mazda3 2018 there and have used the service department for all oil changes/tire rotations since. I have also purchased 4 new tires here. However, due to the last service I had I will no longer be giving Mazda of Ft Walton Beach my business. When I purchased my car at this dealership I was promised a loyalty discount for all my oil changes. They have honored that discount for me for 4 and a half years. However, after speaking with management previously and being told I wouldnt have any issues with my discount going forward, they would not honor it my last service. I live in navarre and drove an hour out to end up paying 116$ for an oil change that I could have gotten closer to home for $45. & not wasted my time or gas. I waited at the dealership for 2 hours untill it was finished just to drive off with my tire pressure light on. I was told I wouldn't have this issue again. But the attendant told me in the lobby as I was waiting in front of other customers that he would not honor it due to new management. Poorest management this dealership has had since 2018

I can t say enough good things about this place, my mom bought a car there today. Carleigh was our sales person, she was very nice and professional. The team went above and beyond to make sure that my mom would have a payment she could afford and although she bought the cheapest car on the lot they still treated her like she was buying a brand new car. Very statisfied with their customer service and efficiency.

Bought a beautiful lightly used 2022 Mazda3 from this dealership and it was a great experience. Carleigh showed me the car she was very friendly and is a great car sales person. I traded in my 2016 Kia Soul and they gave me a good price for it. The Mazda3 is a huge upgrade from the Kia. Thank you Carleigh!

My AC broke on a 1 1/2 yr old Mazda mx-5 I bought from them. They charged me 359 to flush and recharge it. 2-3 months later it stopped working, again. They scheduled me 2 months out to have it fixed. Broken ac in FL on a car just barely out of warranty and I've had to drive without AC for 2 months. I found the leak with a quick YouTube search and I guess will fix it myself because their service department can't or won't fix a simple broken line. Last car I buy from them. Unless, they want to contact me and make it right. I will go back to Lexus and Hondas after this experience. Tired of throwing money away on a car that is a 2021.

Our time at Mazda of Fort Walton was an exceptional experience. Joe our salesman was so kind and really educated us on the cars we were interested in. He went out of his way to make the experience enjoyable for us, making us feel comfortable right away! We are so pleased with our visit and would recommend this place to anyone.. Keith in finance was great too and got us the best deals, fast! We where in and out of there with a new car in under two hours. We will definitely go back if we are in the market for a new car.

Had a good experience buying my 2012 KIA Soul! Latoya Thompson was the absolute best ever - answered all of our questions, went above and beyond, understood my excitement, and was a great support!!! The only issue was waiting almost 2 hours for a finance person from their other business to come over because their regular person had gone home. We were paying in cash, but were told by the sales manager we had to wait for that person to accept our payment, and several times he stated the finance person was on the way and would be there in 10 minutes.... That part could have been handled a bit differently. However, that small issue aside, it was a good experience. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a nicer, no pressure, friendly environment, and I highly recommend Latoya! She's tops! A+++

She had always wanted a Jeep Cherokee and no other car she looked at compared, however Saturday afternoon we went to Fort Walton Beach to test drive a few. After driving multiple cars it came down to the Jeep and the Mazda CX-9. We further researched each vehicle, looking at future resale value, reliability, and options offered, and the CX-9 was the clear winner. The reviews on this crossover were overwhelming positive. The overall message was that it's a #luxury vehicle without the big price tag. Once we knew the car she wanted we searched everywhere for one at the best price. We looked everywhere within 300 miles; Atlanta, Tampa, Birmingham, New Orleans, and found the absolute best price we could on the exact one she wanted. It had to be white, had to have air conditioned seats, sunroof, etc, etc. These cars hold their value so well that buying one a year or two old didn't seem worth in when we could buy a brand new one for just $4,000 more. Ultimately we found the best deal on a brand new one in Atlanta, and the local Fort Walton Beach Mazda dealer agreed to match the price. So yesterday she came home with her first #brandnew car. I was super impressed with the quality and ride of the Mazda. I didn't expect it to perform and feel like it did before driving it, but I'm sure glad we did. It was actually on our radar because Bill Sviatko who told me it was the best car he's ever owned. Coming from someone who leases a new car every 3 years, his recommendation held weight. Anyway, Bailey is extremely happy and we look forward to some great years in her new car. #edmunds Edmunds.com was a great resource for reviews for anyone searching for a new car. A big thank you to PK at #fortwaltonbeachmazda for helping make this happen. The car goes back next week to get the front windows tinted and roof rack installed. We always order our mazdaspeed parts through Donnie in the parts department. He s so helpful and makes sure we have everything we need. We got in contact with him about 2 years ago and he s honestly the most helpful person in parts. I only deal with him at this point. If he s not at work I wait until he s back. My husband and I appreciate his professionalism and willingness to find all the parts we need! Which is not an easy task for our 08 mazdaspeed.Thanks again Donnie!

The Mazda service department treated me so well, especially Rachel. I had so many crazy questions and called her more than I probably needed to. She was so helpful and nice, and never got tired of my calls lol. She always responded quickly, and was very honest and straight forward. They let us use a loaner vehicle which was a blessing. I don't know what we would have done without a car while our car was in the shop. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely bring my Mazda back of I needed to.

Excellent service from when I arrived until I left. Was impressed with the video they sent me from the mechanic giving me a preliminary review. Ever since I bought my car in 2014 I have used the Mazda service department to perform maintenance on my car and I will continue to do so.

Service was polite and professional. Unfortunately, there was a problem with our screen the main despite screen on my CX nine and I thought it would be fixed today but in fact, all that was planned was an analysis to determine whether the part should be ordered. Another part has been ordered and I have to come back a second time and I m over an hour away so that s heading up to be in four hours of travel to get something done. That should ve been simple. I don t know things are not going well.

My AC was messing up in 100 degree weather in June.. you can talk about miserable. Well Mazda servicing was able to let me drop my car off while I was at work and provided great/ quick service to what I exactly needed (cold air)! I m thankful it was a simple repair. All of the staff was very nice and helpful.

Anthony Hall, Maxwell and the team were stellar. I've never met such genuine, down to earth people. The process was painless...I had zero intentions of buying a car that very day but the trust I developed with them made me not want to shop anywhere else. I love my Mazda 3!! I just wanted to say thank you to Mr. Robert Sansonia at this Mazda dealership. He is extremely knowledgeable about cars as he has been in auto industry for many years. I totally appreciate the fact that he answered all my questions with utmost honesty and sincerity. I called from Los Angeles, California because this dealership had the best prices in the country online. He never blew me off for a second because I was calling from out of state and instead he gave me the red carpet treatment which was far better than the experience I had received dealing with sales people here in Los Angeles. After all, I grew up in Atlanta, GA and I do appreciate the Southern Hospitality. I can tell that he is a man of integrity and high character. His feedback and suggestions were 100% accurate and I appreciate that very much. He has gained my trust and renewed my hope in car sales associates. I have been a Honda owner for more than thirty years, but my next vehicle will be a Mazda 6 for sure. Thank you Robert. You are awesome sir.

Recently brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic to discover what was wrong. The customer service was pretty decent but the actual results of the experience were lacking as my issue wasn't fixed and I'm under the impression even more issues were causedPositives:-good customer service-provided clear details on what was needed-created an accounting error that reduced the price of my maintenance by $500 and upheld their original estimate with the errorNegatives:-created a $500 accounting error-service took some time. Around 4 or 5 days.-pricing was very unappealing-claimed they solved the issue after $1.6k in repairs. 2 minutes after leaving the store the issue was back and even worse. They recommended +$2k in repairs. When I got the vehicle home, $40 in parts solved the entire issue.-i cannot confirm, but I strongly believe they swapped my wheel with someone else's during the repair. I only had my car for 4 days before it broke but I remember a near uniform amount of damage on my wheels and this wheel(which has a different size tire than the other 3 now) is not as damaged. *-missing two lug nuts from another wheel after the repair**I may be wrong about this and I may have missed it during my inspection before buying the vehicle (alot was going on at the time). But during the week of maintenance they had it for, which was primarily to determine what is broken on the vehicle, neither of these issues was brought up.

I went to Mazda of Fort Walton beach searching for a used car. I was shown multiple vehicles and chose the one that was right for me. The staff was friendly and helped and guided me every step of the way. I was well taken care of with snacks and drinks as I waited on my loan approval and my paperwork to be printed. I totally recommend Mazda of fort walton beach for you vehicle needs.

Donnie, the parts manager, knew exactly which part was needed to fix our 2014 Mazda CX-5 problem with the transmission shifter switch . He was very helpful in getting the correct part to us and giving advice about the part. Donnie was so cheerful and friendly! Also, we were welcomed by Anthony in the sales dept. We highly recommend doing business with Mazda of Fort Walton. It was worth the 2 hour drive for my husband and I to get there.
